Our room wasn’t very clean, a lot of the things in the bathroom were very dusty and the towels smelled of mildew. We left for dinner and came back to parking attendants directing traffic. Apparently there was a wedding happening and there must have been THOUSANDS of people attending. There was people walking all over the parking lot, hitting other cars. There was absolutely NOWHERE for us to park. We called the front desk and asked what we should do and their response was “There’s not really anything I can do about the parking situation.” We are PAYING customers staying in the hotel, why are guests of a wedding prioritized for parking over a paying guest? Unsure. Ended up with a wedding guest hitting our car after we had driven around for 25 minutes trying to find a parking spot and having to park down the road and walk from there about a mile. We asked what could be done about this situation and their response was “ We can’t do anything for you, you’ve already checked in.” Will not be coming back to this hotel. I understand it is also a convention center, but people who are paying for a room should 100% be prioritized over event guests.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I love the salt pool. The restaurant had very limited menu. It would have been nice to order breakfast later, like a brunch. Other than that wonderful. I will stay again. Also, walkable to convention center (attached).

I enjoyed my stay here. I was visiting family and on vacation. It was convenient to the airport and I appreciated that parking was never a problem. The hotel restaurant was great and the exercise facilities and pool were great. it was quiet for the most part. There is some construction going on, looks like indoor parking structure is being built, so it was a little unpleasant to be around that. There is a trolley that goes to Woodfield and connects with public transportation. I would definitely stay here again.

I paid extra for access to the vip lounge. I was not notified that the vip lounge and restaurants were closed due to an event going on at the hotel. I had paid extra for an ordinary hotel stay. I did complain at the front desk but they stated that they could do nothing since I booked through Expedia. I wish Expedia and the hotel notified us of the convention and the closures to all of the restaurants and the vip lounge. I would have never spent extra for a club level room if I would have known that I would not have access to the extra amenities that I paid extra for and did not receive any refund.

We've stayed at this property many times for dance competitions. I've always enjoyed the venue and location. My only compliant this time is that I chose to valet park for the first time and I will never do it again. First they don't show the valet prices. Valet really isn't a must have at this place because parking is free overall and it's plentiful, but because I had so much to carry in I used a Bellman and the valet person came up to me and I didn't ask a lot of questions. Turned out it was $21 a night. Lesson learned. I won't make that mistake again. I felt they should have had the price clearly posted if it was going to be so pricey.

This is a beautiful hotel and the rooms are nice. It’s not huge but it is a normal size. The remote for the bathroom mirror feature did not have batteries sadly but it seemed a cool feature. The bathroom is a good size but the doors are actually really odd and they close like French doors so there’s a gap that you can see right in. Also, there was hair in the shower and no shampoo or body soap. Which I didn’t realize until I was already in the shower. It was nice and quiet when we were there and we did order room service breakfast which was under seasoned completely and very oily. The pool is large and the hot tub nice. There’s also a gym but we didn’t use it. I like the location and we were there for a dog show which was fun. Decent stay but not my favorite.

My bed was full of someone elses hair. Management changed our room and downgraded us. Their compensation for the disgusting room and downgrading us when we paid for a more expensive room with a view was breakfast. For over $500 a night stay elsewhere.

Our room was on the 4th floor and we were disturbed by the bar noise (karaoke anyone?) echoing from the lobby into the early hours. I know this sounds ridiculous, but the way the hotel is built sound carries through the building.

The fact that wifi is not free is ridiculous- I am a member, but the hotel said booked for my conference, so I used hotel.com which said there were rooms. Because I used hotel.com they would NOT honor my membership so they made me pay for internet. Those are two huge issues. The internet was slow and time consuming to connect to for a conference.

Over all everything it was a good stay, very clean and friendly front desk. The only complaint I have is that the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect to the tv and every time I talked to the front desk they would say they would look into it and would get back with me but they never got back with me

Lovely property. Great rooms. We were frustrated because we called early in the morning to see if we could get in our rooms early because we had a wedding. They said yes and we arrived at 3:00 needing to shower. They did NOT have our rooms ready and therefore we had to shower in other people's rooms in order to make it on time to wedding. They were not apologetic.

I experienced a horrible check in. I walked up to the desk and Natalia was rude never acknowledged me, I walked up and said hello gave my name and all she did was look at her screen and punched keys. I had to say something before she told what was going on. My colleagues who did not book Expedia were being checked in with rooms right the moment they walked up around 1030ish am same time I was there. I got my key at 4:00pm. I was thinking maybe she was having a bad day. But NO she checked me out 2 days later and she had the same sour look in her face and not friendly did not ask how my stay was or anything at all. I am in hotel sales and trust me that would not be tolerated at the front desk. This is why I gave it a one star.

I only stayed for one night so I did not get a chance to enjoy all the amenities however the hotel is very nice and the ambiance is very nice. I would stay here again. The only negative I would say is the front desk check in could use more help and seem to be short staffed. Many guest are checking in and many of the guest complained of the wait time to speak to someone already working at the front desk. More than 2 employees are required at this site due to the amount of clients that stay at this hotel location.

We stayed the night for my daughter’s birthday. Despite a volleyball tournament going on, check in was easy and ordering food was a breeze. My daughter ended up losing a tooth. I went down to the from desk to ask for a piece of paper to write a note for the tooth fairy and Mariah (at the front desk) added a special treat for her as well. Staff was very friendly and vallet parking was reasonable and quick. Definitely will stay here again

The hotel was beautiful, service was outstanding, and the location is extremely convenient. My wife and I were just trying to get away for the weekend, so I chose what was rated as the nicest hotel in the area. It didn't disappoint. We both loved it. Also, we had dinner plans at Perry's Steakhouse and a show at the Improv booked, which were so convenient. Grabbed an Uber, went to each, then finished the night at the hotel bar, where our bartender served up some amazing cocktails. Great weekend.

Staff was helpful and room was clean. The restaurant inside of hotel had delicious food, as well. The only critiques are that the bluetooth speaker was impossible to find because there were so many other speakers in other nearby rooms. I also wish the TV had more options for streaming. Other than that, I had a great stay!
