Everything was amazing, except breakfast. The breakfast staff was very nasty, because she had to exchange the pancakes batter. I ask for sugar and she just pointed. She didn't talk at all to our party group she looked like she was angry with us. But another couple was there and she talking with them and laughing. Also the shower floor was very slippery, I fell once. Other than that the hotel was amazing

The room was okay, but the toilet leaked and there was water surrounding toilet and in front of shower. They fixed it soon after I reported it, though.

The laundry room is always a necessity for me when I travel. Front desk staff should have more change available for us since they don't have the CSC app availability.
