Check in staff was nice. Rooms weren't cleaned. Towels weren't replaced. Room keys wouldn't work time after time. It was nice that the windows inour room opened for some fresh air! Hot tub broken/closed but filled with nasty looking water. Comforters on the beds were nice tho and each bed had 3 pillows.

The property needs updating inside and out. The pool is out of order, the breakfast room needs new furniture, the carpet in the room they gave us needs replacing. Good family restaurant next door. There were 4 lovely rocking chairs outside of the front doors. Unfortunately the manager and the front desk person stood around right there smoking cigarettes about every ten minutes.

The person behind the desk helped us with the luggage to our room as the place has a suitcase car that is pushed by one person but with NO elevator it was useless as we were on the second floor. The hot tub was being repaired but the pool was nice. Hotels.com price was aborted when the computer would NOT bring the information & price across to the hotel. They had to cancel the reservation & book a new one which was almost $20 more than the price that Hotels.com promised. The breakfast was good with hard boiled eggs & yogurt for protein.

When we entered the room, we were immediately hit with the very bad smell of the room. The floor boards made a very LOUD noise when we walked across the room. The top white bed covering had big black marks/stains on it. Before settling into our room, we checked out another room, and it had a worse smell than the first room. We are sorry to say there was not much positive to say about our stay.

When I checked in they gave us keys to a room that was not cleaned. Upon them relocating us to a different room, there were large ant in bathtub and the floor in bathroom had hair on floor and in bathroom corner of room once you shut the door had not been cleaned ; now this morning upon taking our showers, the tub was not draining properly and there was not a hair dryer in our room; this was reported to front desk. The clerk said she would add to list of things that needed correcting. Very disappointed that I paid $191 for a room in such disarray at a place that was associated with the Radisson hotel group. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I discovered that the bathroom was never cleaned and that really grossed me out. I had to ask for cleaning supplies to clean the tub and toilet before I could take a shower. Outside of the building could be better maintained. And smoking areas could be further away from the doorway.

We were given the wrong room.. then given a different and smelt horrible like smoke… did not have a iron or blow dryer. The THIRD room was o.k. But had a slight smell. We opened windows all night. Very old looking. Did not eat breakfast. Carpet and flooring very outdated. We were there for a wedding. Friends did not have lights working in their bathroom. Sink dripping and one the power blew the breaker when they turned on their blow dryer.

Desk clerk was helpful and friendly. Room was nice and spacious with a jetted tub, like I expected. However, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and that is a deal breaker. Also, the television was the size of a sheet of plywood, but only received four local channels and about twenty shopping channels. A guy can only watch so many reruns of Friends, or Wheel of Fortune. On the plus side, the property is a short, safe sidewalk ride away from one of the Greatest Bike Trails, you would ever find.

The staff were all very nice! The pool, hot tub and breakfast was very nice. We rented a room with two queen size beds. This was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. I had to crawl over the bed to get to the heater and air conditioner.

The rooms were VERY small, and the building definitely needed some updating (tiles falling down, paint peeling, ect). The pool/hot tub are open late though which was very nice after a long day, and the restaurant right next door was very good.

I stayed for one night to be close to a race I was running and the manager was so wonderful. He even went as far as instructing his staff to have some grab and go items out earlier for breakfast to accommodate the runners leaving at 5 am. The room was clean, quiet and everything I needed for comfort. The manager was super accommodating and friendly, the breakfast spread was DELICIOUS. I am so glad I stayed here.

On a 6 day trip with friends staying at a different hotel each night in a different state and this hotel was by far the best. James the GM was fabulous! He’s so friendly and works so hard to ensure your stay is great. Would def recommend to anyone staying in Sparta Wisconsin.

The shower curtain was dirty along with the walls in the bathroom. The front desk person was not helpful with how to get to our room and was a little rude when I called for assistance as the note said to if someone was not at the desk. For the price, it was not worth it and I will not be staying there next year.

Check in. - clerk did not understand charge card entry and I ended up with the two day stay charged three times. Supervisor in morning cleared it up but had to contact card site to dispute two of the pending charges. Several times , Front deck person pulled away for other duties and needed to be called on a desk phone at the front desk for service. No one showed up at check out and never received my bill I could see the up dating being done in rooms and around hotel. Have stayed here in years past several times. Located to very good family restaurant across the drive way. Rooms with two queen beds are tight. The second queen bed is against the wall so tough if two adults are in that bed because of need to climb out of it.

The motel was very easy to find from the interstate exit. It said it was close to bicycle trails and it was. Bicycles were allowed in the room which was wonderful. A nice family restaurant was near. The breakfast was complete and offered for an adequate time. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice place to stay. Ran out of a lot of breakfast items on Sunday. The cold water did not work in the jetted tub but the mgr dod state we would receive dome kind of refund. All in all a nice place to stay. We will return.
