The elevator sounds like its about to fall apart, the breakfast sucked they had no water no juice they had cereal but no milk ,the biscuits was iver done . Towels was way to small . The filters in the heat and AC was caked. The tube wouldn't drain it was clogged with hair... So we dnt recommend staying there

Visited property two days following a snow & ice storm. Parking lot still slippery and dangerous. Two stars, and that’s being generous. Check-in: meh! Got the job done, but not impressed. Process slow. Clerk unpersonable. Did NOT like the unexpected $50 hold on my credit card for "possible incidentals." Don't experience that at other hotels. Three stars. Almost no electric outlets near the bed. Saw none near the desk or near the TV. In today's gadget world, multiple outlets or charging ports near the bed are a must. The only two available were in the clock, and not immediately apparent. A definite two-star situation. On the positive side, it is a fairy new facility and has a nice initial appearance. Clean outside (with exception of snow & ice in the parking lot). Reception lounge area small, stark, sparsely furnished, but clean. Elevator, halls, and room clean. Four stars. Good access to I-69, across the street from a convenience store well stocked with coffee and snacks, sits across the street from two restaurants, and walking distance to Lowes. Many other dining and shopping options only a short drive away. Five stars for location and short driving distance to available outside dining and shopping amenities. If the facility offered breakfast, I didn't stay for that so can't comment on it. Overall three stars. Nothing was BAD. Overall experience was "okay," not great. Not overly disappointed; just not impressed. Was expecting more from a newish facility.

Staff was kind and courteous. Amenities provided all that I expected. Other guests behaved and were as expected. Thanks ...would stay again

We stayed here when our power was out. First red flags were that the parking lot was ice and no one had attempted to salt or clear it. Dog pee all over near the front entrance. Walls were dirty , elevator was dirty. People hanging out in the halls yelling . Walls are thin and I could here both rooms non stop. We had to leave from not being able to sleep.

It’s peaceful, easy to get to, and has some of the fastest Wifi speeds I have ever seen in a hotel environment. The downside, they are still doing renovations, and some of the rooms were smoking rooms before they started the renovations, so it still has some residual smoke smell.

It’s updated but there was men’s hair in the bathroom on the sink. The room smelled musty had a oder. It’s a cheaper hotel so u pay for what you get the cover had holes in them the bed was very squeaky so loud you couldn’t sleep if the person moved in 117. The website said a pool didn’t see one at all. My husband cleaned the tub floors bathroom with bleach a whole bottle bleach. They don’t restock breakfast first come first serve.

The room and hallway smelled awful and there were stains all over the floor and window bench. Another lady brought down a bedbug in a cup from the bed of the room they were in.

There was a used bandage in our bed a pill bottle under the bed

Dirty and smelled like mold. Towels were deteriorated and there were roaches and fleas all over the room. Whole floor smelled like body odor.

We showed up to our room and there was a sticky stain on the bed. There was black dog hair on our blanket. The cushion by the window was soaking wet causing it to smell musty. We ended up leaving the hotel and staying somewhere else.

Property is filthy, I typically only leave positive reviews, but there isn’t much to positive to say. We did get one of the renovated rooms but it was in need of a good cleaning. Our toilet ran constantly. They were stingy with the towels, trash in elevators and staircase (used q tips, food wrappers, etc. At one point there was an altercation at the front desk between the day manager and a guest about her disability status.

The property did not look like the pictures. The rooms were dirty, the sheets had holes, towels were not clean and cable was not working, loud dogs in facility. I checked out as soon as I could book a different hotel.

They changed me an extra $137.99 2 days after I’ve checked out and said there is nothing they can do. Very strong smell and beds weredirty

In room 324 at first glace the place seemed decsent but upon further investigation the room was full of roaches. Not like 1 or 2, they were everywhere. I set food down and they swarmed my plate, one walked up and tryed to climb my foot. And several more instances where they had appeared. There were many nasty stains on the beds and burn holes even though it was a non smoking room. When attempting to ge a refund the guy on staff was rude and dismissive and was trying to do everything he could to not give the money back. I truly believe this place should be shut down for health violations.

The ac didnt work. Couldnt figure out how to open window.

Was comfortable and quiet

Didn't get my deposit back and the room was spotless. The air didn't work very well. I had to check out a day early . I wasn't expecting a refund but they charged me $56 dollars for checking out early plus kept my deposit.

Not the best but not the worst. Be warned, there is a $50 deposit for the room that they don’t mention online.

The first thing I heard was some chick moaning as soon as I got off the elevator. I also signed to have my pet and gave them notice. They tried to overcharge me on my pet fee. The fee was 15$ a night and they tried to charge me 20$. Rude staff and crappy quality service.

Additionally, I had a slightly uncomfortable experience during check-in as the staff member assisting us had a smoking smell, which made it a bit challenging to communicate face to face. Despite these minor issues, the overall stay was satisfactory.

Convenient location

Was in a not so congested area! Lots of open space and view from the property!

Great location Mold in coffee maker along with dirty sheets and floors, cleaning staff entering without knocking added to cockroaches made it a disappointment.

It is well situated really close to restaurants and shoppes. We stayed there while on a work trip and it worked well for that purpose

i would have go for a 5 stars but breakfast was very scarce. personel was super nice and cool. room was cosy anf basic. this is a motel to sleep. ideal for outside people who passes most of the time wandering the city! i will come back but i'll bring my own breakfast XD

The cleaning of the propery was great. However, the breakfast options were terribe and the taste as well. Whatever the person on the upper room did you heard (using bathroom) at least i got room 216 and the air conditioner kept making noise through all night.

We cruised in late just to crash out for a couple hours and grab breakfast. The room was grimy, there were dead bugs. The breakfast was also awful. The biscuits and gravy were cold, the muffins were dry, there was no eggs, sausage, yogurt or anything. I ended up making do with instant oatmeal. The waffles were the only redeeming thing but not everyone likes to carb load for breakfast. We were on the last leg of a ten hour drive and just needed a bed and a hot meal. It was a disappointing experience.

They put me on the 3rd floor of a supposedly newly remodeled room. The floor had been replaced, but was dirty. The chair was stained beyond mention the cushion by rhe window was also stained. When I went for breakfast the gravy was cold and the orange juice was warm.

The room looked nice like the picture too bad the air conditioning wasn’t pushing the air out very much the shower plumbing wasn’t even attached correctly the breakfast was at least available but no coffee no fruit milk didn’t taste good ! And let me not forget there house keeping came knocking on the door at 8:30am luckily we were already up but seriously check out isn’t until 11am why are you waking ppl at 8:30 in the morning!!!
