This hotel was very clean and pretty. I did not give it 5 stars for two reasons. First, the room did not have the sheets, blanket and pillow in the room for the pullout couch. We had to request them from the front desk. Second, I was really wanting a swim but, the pool was down for maintenance. It would have been nice to know that before arriving so I could have made alternate plans.
This hotel was very clean and pretty. I did not give it 5 stars for two reasons. First, the room did not have the sheets, blanket and pillow in the room for the pullout couch. We had to request them from the front desk. Second, I was really wanting a swim but, the pool was down for maintenance. It would have been nice to know that before arriving so I could have made alternate plans.

Staff was very friendly. Toilet was dirty and room wasn’t very well stocked. No dish soap. The large burner on our stove didn’t work but the small one did so we made do. The hot tub was under construction too. Good breakfast and easy access to amenities. We got stranded during an ice storm and had to rebook for additional nights. Front desk made sure we were in the same room so we didn’t have to move all of our stuff.

***DO NOT STAY HERE!!*** Pictures posted are VERY OLD and need updated to show the TRUE STATE of this place. The hot tub was drained and had a plastic net around it, the pool was closed Friday night, the hallway/entrance closest to our room REAKED OF POT our whole stay. If I could rate this hotel, I would rate -5/10!! It was definitely NOT worth the money that I paid for the room to celebrate my husband's birthday and our anniversary!

Our room and restroom was very clean. It was a quite room. Staff was nice. Love the pond and walk paths across the road. The pool was out of order. But was supposed to be fixing the next day. Free breakfast was great!

Property was in a safe location and the desk clerks were all nice and friendly. The room looked like it was half way cleaned. There was stains on two of the couch cushions, the breakfast in the morning was mid but constantly waiting on food to be brought out or coffee refilled, the last two days the waffle machine was broken. The hot tub was completely drained and fenced off and the pool had so much chlorine in it that my husband and I's eyes burned and stung horribly we ended up having to cut the kids swimming short. The bed wasn't comfortable there was no slip mat in the tub and my youngest slipped and hit her head while trying to shower. We ended up purchasing one at Walmart the next day. Overall we won't be back to this location.

Location is great and out of the way. The front desk staff was all smiles and pleasant. Housekeeping staff not so much. Bathroom was outdated and had stains. Towels and wash cloths were yellow and dingy. The breakfast was tasteless and very unsatisfying. The eggs were add water type eggs, the turkey sausage tasted like metal, the make your own waffle batter was not tasty at all I couldn’t put my finger on the poor flavor. I will not be returning or recommending.

The trash was over flowing at the entrance, smokers were smoking right in front of the building. The room smelled of smoke, and the linen was dingy. The deadbolt was in need of repair, and did not make me feel secure knowing that I had to adjust the door to get it to lock properly. Shower shelving was hanging loosely on the wall and the bathtub was not properly cleaned. Very disappointed in this property and would not stay again.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, staff was amazing! The room was great, very good breakfast both days of our stay. My only complaint is that apparently Marriott has made the decision to close the hot tubs / spas at all of their locations. One of the things I enjoy while staying out of town is the hot tub, and that will definitely be a factor in my future travel plans. Other than that, this was an amazing stay!

Stayed a few nights for business trip during the tornado and torrential rainstorm in April. Staff were extremely helpful and diligent in making sure guests are safe and out of danger. Suites are large and quiet. Will definitely stay again.

Short, overnight stay to see family allowed us to stay. The suite option would be good for an extended stay. Location is perfect for those who want to drink (Bar Louie), eat (so many options), and shop (indoor mall within 2 miles and tons of independent shops). If you don’t want to get out, the pool and gym are nice and you can easily get delivery.

The breakfast guy was amazing! There was another breakfast attendant for two days during our stay, and she was terrible. She kept a messy breakfast area, ran out of multiple things (people were having to find her to ask her to refill things due to her disappearing and not checking buffet), tables not wiped down, etc. Again, the primary breakfast gentleman was the exact opposite and kept a VERY clean, yummy buffet. During the second room service, the attendant neglected to switch sheets/ make bed for one of the beds. Our window air conditioner could not get the room below 74 degrees as well, which was an issue as we are used to between 66-70. Many good qualities about this hotel, but many bad as well.

The staff was wonderful and the location is great. The issue for me was the AC unit in the bedroom was extremely loud when it kicked on and when it ran. I wasn't able to sleep well because of the noise. The building is very old and in desperate need of an upgrade.

Stayed for several nights and used the pullout couch for additional sleeping. There was no bed set up, so had to go get it from front desk. We had our room refreshed at midpoint of our stay and all soiled towels were taken, but no towels replaced. Had to go to front desk to get new towels. The breakfasts were great and property clean. Just need to keep up with room house staff a bit.

Site was overbooked and told me that they didn't have a room for me. They found a room for me at another hotel for my first night. The second night of my reservation, I was supposed to return to this hotel. Again, I was told they were overbooked and I was sent to another hotel again. I would not ever recommend staying here, as the manager stated that overbooking is their general policy and preference is given to those people staying 30 days or longer.

Was happy about the hotel but very unhappy i got charged for the room twice, staff stated just a few days for the money to reverse and ive yet to see anything. Other than the mistake thats yet to be corrected, and when it is ill update my review, the place was very clean tidy and staff was very friendly.

This is a clean, nice place to stay. There is always plenty of parking and a nice lake with a sidewalk for an outdoor stroll. The staff knocked themselves out to take good care of us and some special requests. There is a full kitchen and they will even do the shopping for you if you leave a grocery list in the morning. We will stay there again when we are in Evansville.

I did not get the room that I booked. She downgraded my room. I reserved the room with my card and my boyfriend paid at the facility. They took the final payment from my card and also from his card for one room. Causing it to be very difficult to get the refund back from zip

Short, overnight stay to see family allowed us to stay. The suite option would be good for an extended stay. Location is perfect for those who want to drink (Bar Louie), eat (so many options), and shop (indoor mall within 2 miles and tons of independent shops). If you don’t want to get out, the pool and gym are nice and you can easily get delivery.

The studio room looked nice. There was an issue with ants getting in through the window sills. At one point our AC switched to heat, but it was fixed promptly. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Good central location.

Our room and restroom was very clean. It was a quite room. Staff was nice. Love the pond and walk paths across the road. The pool was out of order. But was supposed to be fixing the next day. Free breakfast was great!

Our room had accommodations for a handicapped person and that was good, but the hotel layout was not conducive to a person with mobility issues. Handicap parking is a little far from the main entrance and the elevator is down a hallway. Our room was on second floor and again a ways from the elevator. Breakfast was very good though and there were plenty food options around the hotel. Great location just off Interstate.

We were supposed to have a sofa bed but did not. We booked the room for 4 guests so the sofa bed was required! Luckily our 4th guest cancelled otherwise we wouldn't have had anywhere for them to sleep. Our son had an okay sleep on the couch. Breakfast was excellent with biscuits & gravy, eggs, bacon, French toast, waffles, cereals, fruit, oatmeal with many toppings, muffins, breads, yogurt & hard boiled eggs.

The breakfast guy was amazing! There was another breakfast attendant for two days during our stay, and she was terrible. She kept a messy breakfast area, ran out of multiple things (people were having to find her to ask her to refill things due to her disappearing and not checking buffet), tables not wiped down, etc. Again, the primary breakfast gentleman was the exact opposite and kept a VERY clean, yummy buffet. The hotel was exceptionally clean, staff was amazing! The room was great, very good breakfast both days of our stay. My only complaint is that apparently Marriott has made the decision to close the hot tubs / spas at all of their locations. One of the things I enjoy while staying out of town is the hot tub, and that will definitely be a factor in my future travel plans. Other than that, this was an amazing stay!

Property was in a safe location and the desk clerks were all nice and friendly. The room looked like it was half way cleaned. There was stains on two of the couch cushions, the breakfast in the morning was mid but constantly waiting on food to be brought out or coffee refilled, the last two days the waffle machine was broken. The hot tub was completely drained and fenced off and the pool had so much chlorine in it that my husband and I's eyes burned and stung horribly we ended up having to cut the kids swimming short. The bed wasn't comfortable there was no slip mat in the tub and my youngest slipped and hit her head while trying to shower. We ended up purchasing one at Walmart the next day. Overall we won't be back to this location.

The room was very clean and the beds was extremely comfortable. Everyone was very nice. The assistant manager checked us in and she was very welcoming and gave us a care package. If ever in the area stay there. The Breakfast was good also.
