The location is very good.There are several restaurants just outside the door. The hotel staff are very business minded and straightforward. The cost of the stay fits what you actually get so it does not disappoint there, especially if you are averse to the $100 mark. It is also typically very quiet. You can also extend your stay through hotels.com and all you have to do is get your keycard renewed. Free wifi and television work well. Toilets flush, showers and sinks work. Lights are timed off or switched off. There are several blankets and pillows. Carpeted floors are vacuumed and linens changed. Housekeeping does not bother you.

The guest who was in the room before me must have vomited on the floor between the beds because there was a faint odor which got stronger the closer you got to the source. I didn't discover it immediately, unfortunately, so housekeeping probably needs to really get in there and do a deep clean of the area. The room was fine other than that. Been here a number of times, most of which there were no issues of this sort.

This was the worst place I have ever (ALMOST) Stayed at. Sheets had stains all over them, room smelled terrible, there was a HUGE crack in the door (you could see the outside from OUR ROOM) , and the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. I tried telling myself that maybe it was the Language Barrier?? But no, it was just her stank attitude. She was very rude when I asked for my $25 deposit back. She was very short with her words and her tone was unacceptable. DO NOT room here.

We brought own own pillows and blankets. Thank goodness, because for a smoke free hotel there was sure a lot of burn holes in the floor, blankets, sheets, pillowcases and furniture. The door wouldn’t lock either we had to barricade it.

We’ll me and my girlfriend were visiting FT, Wayne to see her family and immediately this woman on the phone was kinda rude to my mom who made the reservation & didn’t wanna answer questions at all & they immediately wanted 25$ deposit to make sure we didn’t trash the place which was fair but we had dogs barking in the room next to us and the rooms in general need a makeover the paint was literally coming off the walls bathroom door didn’t shut so you know how much privacy you’ll get if you have family with you….. lastly it’s okay, for the price you pay just needs a makeover and better staff up front I’ll come back in a couple months to see if anything changes.

Footsteps above us till after 1am. Had to use force to open the door because of damage and deterioration at bottom. Empty toilet paper roll. Lots of traffic noise. Bed and pillows were very hard. Not a good nights sleep.

They are affordable and very convenient to interstates and restaurants. The staff was also fast. We often visit a relative in Fort Wayne and needed to find a place to stay for a night since the trip time from our house to Fort Wayne is almost 4 hours.
