Front desk workers were very pleasant. They had a lot of patience and were very accommodating due to a mistake I made booking the wrong night. Other than no hot breakfast due to construction this was a very pleasant stay. I will come again. The workout facility had just either equipment I needed. Pool was closed due to construction. Hopefully it will be done soon.

Staff was great but the pool was gross. I booked this place because of the pool since my son is on spring break. The water was very cold and dirty. We found yellow/green slime in it. Dirty towels on the floor. The room was a little dirty and bathroom as well. Will not be booking with them again.

Upon checking in the person asked did really need a room with 2 double beds. I told her yes that is what I booked and all 4 of us were standing there and she said just making sure. When we got to our room when we walked in there was a horrible smell that got worse when the it was hot in the room. I looked around the room to see if there was a dead mouse or something and when I pulled up the sheets on the bed there was blood all over the mattress. We asked to be moved to a different room and had to sit there for 2 hours while they cleaned a room. The first room that smelled like a dead body looked like it hadn’t been cleaned before we got in to the room. The bathroom was dirty and the other bed also had blood on the mattress and splatters of blood on the sheets

The staff including housekeeping were excellent. I was able to check in a bit earlier which I was grateful for as I was very tired. All bedding was fresh and clean. My room 221 was well kept and the carpeting was cleaned to perfection. However, there was a smell coming from the air conditioner. The filters were clean but the air conditioner itself emitted a bad smell so I did not use it. I could use the bath but not the shower. It did not work. This was a handicapped-equipped room. There is mold under the shower chair and I believe mold is the problem in the air conditioner. Please check as mold spores should not be inhaled. Breakfast was very good and served hot. Please check for mold, especially in my room and also the pool room. The staff were helpful and friendly and this made my stay comfortable and worthwhile.

2nd time visiting this hotel. Service is always top notch, room was clean and comfortable. Mini-fridge was not cooling well and only settings I could find turned on rapid chill for 2hrs, which didnt get drinks very cold. Did do ok though. The only real negative, was the huge flood light directly outside window that was difficult to block out with the curtains.

The location was tucked up against the highway, so traffic was noticeably loud. We left before breakfast opened, but were told at check out we could go grab some things to take with us. I reserved a room several weeks before my stay. When I checked in, the clerk was first too busy on her phone in the lounge area, and then when she meandered over to check me in, no apology for the wait. I was assigned a room behind/beside the elevator, so all night I had to listen to that. The HVAC unit in the window/wall was very noisy, with two options - noisy fan continually running (with the accompanying drying out of sinuses), or noisily kicking on and off all night. With that noise as well as the useless pillows (too soft to use only one, too tall when piled), I got very little sleep. I would recommend paying more and staying somewhere else.

When we got there no one was at the desk to check us in & there were people sitting there waiting. They said they'd been waiting about 10 min already and once we arrived or was another 10ish min before anyone came to the desk. That night around 11pm, the person in the room above us started stomping around their room really loudly keeping us awake. At 2am we called the desk to complain and I don't think they did anything to resolve this because the stomping and loud noises continued until around 4am. This was an awful night!

I got into town a couple of hours before check in from Indianapolis for one of my friend’s wedding. There was nothing available for early check in. I was about to go out to the car to change before I explained to the lady at the front desk my situation. She hopped on the radio and her cell phone and called the cleaning staff to see how many rooms were done at that time. To my luck, a room was available. She got me checked in and I was able to make the wedding on time. I think her name was Jackie…Thank You, Ms. Jackie. You saved my life! lol I really hope that was her name. I felt bad for not being able to go back down and personally thank her myself before the wedding. The room was excellent and the bed was wonderful. I got some much needed sleep the next day. I will definitely be looking for a room here when I return

Staff member on reception was not welcoming or friendly. Was abrupt and rude and I felt like I had to work for already paying to stay. I had driven 830 miles today and to be greeted this way was poor form. She was sitting down at the guest area relaxing when I came in and basically hated the fact I was there. Ive worked in hotels most of my life and currently own and operate small hospitality venues in NY so understand the importance of whats a stake. The venue itself is nice but the lady on service needs to be reminded of her role.

The staff were great. Jackie was very helpful & nice. I appreciated her for working on Christmas eve so we could travel & enjoy our family. She was thankful & pleasant to talk to. Breakfast staff was great too. Dining room & food was great. Its nice to see good prople working & being friendly on the holidays. Fairfield Inn has some great staff there

My greeting was we don't have any rooms in stead of asking if I had reservations (which I did). This put a very bad taste in my mouth after driving 6 hrs. The elevator took forever and the lobby was very congested; not with people but the way things were arranged. The rooms were comfortable.

The woman at the front desk was exceptional! Very friendly and helpful to everyone in the lobby. She even made a note immediately for housekeeping to fix the bathroom door that was almost impossible to open if you closed it. She is definitely a great asset to your company!

I would have given the property a 5 but the noise from the highway was a bit loud. The staff were excellent, helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. The entire staff worked as a team and they all worked well together. I would definitely come back because of them.

The hotel is basically on the middle of the highway. Terrible location. Bleak, dingy, gross. The front desk person was unhelpful at best. A group of my family was in different rooms for a funeral. My parent’s room had ripped curtains and a dirty toilet. My room had a dirty toilet. My sister’s room had mold in the shower. The halls reek of cigarette smoke. Marriott needs to remove this hotel from its portfolio

We were in town for a concert at the Hard Rock and this hotel was a quick choice for price and looks. Jackie was the staff member who checked us in and was amazing! Breakfast fit our needs and it was relatively quiet for a hotel off the highway and on a Friday night. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area!

This hotel had a very nice breakfast including caged free eggs, turkey sausage, waffles, oatmeal with many topping options, and even oat milk in addition to regular milk. There were many other options for breakfast, also... these were just about a quarter of the options. Also, the beds, and especially pillows, were very comfortable - the best pillows I've ever found in a hotel. The staff was great. Pool was nice and clean.

Coffee was some of the worst I've ever had, and I've had some pretty bad coffee in the past. Breakfast was late the first two days I stayed and all I was able to get was a muffin or bagel before going to work. Room wasn't cleaned the day following my first night, so I just put sign on the door to stay out totally. Maybe they just hadn't had time to get to my room before I finished working but.... Workers seemed friendly but lazy. Most of the times as I returned to hotel, workers were sitting in lounge talking.
