My friend and I came for lollapalooza. We got here a bit early for our reservation and thankfully the lady upfront was able to get us in. The room looks great. A simple plain room. We have room service every day we stayed. The breakfast was good. The pool was good too, it’s four and half feet deep. Definitely staying again.

No wifi when we arrived, attempted to call downstairs but phone in room did not work, when trying to figure out why we realized there was no cord attaching it to wall and entire phone jack was missing. Pool was closed for an hour for a wedding then it ended up being extended much longer as wedding was running behind so we were unable to swim which is a big reason we booked this hotel. Couldn’t buy water as pop machine and vending machine was off and unplugged. Worst hotel stay we’ve had ever!

I was disappointed that the facility did not have an elevator. I checked in with both my elderly mother and aunt. They were forced to walk up the stairs. The advertisement should have noted that the hotel does not have an elevator.

Stayed here 2 nights. Overall good hotel. Check-in was fast, staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. (Raisin bread, bagels, boiled eggs, cereals, pan cakes etc.) Couple of -ve things, bathroom exhaust fan was not working and there is no elevator. So, if you are carrying heavy luggage, it will be difficult.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this old hotel very comfortable. It is exceptionally clean, nice linens, comfortable mattresses, great towels. The room was large and window opened to the courtyard with trees and birds so that you could barely hear the highway. Staff was very friendly and caring. Colt at the front desk helped me change the room when I asked, totally accommodating and friendly. The lady in the breakfast room was above and beyond expectations, really took care of the people. Breakfast was very good--pancakes, cereals, fruit, oatmeal. Overall very good stay and great sleep.

Let's just say, you'll want to keep your shoes on. I wouldn't have expected a Ramada to be in this condition. Floor molding broken off, filthy carpeting, cracked card reader on door, etc. You get the picture.

Overall, the staff was very friendly and polite. We enjoyed the size and quality of our room. It was very large and comfortable. Our main areas of critique are around the overall maintenance issues we saw--- both sink basins were cracked, we saw a lot of wear and tear on walls and doors throughout the hotel. Our biggest complaint was that our shower was loose in the wall--- you could move the handle and shower head within the wall---it could be wiggled and moved quite a bit and the insulation within it was coming out. We were compensated for this when we said we were concerned about showering due to the condition of the shower plumbing. Overall, we would probably stay again in a pinch but not for more than a night.

My mother and I stayed in the superior suite for Mother’s Day weekend and let’s just say it was nothing superior about this suite. The private bathroom was old and out dated and smell like an abandoned house. The hot tub was also very old but did work. The fake marble tiles had rust stain around the tub. This hotel is so outdated its unreal. The tv is from the 1990s. The carpet is so old the design on them has faded. The bathroom sinks and tubs need to be refinished or replaced because the decades of water stain have become permanent on them. This hotel is rather large, and there was only 1 ice machine working of the 4 they have on site so we had to walk all the way to the opposite end of the hotel and up to the 2nd floor to get ice. I'll never stay again. The motel 6 on the other side of town updates their rooms every 5 to 10 yrs. This place hasnt changed in 30 yrs and charges 2x more than the motel 6.

I arrived at around 3.30 am the front desk guy 1asked if i had a restaurant after saying yes he asked for my id and credit card payment after hand it back to me he stated he was not feeling well and advised me to sanitizer them with the alcohol wipe on the counter he didn't have mask on at all .after arriving to the room and seeing what it looked like I went back to the front desk and ask if they had a cleaner room he said he didn't know how to do that because I booked it on line and I would have to wait for the manager to do it when they get i later that morning. I got in my car and went to the closes store I bought some clorox bleach and paper towels and cleaned the bathroom my self I have the pictures to prove it.

We were in 111 for two nights, 6/22-6/24. Everything was decent until two bottles of my perfume went missing Friday during the day when we were out of the room. I waited until I got home just to make sure I didn’t leave it at home. It was definitely stolen from our room.

It was a very nice stay. I was so impressed by the kindness of the staff and quick accommodations. Additionally, the breakfast offered was amazing. I assumed it would be just packaged items, but they were some delicious boiled eggs and pancakes offered! Would love to stay here once more when I visit Chicago again. Thank you to all the staff!

The check-in was very easy and the staff was so friendly despite my group arriving at 11:30. They also helped us with questions about breakfast and water. The room was super clean and comfortable for a quick night stay. Breakfast was also convenient so we didn't have to stop after getting on the road.

I booked a mobility assessible room, since the hotel has no elevator. At check-in the reception had us set up for the second floor. I told her this was unacceptable, first she told me there was nothing she could do. My husband can nit climb the stairs. This was extremely upsetting because i know 2 people in line had requested a first floor room that morning. She finally found a first floor room after my insistence i was given a room on the first floor. It was the furthest room from the lobby. I asked why we didn't get ground floor when that is what was requested and she told me the handicap rooms we were on the second floor. Otherwords clueless. The Ramada has shuttle which is fabulous she said we would have to go 3 blocks down to catch the shuttle. Again clueless the shuttle picked up at the front door. Drivers were fantastic! Overall staff was great courteous except for the Friday afternoon receptionist. Rooms were clean, towels switched every morning. Breakfast was average. Will stay again but hope a for a better informed receptionist.

Bad location in the city. Didn't feel safe. The room was clearly old and extremely dated. Materials of the items in the room were just old. Plastics faded and cracked. Bed was terrible. The floor may have been softer had I slept there. Suprisingly the pillows were decent. Probably the best thing I can say about this hotel is that the front desk person when I checked in was very nice and helpful.

Hotel was clean, but clearly needed some small work. Multiple areas where trim was missing and grime in the bathroom. Breakfast was simple. No eggs, besides hard boiled. No breakfast mat. Simple cereals and a pancake machine. Staff were friendly

The only down side was the in house breakfast. Small selection frozen Jimmy Deans sandwich had good taste but was hard, like it was very old. Rooms were good nicely cleaned. Selection of channels were small in number but we were on the go most of the time. So was not a large problem, if we were in the room more it would of been a problem.

Clean hotel with a good Continental breakfast. Evening was neat, tidy, and well kept including breakfast. We did not use the pool but it looked very inviting. The area isn't fancy but we felt plenty safe.
