This hotel is well maintained. The room was clean & had great air conditioning. The pool was very nice. My baby's played until closing time. We received late check out & as soon as the pool opened. The manager informed us so they could go play before we left. The breakfast was simply amazing. Fresh hot cinnamon roll or plain waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, bagels, fresh fruit, cereals, toast, muffins, etc. The cleaning staff maintained the eating area very well. Unfortunately none of the breakfast meat was kosher so I couldn't partake. I would love for them to add turkey or beef breakfast meat options. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean room and linens. Hot water was hot. Pool needed cleaning so much so that I didn't get in. Breakfast was good: hot bacon, eggs, sausage and make your own waffles...yum.

Love this motel when I am in the Chicago Area. Walmart is right across the street and Starbucks is next door. They have an indoor swimming pool too!

There was a funky odor in the hallway. The desk chair was ripped. The bathroom was clean and newly renovated. The parking area has a dangerous drop-off next to the side door area. The laundry room has 2 older washers-rusty on the outside and one unusable with a buildup of mold.

The room was very nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint was that the pool was very cold and it wasn’t clean. I took my daughter for just one night to swim so that was disappointing, but it’s a very nice place to stay if you’re not wanting to swim.

Close to I-94 convenient for travel. Breakfast is OK. Miss Paula at the front desk is very friendly and helpful during our stay. Unfortunately due to the broken pipe there was much construction on the first floor of the building Which could be disturbing for visitors. Hope the construction will end soon.

Upon entering the very clean lobby, we were greeted by the Manager, Lisa, who was very kind, friendly and helpful!! We arrived earlier than check in time; they had a room ready for us so we were able to take our things to the room before heading into downtown Chicago for the rest of the day. The hotel is very clean, noticeably right at check in, and our room did not disappoint either!! Crisp white towels, bed sheets, clean bathroom, rugs, all around the property were vacuumed, floors washed; fitness centre was also very clean and well appointed. We also received very friendly greetings from staff members around the property, (with this amount of staff its no wonder the property is so well kept and maintained). We stayed here to travel into downtown Chicago for three days, which was not too bad of a drive, depending on traffic volume, of course. All in all, we were quite impressed and would hot hesitate to recommend this hotel!! Thank you again, Lisa and staff for making our stay a wonderful one!!

We really enjoyed our stay. I was slightly concerned because the price was so good. But the property seemed new, and the room was clean. Plus the staff were super friendly. There’s even a little gym and water refill. And the breakfast was pretty good too! I would definitely stay again.

Hotel was a little old so really needs updates . Rooms were clean except the carpets in hallways and in rooms were very dirty . My daughter walked without socks and her feet turned black just from walking around the room . Bathroom was clean , but had cracked paint and a few holes . Breakfast was good .

Two towels were not able to be used, they had something on them. There was a brown smudge on wall with hand towels and wash rags. Staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel seemed in an awkward place, but things were easy to access around its location.

The beds were HARD as rocks!! There is a ton of things that need fixed on the property...painting, holes fixed, wallpaper replaced or removed, lights need replaced, theres a metal piece on the door frames that im not sure what theyre for but theyre very loose and could be riped off easily so they dont serve a real purpose. Do the repairs and the place would be really nice.

I always enjoy my stay at this property. The rooms are a nice size, it’s quiet, easy parking, friendly staff, very clean, and in an area easily accessible to the highway and shopping stores. The only downside is the beds are kind of hard and very few cable channels. Otherwise no complaints.

One of the friendliest staffs I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. Anyone you made eye contact with was friendly and greeted you. Breakfast staff was super friendly and welcoming. Loved that front desk called to make sure everything was ok in the room once I settled in. I’ll definitely frequent this hotel again.

Receptionist was on an earphone talking to a friend and didn’t talk to me but I thought she was and said what a couple times. Very rude to talk on the phone the entire time I checked in. When checking out the next day lady refused to send me an email receipt. I didn’t even ask for a printed copy. That is just lazy.

Customer service is beyond excellent! Lisa stood out for me on this trip she was amazing, her delightful spirit is exactly what you would love to see greeting you at the front desk! She even checked on me to assure I had everything or had any questions after checking in. She’s a true gem! My overall experience was excellent, the only complaint I have is the pool area could’ve been just a little more warmer! Also want to send KUDDOS to Paula she was also sweet!

This was a great stay. From the check in desk (Ken) to the housekeeping and kitchen/breakfast staff, everyone was welcoming and friendly every day we were there. Close to area stores and restaurants and right outside the busyness of Chicago. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting this Hammond IN location.

The location is interesting and a little off-putting, to be honest when you first see it, (tucked behind a fireworks store and next to the interstate) BUT the hotel itself was a pleasant surprise!

Exceeded expectations. The staff were great. I was traveling for work and unfamiliar with the area. It was a very quiet hotel and the breakfast was the best Ive had at any hotel in a long time. I highly recommend. Also, there are food options and a starbucks in the same lot area.
