This is a new facility. Breakfast included hot and cold items and was served at 6am weekdays, 7am weekends. Pool was not in operation. They did say we could go to the hotel next door but alas it was January, so even by car with the cold it was a no go. Workout area was small but good. Nice outdoor dining area and grills. Doors seems to not be very well aligned. We could see out into the hall around that door and the adjoining room door had gaps. Beautiful shower with pump bottles. No recycling either in the room or the breakfast area. Service was extremely friendly. Even when staff was chatting among themselves, they immediately broke up and every single one said hi before going separate ways- good training. Value was very good. There is a microwave and full size fridge, glasses, utensils, pans to microwave a casserole etc. Would have liked a smaller rocks glass or wine glass, but that is just me. Window coverings are double. A privacy shade and then a black out shade which are both super nice. This is located right along the expressway yet it was quiet.

The pool was discussing. Ask the front desk if there was a problem with the pool, as it was dirty. They said nothing was wrong. Shortly after there was sign stating the pool was closed for cleaning. It was not available for the duration of my stay.

Room was clean and spacious. Love the bath products! Breakfast was adequate. There is on site parking and breakfast. Neither of these things are noted on the Hotels description. Parking is free, btw. We found a local place for dinner that was delicious and fair priced. Fairly easy getting around Hammond.

Great property overall. The room matched the photos and I felt great in the room. However, please lock the entry door so that ONLY those with a key can get in. Other than that it was fine. Would be a five!

The hotel itself is nice. Room was terrific. Liked the gym and public spaces, which includes outdoor patios on ground level. Breakfast included and was decent. Just don't expect staff to do anything beyond very basic operational tasks. They are quick with a "reflexive no." Asked for early check i. Told no rooms were ready. Hard to believe, but okay. Asked for an hour on departure date (a Sunday). Quoted $50. Used the lobby restroonm two different days ... No paper towel. A lot of employees on their phones and chatting among themselves. I may never be in the area again, but if so will try another property.

Breakfast menu could be better, more selection. Room was clean. Amenities good.

Easy and convenient check-in Parking was great

I was in town for a graduation. I broght my grandson, we loved the room, and food dosplay. Pool was an added bonus. Thanks

Beautiful hotel! Did check out pool but fitness center was nice. Breakfast was warmed up food but a lot of variety.

It was ok. I’m assuming the cleaning staff was rushing. The toilet wasn’t cleaned, it had urine under the seat. The towels weren’t replenished as well. Overall it was ok.

Dirty dishes and no toilet paper in our room, had to call twice to get any. Very loud party next door until midnight. Called 5 times, nothing was done. Would not recommend.

This was the worst stay. Dirty, trash along the walls leading to the room was there all night needs to be vacuumed. Bathroom floor was dirty room smelled like bo and dirty socks. Night check in staff was very rude when we asked for a late check out. No toilet paper or tissues. Sheets were disgusting definitely will not be going back to HOME2 Suites.

No toilet paper in my room door was open when I first got there shower was broken window shade was stuck. Had to get on a chair to pull it down bathroom floor.

During my stay, I discovered a condom in my room. Despite informing the management, they neither offered me an alternative room nor cleaned the one I was in. Additionally, the receptionist was unhelpful and displayed rude behavior.

The property was comfortable and nice. We had a serious ant problem in our room, however. There was food left in the trash and dirty dishes in the dishwasher, all attracting alot of ants. We otherwise enjoyed our stay.

We had to clean the toilet and bathroom floor. No dishes for us to use. We had to ask for towels and wash rags and then were told they were washing @ 7:30 PM! Food all over wall and cabinet. Not toilet paper or hand soap. I look for home2suites hotels because I’m use to the excellent service and cleanliness.

The front desk staff was horrible, did not care to accommodate guest with more towels to the pool. Poor attitude. Rooms not as clean and smelled Funky

The GOOD: Customer service was good overall The BAD: The TV did not turn on! The water in bathroom was very slow. The UGLY: the ANTS in the bathroom! I noticed them about 2am at which point i was way too tired to complain and go thru switching rooms. I kept everything including shoes above the floor. I didn't feel comfortable enough to even shower! The AFTER: upon checking it, i expressed my complaints at the desk. It was received with empathy and she was apologetic. I was asked for my phone number and i gave my hilton rewards and was told someone would be in touch. I was told my receipt would be emailed. It was not. I called back and spoke with a gentleman who stated my email wasn't on file. I explained that it was asked of me when i checked out. So i gave it again. I also asked if my complaint had been noted. He wasn't sure but he asked what they were. He asked if i have proof like photos specifically re the ants. That the process was to send proof to corporate and i would be contacted. I told him none of that was said to me. If it were i would have gone back to the room to do so. I was tired and frustrated. After hanging up. A few minutes later i checked my email for the receipt. It was not there so i called again. This time i asked if he would repeat what i told him. He had it wrong. He tried to tell me that's what i told him. No, i know my own email. I didn't like the tone. I received my receipt. Not going back to stay again...ANTS

There was garbage and a dirty diaper underneath a bed in the room. When i notified the front desk, we were told housekeeping is gone for the night and offered to move us to a smaller room, instead of the same size room or larger. I was not happy with the offer and asked for it to be cleaned. She said again housekeeping was gone for the night. So my husband asked for gloved and a bag to get eid of it.

I enjoyed the hotel. It was nice and quiet. The bathroom door was a problem. I didn’t like that it had a sliding door. It was difficult to open at times and provided minimal privacy. Not good if you are rooming with 6 girls. Other than that the place was clean and the breakfast was good.

It’s a very nice hotel but unfortunately we had shower issues. The shower wouldn’t turn on at first. It eventually did but the water was cold and then it kept turning off. We reported it to the front desk upon check out and they said they would have a manager call us regarding compensation. We have not received a call or any adjustments.

The door lock caused us to get locked. The property did not have quiet time.

Enjoyed the large room with kitchen.

Everything was top tier, but pillows were too soft, and bed wasn’t comfortable.

Full sized fridge, dishwasher! plates and silverware and glasses provided. Bathroom is nice complete with shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in a pump.

Was very pleased with this hotel. I believe a lot of hotels are starting to go down hill. This one the exact opposite. The staff was very friendly and nice. The room was very clean and in great shape. There was not the usual weed smell at all which was amazing. The rooms have plenty of space and storage along with a nice fridge. The shower was awesome. Cons…. You can hear other doors opening and closing through out the night and the bathroom had a barn sliding door with was not only loud but also let the light out around it. Only real cons I can think of. Again staff was amazing. Food and drinks offered was top notch. I would stay here again for sure. I don’t say that often.

The front receptionist at night was extremely rude! Breakfast was your typically continental breakfast. We asked for our room to be cleaned and was not. Then was embraced with attitude from the receptionist staff when we complained.

One of my favorite hotels to stay at when I come to visit family. Great location, clean and the staff is friendly. Food is always so good!

Home 2 suites service was 10/10 I will totally recommend staying here. They treated my family with so much grace and respect. Omg i wish i can tip every staff member keep up the great work, we will be Back!!!!!!!!!!

No staff around. I had to ring bell numerous times and wait 20 minutes just to check in. My bathroom wasnt clean. I couldnt enjoy breakfast before i left, kids runninf around everywhere, waffle maker was broken. I just left. I would not recommend nor would i ever stay again.

The room cleaning was unacceptable and the night shift needs an extra employee at the busiest times. Other than that, everything is fine.

Our check-in process took over 6 hours. The staff apparently staged a “walk-out” conveniently a few hours before we arrived and there was 1 person trying to handle everything for several large groups staying there for a local tournament. We were given 3 different rooms that were either already occupied or dirty because there was no housekeeping and when we finally got a room the front desk person was unable to make us keys for several hours because she was locked out of their computer system and could not reach a manager to help her. The front desk worker did the absolute best should could with a great attitude, but this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

I booked a double queen room. Got here and was given a king room, when asked front desk she’s like the couch pulls out and I don’t have anymore queen beds available. My kids had to sleep on uncomfortable beds because they made a mistake

We stayed 3 nights and had to ask for clean towels. No warning that room service was only supplied upon request. I thought that was included in the room price?

Great hotel just hated that I had a double charge hold on my card upon checking in when I only approved $100. Staff wasn’t much help at all. I was extremely dissatisfied with that experience.

The property seemed fairly new. The room was great. The breakfast can use some improvement. Not a lot of selection. Eggs were over salted and the turkey sausage patty was tough. The coffee was good.

I love the open, airy feel and cleanliness. I commend you on your breakfast options for those of us with vegan/vegetarian diets.

The bed wasn’t comfy and the pillows were very small on a king bed. Sheets and blankets were not comfy and thin. Breakfast service was kinda unprofessional not allowing breakfast 2-3 minutes after 9am. Breakfast was still set out at that time.

Hotel was very clean and the free breakfast was good.
