not very handicap friendly parking.

Staff members very friendly but the hotel needs some upgrades asap...none of the elevators work... there's only vending machines on first floor but rarely worked...someone needs to take care of things

The towels had hair on them and there were stains on the floor. Elevator was broken and nobody informed us.

Clean room clean pool

I was by myself with my dog (thank goodness I had her). My room was off by itself right next to an exit door … sounds great right? Nope. The exit door doesn’t lock at anytime… I checked the doors at the other end of the hall, same. If you know anything about this area you know it’s unsafe! The house keeping would put clean hand towels on top of my dirty towel I had hanging to dry, they did this each day I stayed. However, they did NOT take anything they weren’t supposed to, so I do appreciate the integrity. The morning I went to leave I saw a small beetle in the bathroom, looked more like a small June bug rather than a roach, but was gonna study it to find out as I was leaving. Fridge and microwave worked great. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was all carbs, coffee was burnt.

Lack comfortability and concern for safety, parking lot not well lit.

Pool needs to be cleaned out daily, water was very dirty, the bedding needs to be clean i mean new sheets, all around the beds from the bedspread to the pillow cases. Woke up with bites on our bodies.

Property was in good area but very loud , pool very cold , and to much Chlorine eyes burned really bad also my second night we stayed we can back tried to get in room and key didnt work very inconvient.

Beds were super comfortable. Room was very clean.

The lobby is fair and not an accurate depiction of what you will find in your room. The microwave was plugged in to a lamp! The electrical box behind the bed wasn't even in the wall -- it was attached to the wall. Someone call the fire department! The room had been painted recently...badly. No tape or cutting in, paint all over. After walking barefoot on the floors with clean feet, my daughter's soles looked like she'd walked in dust -- black and grimy. Maintenance had to be called to make the TV work (limited cable, sticky remote) and I had to get toilet paper from the front desk (they didn't leave any extra rolls in the room.) The toilet had terrible rust stains in the bottom, and our room lock was messed up. First, our key card didn't work; then, it worked, but when we left, our door wouldn't lock. Another visit to the front desk. We got a keycard especially to lock our door. Then, our keycard again didn't work to unlock the door. Another visit to the front desk. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Absolutely nothing like the pictures. The beds are super small. The room was filthy. The floors were disgusting. I didn’t even take a chance swimming in the pool. Overall, my young family and I were super disappointed. We definitely would not recommend this property to young families.

It seemed people were partying on our floor. The whole floor smelled like weed. Room floors were sticky, towels, especially the bath mat, was filthy. Not a good place for families.

The overall property is rundown. The tile floor in our room was greasy and slippery. The worst thing was while taking a shower, my wife found hair on the washcloth. Would definitely not recommend this property.

The property was clean. The pool was open, although we did not use it. There were enough towels for everyone. Breakfast was okay- waffles,cereal, fruits.

The front of the hotel was unkept, there was a horrible smell in the hallway, and the carpet in my room wasn’t clean. Also, there were surge protectors in the room because they don’t have enough outlets, the microwave was sitting on top of the mini fridge (that’s not safe) & the two chairs were too nasty to sit in. There was a gap between the door & doorframe & the bathroom door looked like it gotten wet at some point, it was scraping the floor when I closed it. The only good thing was that the bed was comfortable. The hotel needs a lot of work

The staff was really friendly. I got a room with a hot tub that was not working. I paid a high price and wasn’t happy with the hot tub.

AC unit was very clunky and loud. Other guests were extremely loud in the hallways at all hours of the night. Room could have been much cleaner and in better condition.

The room itself was fine. Clean sheets and towels. Comfy bed. Only 2 issues. One, there was a dog that barked ALL NIGHT and there were pieces of acrylic nails on the floor.

I liked the room but the jacuzzi was really too small for 2 people but it was beautiful.

Entire floor was extremely muggy and hot, room was hot, AC barely worked. Room didn’t match pictures, tub didn’t drain, floor not the cleanest, ice machine broken, and the beds were uncomfortable and noisy when moving.

Lobby and public areas were clean. Rooms were fairly clean, some visible grime. Furniture was old and stained. All light switches were motion sensors which seems like an odd choice. Breakfast was really poor, all carbs, no protein. No overly noisy despite being right next to two highways. Female travelers may want to consider bringing extra precautions as room security seemed less than great.

The only dislike I have with this hotel are the room doors. There is a huge gap at the bottom of the door and a gap between the locks and frame. It’s not a huge problem, but we all know that buildings and our homes shift. This maybe a point of concern.

Our bathroom ceiling was crumbling our doors didn’t work properly and Wi-Fi was terrible as well as the tub didn’t drain

The air conditioner in our room did not work. Texted front desk and did not receive a reply. Website advertised Coffee Pots in rooms, there was not. The refrigerator in the room rocked, where it was not balanced. Each time you flushed the toilet it would squill horribly. There was not a continental breakfast as advertised. Shade was broke and very hard to put up and down. Was unable to park anywhere close to our room.

For the price, it was a decent place to stay. Very outdated though. The room was clean but most things need to be replaced. The outlet covers weren’t secured to the wall, there were extension cords due to lack of outlets, the bathtub definitely needed repair around the edges etc. All in all, it was like staying at an old house that was clean but definitely needed work.

We had to check out last night because there was just too much noise. We didn’t appreciate that they allow so many people in one room and just cause noise. I will definitely not come back.

Friendly staff, clean room, fast check in

had to park far away since they were repaving their lot. Wrong room was assigned initially and had to wait 30 mins for them to figure it out. Room was dirty and had to ask for clean towels. Received a call from front desk at 10:40pm regarding payment, even though card was on file and I had checked in at the front desk upon arrival. All very frustrating

Asked for extra pillows and the lady never came

Night Customer service was horrible, At check-in, I requested an entry level floor room. I was told they were sold out went to our room on the third floor, the room was 80° hot, the lock on the entry door was broken. The door knob was hanging off the bathroom door. The lock to an adjoining room was broken. the TV did not work, The blow dryer was clearly broken.There was a barking dog across the hall when I went to the desk to complain they were able to move me to the first floor. That room was a little better there but for a Wyndham partner, I was very disappointed when I agreed to move to the first floor. The clerk said be quick!, But 20 minutes before that he had no available room.?? I asked for a luggage rack. He didn’t know what that was and said they didn’t have them, but I said there was one on the third floor. I was able to go back and get that myself. The pool is advertised as heated and at the door it says it’s 104 Degrees-it was ice cold. The next night at after 10 PM, there was much ruckus in the hallway, when we went to the front desk to complain about the extreme noise, the clerk said what noise? The Continental breakfast was far from that, the first day there was one apple and one orange when I asked for fruit they said no more. The only thing hot was oatmeal. The second day there was at least tater tots and sausage links. Once again for a Wyndham partner, I was very disappointed

This stay was bad....the employees couldn't speak or i understand English, a lot of things in the room didn't work and was broken, and I got wkoen up, and told to come to the desk because I was suppose to be checked out, but I had extended my stay.

It was ok... had a hard time with the female checking in. I called to ask when we could checkin to our room, she then placed me on hold for 7 minutes... all i needed was a time. Then i hung up. And redialed the same number. Received the same woman. Who finally answered 2 or 230...but she could say that the first time?? And it was the same women

Fast checkin and friendly staff.

Receptionists were inattentive. The overall service was okay. But not sure about returning.

We came to visit for a show at Horseshoe Casino. This hotel is about 12 min drive from the casino. It’s what you expect from a Days Inn. It seems like there have been some updates. It is fine for a quick night away.

The location was very conveint for our stay- it was slightly under construction- but they still gave us the best service.

I like the fact that the hotel is right around the corner from a bike trail. We were able to ride our bikes all the way to Whiting to attend the Pierogifest .

Needed something close to Chicago, easy access to toll roads and expressways within range. Restaurants, bank, gas, Walgreens, fast food within blocks.

Just what I needed for my trip to Chicago.

I pay for breakfast was no breakfast only in some stuff they called breakfast they lied to the people

Check-in was fine, didn't like that security wasn't up to par-doors entering from the back were unlocked and unsecure. Also, many many kids and noise plus breakfast really sucked! No knives for spreading butter or jelly. No yogurt or anything much besides waffles or bagels and again no tools to spread anything on them.

They were doing maintenance on the place so hallways were blocked I spent extra money on a room with a whirlpool and half the Jets didn't work when I told the front desk they did nothing for me, and they had no proteins for breakfast only waffles and cereal
