Stayed 1 night

When we arrived to check in they said they did not have our reservation, it is a good thing I printed off the paperwork for it or we would not have had a room. Plus they said they only had 1 room available, that was not even clean yet and this was well past their 3:00 p.m. check in time, and it was 2 full beds not the 2 queen beds that was advertised we were to have. Was able to get in the room for my daughter to change clothes to go to the Football game. Needed to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper, so had to go get some from the office. We left to go to the game, came back to the beds made up, but there was no soap, kleenex, coffee or cups for the next morning. Was told they had a continental breakfast, but when we went to the lobby they had a sign that said out of stock. We left the hotel by 7:00 a.m that morning because it was horrible. We feel like we should be refunded our money for this.

Stayed 2 nights

This was the worst experience I've ever had. One person working, clearly under the influence of some substance, and disappeared for extended periods of time while there was 10 people waiting to be checked in. Took over 2 hours to get checked in and then he didn't know what room was the correct one for us to stay in. Other guests were being turned away after having a reservation for over 6 months, absolutely unbelievable. The room itself was okay as far as cleanliness, amenities was awful. No cable, Roku instead, brand new device not set up and didn't have batteries for the remote. Went and asked for batteries and was given some that didn't work, at that point I gave up on watching tv. My towels still had tags on them from the store, no bathroom amenities (hand soap, shampoo, etc.), and the mini fridge just didn't work. The morning of checkout my room key got deactivated, luckily I had taken my bags to the car because I couldn't get back in my room to get my cooler. The front desk doors were locked, no staff was on site and nobody was answering a call. After waiting and trying for over an hour to get a hold of any type of staff I decided to just leave and leave my cooler behind. Overall the most awful place I've ever stayed at or dealt with in my life, AVOID this property at all costs if you can!!!
