Was centrally located for a ball game was were attending. It was a little noisy for me, as it is located aside a major highway. But it was so close to gas and shopping areas. Also a cracker barrel next door. Breakfast was a great selection also. Overall very good. Nice pool area too.

I didn’t like hearing the interstate traffic all night. The bathroom did not feel very clean. The water in the tub from the shower did not properly drain. The sheets seemed dingy. Just not a very comfortable experience. Never have had these issues at other Hampton Inns.

Hotel is dirty and needs to be updated. They put us right by an elevator which sucks because I'm a very light sleeper. It was workers there that were getting drinks out of the breakfast juice machine. They would turn it on and get drinks and then turn it back off. If the work was going to get drinks I think everybody should. Also I think you need a better breakfast. I really like La Quinta and that's my preferred hotel but I was disappointed in this stay

The hotel is immediately off the interstate and semi's can be heard all night long. Rooms are beginning to show wear and abuse; coffee maker was absolutely filthy (something growing in it?). Breakfast staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was pretty dirty and unkept. Mold in showers, broken ac unit. Had to change rooms and the second room may have been worse. On the adverse the staff was PHENOMENAL. The staff may have had the best hospitality I’ve ever received and experienced

Great shower water pressure, towels, room temperature. Room hadn’t been vacuumed in the corners for some time. A spot of what appeared to be black mold was on the shower caulking and on the shower curtain. Beds were average at best. Not nearly as comfortable as LaQuinta’s, which was more than surprising as I expect more from Hampton Inn.

Customer service. My tv was broken. They didn’t have a room in the first floor but said they’d call maintenance. The next morning I reminded them at the front desk. Came home that night to broken tv still. Desk clerk said she didn’t know why I’d think it would be fixed.

The property was literally right as I got off of interstate 40 East off-ramp I came to the stop light and it was right straight across from the off-ramp very easy to find and you don’t have to drive across town the try to remember how to get back the the interstate. But the best thing I like is the customer service Cayla really goes above and beyond to make sure the guests feel comfortable and doesn’t want for anything and makes it personal too I like thats ,you never see that.it’s clean , quite, feels safe and places to eat walking distance all round. Great place

Decent old style hotel/motel. Good location near everything in Shawnee. Doesn’t off any kind of an upgraded “real suite”, but it’s an ok place to spend a night or two! Didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t comment on that.

Two night stay for a cow show at Heart of OK. The young lady at check in was amazing and so helpful. I wish I remembered her name... The room was fine, the pool looked fine but I didnt use it. The breakfast was very low quality but did have a decent selection of hot and cold items for a hotel breakfast. I had some fresh fruit both mornings because nothing else looked good to me. The coffee tasted burnt. The worst part of the stay was by far the uncomfortable mattress. The best part of the stay was by far all of the employees. Great people work here.
