Quality Inn Lewisport

No one around at breakfast to ask questions. There was a strange smell in the lobby. Otherwise the place was fine and check in was nice and fast. Clerk was friendly

No elevator and building was old

No elevator & would not switch room to accommodate without upcharge despite obvious lack of business. No gym as listed. No hot tub as listed. Smoke debris on the walls not very cleanly. Housekeeping staff was kind and no disturbances overall.

Very nice, quiet, breakfast was great… pool was probably the best hotel pool I’ve seen.

To start it off the lady checking us in was so sweet and friendly. The vibe of the lobby was very old school. Which was totally fine. It seemed super clean, just outdated. We were placed on the second floor and found out there was not an elevator. It was two sets short steps. We got into our room and it was also super outdated also. Our door would not shut without force. My daughter was excited to use the pool since it was 90* out but we quickly found out the pool had a lock on it and wasn’t being opened for another week. Which was NO WHERE on the website. Beds were smaller than a queen. My husband and I did not fit well. They came in and cleaned our room and moved all of our belongings and turned off the A/C in our room. When we got back from 12 hours at the ball field on a 90* day it was hot. There was a man and 3 girls swimming in the pool, my daughter ran to jump in and he yelled “pool closed! Pool closed!!” It was only open for him (owner) and his family. She was extremely disappointed. He quickly placed the lock on the pool so she couldn’t get in. The 3 of us could all shower right in a row because the hot water (which was hardly on) wouldn’t last a whole shower. Our white sheets had colored stains on them that looked like they were bleached. Lots of paint patches, lots of mismatched walls and what not. Wasn’t terrible but we will not visit again.

This property did not have an elevator and carrying bags to the second floor makes this a no return trip for me.

I want a refund on this stay expedia site showed it 13 miles from the location we was out after booking turned out was over 30miles and in another State. Only to be woke early the next morning with water pouring out of the ceiling in the bathroom. The phones arnt even hooked up so we go to front desk tell the ladie she says here key to the joining room we can take a shower there only to find fans tryinv to dry the carpet in that room were it had been flooded

Stairs and hallways were dingy. Room was ok, but shower was lukewarm at best even though I had it turned all the way to HoT. All carbs offered for breakfast. Coffee only so-so.

This place has owners/staff that just don't care. They never restock their breakfast until you ring a bell and ask. When you ring the bell it takes them forever to come upfront and then they act so annoyed that you asked. They do not restock everything in the breakfast area that is empty, you have to ask for each individual thing. They have multiple lights in the lobby/breakfast area that flash off and on. It seems they either need new bulbs or there is an electrical short. The water DOES NOT get hot. Lukewarm showers at best. The beds are so hard and uncomfortable. There is also no elevator you have to climb a flight of stairs so for people with limited mobility it would be difficult. They also had the worst coffee I ever drank. We could have stayed in a tent and it would have been better because we wouldn't have expected to get hot showers or comfortable beds. We will never stay here again.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The light above the mirror was out. The walls were dirty. The floor lamp had dust on the base. The bathroom smelled bad and the wall looked like it had poop on it above the toilet paper. Breakfast was worthless.

Everyone was very nice. Breakfast offerings were the usual, and ok. Room and beds were comfortable. Could stand better cleaning like vacuuming the corners, and under the vanity. We also saw a couple of baby roaches by the vanity sink, so notified housekeeping and the desk clerk. Never saw any anywhere else. It's understandable given the amount of rain the area has had this year. And anytime you are in a public place there is that risk.

The room appeared to be great, first reaction. After we got settled and went to bed, the window started leaking. We put a towel under it to help absorb. Quite frankly, we didn’t want to get dressed to move rooms. In the morning I noticed mold on the caulking in the shower. The paint job looked amateur. The threshold was missing tile and you could feel/see the gravel. There were spots of mold on the shower curtain. When we checked out I asked for a discount due to those findings. I was told no. Once the account is settled he can’t do any discounts. The account wasn’t settled because we hadn’t gotten the receipt and he didn’t know the room number. He offered a discount on another nights stay and I assured him we would not be back.

Everything was wonderful Very clean rooms. Beds are very comfortable. Hotel staff is wonderful.

Rooms were clean, however one of the two rooms was a bit musty and felt as if it had not been ventilated/used in some time. Overall stay was fine and fit our needs.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I am no 5 star customer and use the quality inn often but these beds were the absolute worst and the toilet was the size of a toddler

Never found anyone at front desk. I had a service dog which was fine but sister had a bird in a cage and we were charged pet fee for 4 days and she was only there 3 days. Why charge for bird in a cage? Bathroom plumbing was bad. Clogged up almost every time.

Property was nice, quiet and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was running low on biscuits by 7 and no one was checking on the food. Our only big complaint is the bed was so hard we didn't sleep well and were hurting by the end of our two night stay. If the bed wouldn't have been so firm I would probably give a 5/5.

Clean, quiet, and a comfortable bed allowed for good sleep while staying 5 nights! If/when we are in the area again and in need of a place to stay, I would choose to stay here again.

A/C was struggling (Rm. 115), could use some attention. Due to only 2 guests, had not prepared hot breakfast until I asked, but caused only a few minute's wait. On the plus side, was nice & hot. Enjoyed it.

Shower only had hot water to a point where it would burn your skin and no cold water.

We were very pleased with our experience. We arrived late in the evening due to road construction along the way. Our hostess was very gracious. We slept well and enjoyed the breakfast containing lots of variety. We stayed 2 nights. We will stay here again.

There truly is only one issue. Not only did inpay hotels.com, but then i was required to give them a credit card for incidentals. They put a 100.00 charge against my card. I assumed once the room was checked after checkout the charge would drop off. It didnt. I called and they said it would be 1 to 5 days before it would drop off. This is unacceptable. Now i will have to check daily to make sure charge is reversed. This should be stated on yoir website.

It was a very pleasant stay! We are from Lewisport & enjoy staying here. Location, price, everything is good! We'll be back definitely!

The hotel and rooms dining area was well maintained no local eateries or grocery stores available just convenience, stores and gas stations

Not much around, average stay

Decent small town motel. Comfy beds. No handicap accessible rooms. Standard motel breakfast that staff will quickly refill if asked. No fresh fruit.

The placement of the hotel makes it extremely quiet, but it’s still technically close to a lot of tourist spots, and some of my favorites

It was a busy night, and the breakfast was not maintained for guests who came on during the last 45 minutes of the breakfast hour.
