This hotel is on the outskirts of Paducah; very few, if any, choices of restaurants. The bed was softer than I prefer. The room needs a coffee table; several light bulbs missing in the lamps. The room was very clean and the staff was professional and friendly. No elevator.

The pool and area around it were extremely dirty. The pool was closed which was disappointing for my kids. The stay was friendly and rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was filling and good. Overall it was a nice stay.

Dirty wash cloth un the shower. No cover on the air conditioner. Gazebo area had the only trash can overflowing. No where for cigarette butts so there were at least 100 on the ground. Pool filter was not running and the water appeared it hadnt for a while. Grabbed the net to clean out some of the zillion bugs only to be told repeatedly by 3 kids, i would guess all under the age of 8, that they were related to the manager and we cant touch the net. The dryer was not working according to the sign on the laundry room door.

Listing said breakfast was until 11. At 10 lights were out, no sausage, only creamer was non- dairy crap. And fitness center was a joke! Quiet and dark (which were what I needed.) but otherwise a dump. Would definitely NOT co back.

It was great. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. I would stay there again. Loved the Gazebo out back to sit and talk. Had a grill but did not use.

While they have recently redone the lobby area most of the rest of the facility is in dire need to repair and care. Garbage and algae all over the pool , chairs in my room with tape holding things together were very disappointing. Won’t return

The floor in the room doesn’t seem to have been swept or mopped for many stays. The shower seems like it has gone even longer without cleaning. There is hair on the floor and in the drains. The sheets are older than my children. The smell of cleaner is strong in the room, as is the residue and spray on the floor. It appears that the cleaners spray stuff on the floor and then don’t bother to mop or wipe it up. The toilet plumbing is noisy. This might be the most overpriced hotel I’ve stayed in. I refuse to believe any real person gave this place good reviews.

This is an older hotel. There is no elevator, which we found unnerving at first. The room, however, was huge and clean. The beds were soft and the air worked great. We were just passing through and this hotel met all our needs.

Loved the floors and shower, but walls are not well insulated so we heard the girls basketball team in the rooms next to us enjoying each other’s company. They were normal kids, and not excessively noisy but we heard all their giggles.

We waited in line for 30 minutes to check in. The party in front of us was trying to use gift cards for their two rooms and the desk clerk did not know how to process these. He called his manager and was still confused. Ultimately, the customer decided to not use the gift cards. After we finally were able to check in, the door to our room (111) was ajar. It was not locked. The room was fairly clean and the beds were made, but it was obvious the floor had not been vacuumed and the sanitary strip that goes on the toilet was lying on the floor of the bathroom. Finally, the continental breakfast was terrible. The eggs were completely cold and the waffle maker did not work. Overall, a terrible experience!

I booked 2 nights. My key card was turned off before the end of the first night. Had to go to the front desk and request a door tag that we do not need or want housecleaning in our room. We left for the day came back and our room was entered. The door tag was gone, dirty towels were taken but not replaced garbage can was taken out. Spoke to front desk person said would speak to manager and gave us a card with the general manager on it who hasn't worked with the company since 2020.

Breakfast was fine. Basic free breakfast. Air conditioning worked fine. Turned on heat in the morning and it smelled like a rodent died in there. Miss Metta (sp?) Was very very nice. The room was nice and clean and we felt safe there.

The area around the property is pretty sketchy and my room smelled like cigarette smoke. The room looked like from the 90s with not even paint touchups since. They even reuse hotel room keys and their sleves. The breakfast was good, but that's about it.

The room was clean, but smelled a little odd. The AC worked well. We did not need laundry sevices. There were no places to eat nearby, we had to drive 9 miles away to find something and after already driving all day, we were not happy with that. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we slept well, and the shower was very good. Plenty of water pressure and water coming out of the showerhead.

What a pleasant surprise. This hotel was clean and quiet even being next to the interstate. The bed and pillows were great. Breakfast was awesome, with many hot items as well as fruit and yogurt, cereal, etc. They even offered us water bottles for the road as we checked out. The only thing that wasn't convenient was restaurants nearby. Was about a 10 min. drive to find supper. But that really wasn't a big deal to us. I would recommend this property and we will stay again.

Had hoped for a nicer place based on the ratings. Staff was very nice at check-in. Got in super late. The room didn’t smell bad and wasn’t stuffy. It just had the feeling that I didn’t wanna really touch anything. Couch was super stained. Desk chair had a torn and ragged out armrest cover on only one arm. Just all gave the feeling that I didn’t wanna touch things. Pillows were soft and fluffy. Real sketchy truck stop next door. Wouldn’t stay again unless I had no other options. Staff at check out was super nice.

With remnants of Francine moving through, gave up my campground reservations and opted for a room at the Best Western before the Misaligned Minds Bike Tour. The room was spacious, updated and clean. Conveniently located right off HWY 24 and only a 6min drive to from a great brewery- Paducah Beer Werks

Easy on and off from the highway. We’ve never stayed in a hotel room that had no carpeting. The hallways were carpeted but the room was all laminate. The hair dryer was filthy with hair stuck all around it. Breakfast menu said cinnamon rolls, but there were none, no butter for toast and no coffee left at 7:00 A.M. It appeared the front desk person was also responsible for keeping things replenished in the breakfast area. Not a good idea during the busiest morning hours.

We got in really late at night with 2 very tired kids. The front desk staff did there job as expected. We had an awful stay elsewhere the week prior and were all quite skeptical. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness of the property and room! We got a great night of sleep. The breakfast the next day was VERY good and we again noticed the cleanliness in the common areas. Overall we are so thankful for a great night stay.

The breakfast was not good. Terrible coffee and things were not refilled in a timely manner. No napkins, no soap in bathroom dispenser. There as a bug in our room and ants next to the syrup. Rooms outdated. Reviews were very misleading.

Room was not very clean - corners in bathroom not swept/mopped, hair all over the bathroom and coffee table. When we entered the room it had a bit of a smell and was humid, bedding felt damp. Went down to breakfast at 8am on a weekday and almost everything was empty. Did get a free upgrade at check in for some reason, but don’t think we’ll stay again unfortunately.

This property is okay it’s fine for a one or two night stay. And the free breakfast was just OK nothing exciting however, the breakfast bar should have been cleaned a little better as I found ants crawling around the waffle maker a syrup container.
