Got 2 rooms, one smelled like cat urine. Front desk clerk was nice and willing to get us a different room but they didn’t have another one on the first floor and no elevator so my father was fine dealing with the smell. (Yes, I insisted he switch me rooms or I could go to the second floor) The desk clerk did come spray something to try and help. Breakfast was also less than impressive. We were exhausted from a long roadtrip so it was close to interstate and cheap for a quick nights rest.

The hotel advertised coffee shop/cafe. Bar/lounge and other things they did not have they had a very slim continental bf and the house keeper walked into our room at 944am (checkout 11) without knocking or annouving herself then turned walked out and didnt even apologize

Great place for dogs, very comfortable bed. Everything you need including restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Room was large and quiet. No elevator and mediocre breakfast gave it a lower rating for us.

I requested on Hotels.com1st floor, hotel full. Didn't receive. NO Elevator, not happy to walk up counted 25 steps. Heater was loose to wall about inch letting cold air inside 22degrees outside, bed ok, one wall picture missing. No protein at breakfast only yogurt. NO ADA accommodations. Really! Very disappointed.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The building itself needs some work. Breakfast was minimal but ok. Location is good. Right off the highway, close to restaurants and stores. Pool has been permanently closed for 5 years. No sign of doing anything with it.

The room was best for us. We had 2 beds. The bathroom was large with a walk in shower. The ouutside noise was loud, it was like white noise all night.The breakfast was less than expected for this hotel. Also, remove pool from the description since it has not functioned since 2019.

Check in went well and staff were friendly. Our room had a very musty smell with possible mold issues. It appeared there had been damage from a storm in the area earlier as many of the hotels were being repaired. This property must have suffered water damage which lead to this smell. Our room was in great need of additional repairs and a makeover. We did stay for the night but would not return to this property in it's current state. Disappointed to say the least.

The bathroom had hair everywhere, including the back of the bathroom door. Was not cleaned. Could definitely use some maintenance and upkeep. We had a couple of bugs crawling around on the floor. Dogs barking next door. We will look for better accommodation next time.

The breakfast was bare minimum, I wouldn't rely on it as an actual meal just toast and cereal. The room was a bit musty and never cleared up with that basement odor my entire stay. Other than that it was a clean and convenient location hotel.

First, let’s start by after getting confirmation of booking this hotel for my media job stay, when checking in they tried to charge me a deposit yet my receipt said paid in full. Because I was out of state and do not travel with my personal debit card I was going to be out of state with no room. Corporate had no clue how awful this hotel was or it would have never been rented. I get my room & the first thing I see is a roach on the floor of the entryway and one in the toilet. I told them, but it did no good. There were brown lines above the bed where someone had heavily smoked in the room & I am allergic to smoke. I complained with no help. Also on site by homeless man that is sleeping in the dumpster at 9 PM. Scary! While checking out the key card I had did not work for the 4th time. I had left my hairdryer and dog bowls in my room, I work in media I had my badge on that had my name, job, & a picture of my face on my shirt where they could see this…. I asked the man upfront Alex if he could let me grab my things. I left my phone up front so I could do so. I return, he ACCUSED ME OF TRYING TO STEAL- PEEKING IN HIS STAIRWELL?? (WHAT?) LOL! Before I left, I reminded him not only am I not a thief, but that was very silly to do to a woman who works in media and they will be blasted quite frankly. I’m very offended. I was called a thief very offended. I had to stay in a roach hotel, and it will definitely be sent to state inspection because this is not up to par do not rent

Due to how late we arrived and the front desks demeanor we did not return to ask for a new room. When we arrived our room was not thoroughly cleaned. There were stains on the bed sheets, the room had a couch covered with some type of hair and stains. The room smelled musty and our allergies were severely triggered. Thank goodness I always have emergency travel cleaning supplies. O was able to Lysol and clean the room enough for us to sleep the night and allergy meds with inhalers for my family. We will never stay here again. The only positive was the actual placement of the hotel. We had multiple choices of shopping and restaurants.

Had to go to the desk & get the plunger to take care of myself. And had to ask for more towels, not offered. Breakfast offerings were bad. Sugar all the way. No protein options except for sugar yogurt. Not a good stay. Would not recommend!

I stopped only for a night's sleep while driving long distance. The hotel was generally run down. The shower curtain was drooping. Visible duct tape was holding the ventilation system together. People were lovely. It was the condition of the room. Curtains were shredded, wallpaper looked moldy and was coming off of the wall, the bathroom caulking was horrible, the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. The other thing was the quality of the Kleenex and toilet paper, I get they are saving money but it was terribly thin. You use more when things are one ply so how much money are you saving?

I got to my room and the tv did not work. They moved me to a different room and the sink was clogged up and dirty and would not drain. I was then moved again to a 3rd room which was ok but when I turned the light switch off to the overhead light it also turned the tv off.

The hotel did not receive my reservations and had to call Hotels.com and be on phone for 30 min to get my room confirmed. And they were going thru upgrade putting new furniture in rrooms

BEWARE! if your looking for a cheaper room keep in mine they charge a $250 deposit. Which was more than my 3 night stay. Room wasn't horrible. Just dated and had stale smell. Probably better idea to stay at a different hotel when in Paducah.

Checking into this hotel wasa pain. She said my card was declined and had to call her boss then said expedia gives a bad deal.. etc. If this is an issue w them I will nut user them. Also Expedia chargee 10$ higher than the advertised rate on their own sight. Not happy in that. May have to use another travel sight if you keep that up.

This is my new go-to hotel when traveling and making Paducah my “halfway point” where I stop. There is a Texas Roadhouse restaurant across the street so I love to stop here, get a good clean comfortable room, and walk over to the restaurant for dinner.

Great place for dogs, very comfortable bed. Everything you need including restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Room was large and quiet. No elevator and mediocre breakfast gave it a lower rating for us.

First, let’s start by after getting confirmation of booking this hotel for my media job stay, when checking in they tried to charge me a deposit yet my receipt said paid in full. Because I was out of state and do not travel with my personal debit card I was going to be out of state with no room. Corporate had no clue how awful this hotel was or it would have never been rented. I get my room & the first thing I see is a roach on the floor of the entryway and one in the toilet. I told them, but it did no good. There were brown lines above the bed where someone had heavily smoked in the room & I am allergic to smoke. I complained with no help. Also on site by homeless man that is sleeping in the dumpster at 9 PM. Scary! While checking out the key card I had did not work for the 4th time. I had left my hairdryer and dog bowls in my room, I work in media I had my badge on that had my name, job, & a picture of my face on my shirt where they could see this…. I asked the man upfront Alex if he could let me grab my things. I left my phone up front so I could do so. I return, he ACCUSED ME OF TRYING TO STEAL- PEEKING IN HIS STAIRWELL?? (WHAT?) LOL! I travel alot for work, stayed in another hotel chain a couple nights before this who charged $50 for incidentals, which is reasonable. I was shocked when this one wanted $250 for incidentals - and was told by the clerk that people have "thrown TVs out the window". Ok, well I'm an almost 60 year old woman traveling for business, I'm not going to be throwing a TV out the window. She said the charge varies by the location. So, be prepared if you have limited funds. The facility itself was fine - clean, the bedding was comfortable, yet some of the furnishings were old, including a 20-year old sofa with a large hole in the seat cushion, and a vanity light with a burned out bulb. The facility definitely has some age but is decent and I slept well. The breakfast area had cereal, breads, muffins, waffles, yogurt and no fruit. Upon leaving in the morning, it appeared there were two homeless people sleeping in the courtyard. (Maybe they didn't have the $250 in their account for incidentals..)

I stopped only for a night's sleep while driving long distance. The hotel was generally run down. The shower curtain was drooping. Visible duct tape was holding the ventilation system together. Staff was wonderful. Very clean and quiet. I had a king suite and it was very roomy with a sofa and coffee table, another soft chair, a desk and chair. Convenient to shopping, sights, etc. Only negatives: the WiFi in room was in and out and breakfast was VERY sparse. Coffee was good. Overall I would stay here again.

I requested on Hotels.com1st floor, hotel full. Didn't receive. NO Elevator, not happy to walk up counted 25 steps. Heater was loose to wall about inch letting cold air inside 22degrees outside, bed ok, one wall picture missing. No protein at breakfast only yogurt. NO ADA accommodations. Really! Very disappointed.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The building itself needs some work. Breakfast was minimal but ok. Location is good. Right off the highway, close to restaurants and stores. Pool has been permanently closed for 5 years. No sign of doing anything with it.

Had to switch rooms. TV & phone didn’t work in the first room. We needed a pet room & it smelled like a pet room. Needs cleaned better. Switched to another room & the toilet clogged & overflowed. Had to go to the desk & get the plunger to take care of myself. And had to ask for more towels, not offered. Breakfast offerings were bad. Sugar all the way. No protein options except for sugar yogurt. Not a good stay. Would not recommend!

The pictures of breakfast options were incorrect, I would have booked a different Hotel if I knew what they actually had for breakfast. One of their pictures showed biscuits, gravy and scrambled eggs. Not only did they not have that but they barely had anything. 1-1/2 bagels and a couple of donuts. Hotel is in very poor condition and I felt taken.

Our "accessibility" room was a bit more run down than the rest of the property. It also had a heavy smell that ac didn't solve. It was nowhere close to a three star hotel experience. Look elsewhere.

The rooms were clean and everything but the whole building itself is old and looks rundown they can definitely use a remodeling. Parking was not good on the sides of building had to walk around to front to get in and no elevator had stairs so if you had heavy luggage it’s tough .
