Days Inn by Wyndham Paducah I-24 Exit 4

It looked like the carpet had blood stains on it. No soap or toilet paper ij the room. The cable TV was not working, EVERY channel had static lines or would go to a black screens several times during a show, The breakfast and coffee were pathetic. Parking lot had a lot of pot holes to dodge.

Coffee, landscape, pet friendly

Nice clean place. Real close to all the shopping! Staff was very nice. Pool closed too early tho. Closes at 8. Was a lot of people there so my daughter didnt get to swim but one time during our weekend stay.

I didn't care for the overall condition of the room. There was peeling paint, sagging ceiling tiles or some kind moisture damage. The carpet and bedding felt damp/humid. I did like that there is always hot coffee in the lobby and the staff was very friendly. It's convenient to everything and easy to get in and out of. Over all, not horrible!

Had trouble finding the place because the sign wasn’t on at night. Whoever owns this property doesn’t care about updating it. The staff were very nice and helpful. We will never stay there again unless it’s obviously renovated.

The nonsmoking room reeked of smoke and my friend had a coughing attack from the smell. The blanket had a cigarette burn. The paint on the ceiling and wallpaper were peeling off. The toilet had a hairball in it and the bathroom floor was sticky. The parking lot was also dimly lit. I now wish I would have paid $50 more for a different hotel in the Paducah area for our 1 night stay passing through.

No working vending machine's

Got a good rate. But got what we paid for with the condition of the rooms, very dated and in poor condition. The outdoor pool was nice, but had limited hours. The best part was the free breakfast. Good biscuit and gravy and always like to use the waffle maker!

Ceilings falling down in bathroom and bedroom. Comode ran all night. Stains on blankets. Bugs in bathroom and main bedroom. Door not working . No breakfast variety. Cigarette butts everywhere. No A/C in Lobby & Breakfast Area with it being 85 degrees outside. Parking lot not adequately lit up for nite time .

This place is the filthiest hotel i have ever seen. Globs of matted hair were all over the bathroom floor, the beds had WET stains on them and had not been washed, and the carpet had clumps of nasty hair everywhere. I went to request a refund and find a new hotel, and the front desk was understanding. He said he refunded my account, but I have yet to see the credit. Stay far away!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!@@! Room 113 was full of BEDBUGS. They moved us to Room 242, which was full of FLEAS. The front staff was not supprised or in denial. We left, went across the road to Fairfield and got a clean, safe room!

The price was nice but everything else was disguising. The room was extremely dirty and smelled bad. The TV didn’t work. AC filter was old and dirty and fell apart. Parking lot is full of pot holes. The tub looked like It hasn’t been cleaned in months. Everything was extremely dusty. Sunflower seeds all over the floor like it hasn’t been vacuumed in weeks. We will never stay here again.

The room needed to be vacuumed. The bathroom needed a good cleaning. The toilet leaked making the bathroom floor gross. The side walks outside the rooms had trash and debris. The beds are comfortable. But over all it was not a clean place to stay.

I checked in and the room smelled but I was gonna deal with that. When I turned on the lights and looked around. I noticed the room wasn’t clean- toilet, bathtub, floor. I asked for a different room and that one was dirtier than the first- dirty floors, the bathroom looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all, and there were still items in the room from a previous guest. The attendant was nice and refunded me my money and said I could take my receipt to the sister hotel next door and could get a room for the same rate. And that room wasn’t clean either- dirty floors, microwave and fridge. I won’t be staying at either hotel. The Days Inn is currently being renovated. Just save your money and go elsewhere.

Room stunk really bad with ac on. There was food and hair under and behind everything in that room. Was getting constantly bitten by something, and found a bug crawling on me within 1 hr in that room. No surfaces were clean , worst room ive ever seen. The lady was nice and said ill get refunded. Now i wait to see how expedia handles a refund process. I ended up sleeping in my car at a rest stop. Worst trip ever.

I liked nothing. The room had not been vacuumed, there were dirty fingerprints all over, the toilet was leaky and running constantly, there was mold and filth around the tub and toilet, I only stayed one night, but if not so tired would have found a different booking. Slept atop bed in clothes because if the filth—I have pictures to back this up. Don’t trick other people into booking this motel. The high ratings have to be really old from when the hotel was brand new, or they are fake ones. The poor ratings are accurate.

The staff was friendly, and the facility is decent. The rooms are outdated though. The entry door was a little hard to close. I couldn’t watch TV because the reception was terrible. Only a few channels would come through. The shower floor looked dirty and there was pee that had run down the front of the toilet. Overall, though, the hotel served its purpose and I slept well.

Lady at front desk was wonderful and very cheerful. Our room smelled of pot the whole time we stayed and the room was dirty. We found food still in refrigerator, outside of refrigerator was good smeared all over, socks laying against wall and colored rubber bands laying all over bathroom floor. Beds are very out dated and rough to sleep on. TV only picks up 10 channels and good luck with them actually working. We never tried the breakfast for fear of what it might contain. This place isn't for weekend get away people, it's a rent by the week/month people.

The beds were so hard my shoulder and chest hurt from pressure thought it was just me but person in other bed got up said was horrible bed was hard and hia shoulder was hurting

Tv didn’t work properly, said HBO was available but didn’t work. Local stations didn’t work. Room not worth price. Lady at front desk was very nice!

Was dated for TV channels and room phone not good. Room was clean and was great for overnight stay.

The only thing I noticed that could use improvement was the cable service on the tv, the local channels didn’t come in at all and the rest of the channels weren’t real good

Convenient, quiet and clean. What more could a traveler need? Pet friendly without the unreasonable fees many hotels require. Dated yet everything functions as it should. Furnished nice including a refrigerator and microwave. Firm mattress, just the way we like.

This is a cheap, no frills hotel that has a cheap pet fee. It is right off exit 4 of I-24 We stay two different nights (first and last night of a week trip in TN) and have mixed results. Fridge didn't work in one room and worked poorly in another. Cable doesn't work very well and the wi-fi quite working our 2nd night there. The staff is friendly and the rate is really good, but it is an older place that could use some serious updates. There is a lot of wear and tear on the rooms but if you want to stay somewhere on a budget for one night, it's not awful. Your travels will vary but just realize you are getting a really cheap room that is good for a nights rest. Breakfast is cereal, oatmeal, coffee, toast, juice and decent donuts for a hotel.

Older and not maintained

The man at check in was super nice and friendly. Easy check in. The check in area clean and bright.

Staff is helpful and kind. We did have some issues with hot water. Overall, I would definitely stay again!

RUN!!!!! Do not go here. The pictures on the website are not a true representation of the place. Needing an update is putting it mildly. Please review pictures. The first room had a refrigerator that didn’t work. I called front desk and he said he will get it swapped out. I called back an hour later, this time he came to room opened the frig tilting it and getting water all over the carpet. Laughed and said wear your shoes. He said he’d be back in 5 minutes. Never came back We decided to deal with it in the morning. We get woke up by housekeeping. I asked about the frig. He left and never came back. I go up front now dealing with a different employee. He would not answer any of my questions. I asked to speak to manager or supervisor. I asked about maintenance and when we would get a frig. I asked for one from another room? No response. I spent the whole morning with Corporate and Expedia. They were told it would be that evening. That was unacceptable, it is an amenity. I confronted the front desks answer “this evening” that he told Expedia & Days Inn Corporate. He decided to give us another room. When we got in the smell was awful like cigarettes. The room is more run down than the first one! Tub wet with hair, toilet ran so we had to jiggle it. I sat on bed and there is a cig burn with ashes on bed topper. The blanket underneath. The toilet ran and then the handle fell off. We left that day.

Requested a downstairs room for my sister who is disabled and i even called the hotel and the lady at the front desk upon arrival was kinda rude.

I don’t understand the recent positive reviews! They suckered us into a terrible experience :-( Our first room was very filthy… stuff all over floors, holes in sheets, severe water damage on wall (so likely mold behind?!?), and dirty surfaces. My wife dampened a white cloth and wiped around the sink and part of the desk, see photo of cloth :-( As if all that was not enough… I was the one to clear out our room. I messed up and did not grab my wife’s small clothing bag from a shelf in a nook next to the sink. Upon arriving at home and realizing our mistake, we immediately contacted the hotel. Every time I was told they didn’t have it but would check with housekeeping and get back with me… they wouldn’t get back! I called the morning after, was told to call back in 30 minutes and did, was told at that time they would check with house keeping and let me know… after 6 hours I called back and was agin told they would ask around… next day same run around, told they would call back and after 6 hours I called agin and told again I would get a call back. Today I called to check on yesterday and was hung up on. We are now out several hundred dollars in clothing (bike shorts, some recently purchased performance shirts, and misc) and paid too much for unacceptable conditions. I have contacted Wyndham customer service and for the first time was treated with concern! The hotel never offered any reconciliation but the customer service rep said to expect an acceptable solution in a week.

kind staff, easy to find and convenient

Staff are excellent! Very welcoming and helpful! Bed was comfortable! Pillows were nice. Tv selection is good.

The place is a little difficult to find in the dark but once I arrived the front desk was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

This is the closest location to the Greenway trail and about a quarter of a mile away from Stuart and noble parks. Price was low and bed was comfortable. Facilities are a bit outdated and it sits next to the very large hotel that is not open. Staff were helpful and kind.

The closed hotel next door looks decrepit and looks like homeless may be living there.

The location was convenient to the quilt show. The nightly rate was a bit high but expected when special event is going on. The women staff were super friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions. The large window was very dirty on the outside. The shower head needs to be replaced or fixed as the water flow was very limited. Overall, I probably will stay there again because the location felt safe and the personnel were very nice!

The Breakfast should have been better than what was offered, should been a continental breakfast buffet

Staff was great. Rooms were in need of updating & repair. They were basically clean but I'm one that checks the nooks & crannies. Lobby was clean & inviting. Good breakfast buffet provided.

They had a nice breakfast area. Mary who checked us in was very nice. Bed was good. Pillows just OK. Shower was a bit rough but a great shower head with lots of hot water.

1st room they gave us hadn’t been cleaned. Next room cleaned but Everything in poor condition, Inside and out. Coffee machine broken at breakfast. Cheap price- cheap hotel!

At first went to use the bathroom and there was a big spider in the tub. We survived!!!! Had a Smoking room booked only to find out that our room wasn't and was told that the smoking room are only 2 available and sell out. No big deal. Went for a swim and pool was clean and relaxing. Breakfast was great and the biscuits and gravy were amazing. Hotel staff extremely helpful and friendly. Look forward to staying again soon.
