It was cheap which is what I needed. The AC filter was clogged so it kept turning off until I cleaned it. Staff never replaced soaps and shampoos when refreshing the room. The entry door handle for the east entry was broken off and you had to take the long way around to the room, and I found a cockroach in the bathroom.

We were there for our granddaughters graduation at Fort Knox High School. The hotel staff was always pleasant. The hotel is older, but kept very clean. It is located midway from Fort Knox main gate and the other way to dining and shopping. Either way is a 5 minute drive. I had our dog which was a $50 charge (she wasn't a service dog). All in all, for a 2 day stay it was a very decent and price right stay. I would stay again.

Room was clean and quite. Convenient location to stores and restaurants. Bed was not comfortable for my tastes, might be OK for others. Staff was friendly. Issue with key cards, they are not coded long enough for your stay so on day you will be leaving had to have them coded again so I could get back in the room to finish getting luggage.

The staff was amazing and the facility was sufficient for the price. The only issue was waking up with the bed bugs that were full of my blood when I smashed them. I took a video and shared it with the front desk. They politely refunded my stay.

The hotel was not clean at all, the chair was stained and tore up like it was found on the roadside and the entire room stunk. We had to pull the face plate off the ac wall unit to clean it and we put car fresheners on the vents because there was mold in the filter so the air was musty and made the room smell really bad. Window did not lock and there was mold on the walls in the bathroom. Flooring was severely damaged and the laminate stuck up in many spots catching your feet. Every single door was crooked so they would not shut without being slammed. First set of hand towels in the room and pillows (not cases)clearly not washed. The hallways smelled bad and many people propped the back door open to smoke so it set off the alarms randomly. Dear owners invest some money into this place before you have a lawsuit on your hands your on the cusp.

Looks really run down. Hair in tub, bedding had brown dingy areas and the chairs are nasty looking with stains. The bed spread has worn spots. Didn’t feel comfortable or like I could relax. I didn’t get a shower. I layed on top of blanket I bought.

The water pressure was a trickle in the sink. This was true in both rooms. (I was in one room and then immediately moved to a room next door.) Both rooms were on the second floor. The rep then indicated that they'd process a refund. I don't see one. In fact, the 2nd day I stayed the rate was higher. The toilet did not function in the room in which I stayed. I reported this to a staff member and mentioned the sink again. He stated the they'd look into that. I don't think that it was serviced, as the toilet did not function during the stay until I left. The phone did not function. The front desk called me a few times, and the phone rang. When I answered, there was no sound. I attempt to call back, and there was no dial tone or sound. I reported this to a staff member who stated that they'd look into it. I don't think that the phone was serviced, as the phone did not function during my stay. The non-functioning phone is a safety issue.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet--an excellent place to stay as long as you don't need to access anyone at the front desk for any reason as I had to wait almost an hour at the front desk to add on an extra night's room stay because no one was manning the desk nor answering the desk phone. I told the housekeeper on three occasions about this problem but still no one appeared at the desk. Finally, the desk clerk came in from smoking (which must have been the longest cigarette in recorded history) and said she didn't know anyone was waiting at the desk since I had come down the interior hall rather than from outside the front door in. Desk service is terrible but all other aspects of this hotel are excellent. I would recommend it and would stay here again if in the area.

I was denied my room while checking in on my second night of my reservation at 1:00 AM after driving 50 minutes. Could not check in the first night due to a canceled flight. The hotel thought they were justified in canceling my reservation after trying to contact me the first night at 3:00 AM on the dot with no voicemail. Absolutely atrocious what happened… I was forced to sleep in my rental vehicle in a hotel parking lot as a result of this. Hotels.com “attempted” to contact the hotel to issue me a refund. After no success, I was told I could not receive a refund because THEY couldn’t contact the hotel to confirm what happened. This is ridiculous that this is allowed or justified in this industry. The room was reserved for two nights. That was not up for debate. You cannot take my money if none of the nights were used.

The problems started as soon as we arrived. No one was at the front desk. After waiting for at least 10minutes, I went to find someone. The desk attendant was in the laundry room folding sheets. We finally got our room and it was dark even with the lights on. The curtains had to be opened to get enough light to see to unpack. The next morning, thankfully our night latch was on, housekeeping opened our door without knocking. Every morning after, housekeeping banged on our door without saying housekeeping. Also children would knock on our door thinking our room was theirs. I guess management changed since January, when we stayed there. I will not stay there anymore at all. The staff was not friendly or helpful. In January, the staff was friendly but not manager. This time no one was friendly and way too many children running around without parent control.

Room was clean and quite. Convenient location to stores and restaurants. Bed was not comfortable for my tastes, might be OK for others. Staff was friendly. Issue with key cards, they are not coded long enough for your stay so on day you will be leaving had to have them coded again so I could get back in the room to finish getting luggage.

Hotel was decent, very close to Fort Knox which was a must for our trip. Tv control didn’t work at first but was quickly replaced. Woke up the last morning bitten by either a spider or bed bugs, honestly not too sure which one. Over all, had it not been for the insect bite I would have rated it one star higher.

The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. At 1030 pm people wete hanging out in the stairwell, on the phone, people roaming the halls. I got to my room, went into the bathroom. The bathtub had standing water, which was starting to turn colors. Called front desk, they put me in a nee room. That room was ok. For the price, it was ok. For myself, ok. Would i want my kids there, i dont know. Brealfast was cereal and juice.

Gotta do better Super 8 / Wyndam.

Wow .. that was bad ... A/C was too small and barely cooled room... water pressure was so bad the toilet was hard to flush. But the biggest insult was the horrible breakfast. Literally stale cereal, bread, a few questionable yogurt and LITTLE DEBBIE. snack cakes . Please avoid this hotel is you are dropping off your cadet at Fort Knox. This place was a total insult to military families.

It's a room you can get for cheap; but room smelt heavily of tobacco smoke, flooring was coming up, TV didn't work since it failed to connect to their internet (they used free cable that streams channels), A/C unit was filthy and had mold growing inside it.
