Me and my family stayed at this hotel for one night, expecting it meets the basic needs for a hotel to service the people who visit, thia hotel is in such poor condition, the toilet wasn't flushing properly, it got clogged two times, then the electricity went off in the middle of me sending an important email for work, I'd like to request a refund for such bad experience we had. Please refund my money asap.

The breakfast wasn't good and the breakfast staff wasn't friendly at all. The elevator placement is very strange. It is at the end of the hall far from the entrance and check in desk.

I was in town for church event room prices were inflated and this is not the Hampton inn n suites I know Old and outdated rooms lamp was broken walls nasty Dark decor .bathroom sink stopped up n had to put water in toilet to flush and we needed extra towels and we were politely told we had to come down and get our own Not pleased at all

Front desk lady was eating ice cream when I came in and couldn’t put it down to talk to me. The room had rust on the shower head and dust a mile high throughout the room.

The tile floor in the entry of the room and the bathroom had a sticky residue. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling. The TV didn't work and upon calling the front desk to ask for help, we were put on hold indefinitely and finally hung up.

Everything the room was very clean wasn’t short on towels and the clerks at the front desk was very nice and was very helpful and patience with us we was a large group and the breakfast was good one thing was missing it was bacon

The hotel stay itself was nice. I had no issues. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. The issue I had was after I checked out I had pre-pay for my room. They charged me three times prepaid for the prepay when I called the hotel asking about it I was told a manager would call me back the next day. I never got a call back. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Reserved a King room, arrived and were told that no king rooms were available until the next night. The hotel was not busy and there were few cars in the parking lot. The hotel itself was dirty, the state of the room was not clean or properly cared for. Water behind the toilet on the floor, dead bugs in the bathroom, what looked like mold or mildew on the walls, horrible. Would not have stayed if we had not been on the road all day and booked a non-refundable reservation.

You can tell this is a older but remodeled property. The staff are very friendly and nice. You can also tell they care about the peoperty and work hard to maintain it. Our room was clean but after returning to our room late, we noticed the room was very humid. We turned the AC down to help with the humidity but it didnt seem to pull any humidity out of the room. As of the morning, surfaces feel damp.

Everything was excellent. The only problem was the closet door would not close so it was inconvenient to hold door down to walk to the bathroom. It appeared as if someone tried to repair it with some kind of commercial adhesive but did not do a good job. Otherwise it was an excellent stay.

The only issue we had was our tv lost connection and when we called the front desk they said they would send someone to check it out, but never heard from anyone. Never did get tv reception. Everyone super nice.

I paid in advance for a 2 queen room. When we arrived the front desk said something to the effect that we booked a handicap room and the only one left just had one queen bed so they put us in that one. When I complained and showed them I booked a room with 2 queen beds they said I paid thru a 3rd party (Orbitz) and there was nothing they could do. To appease us they brought a rollaway so my large 17 year old son wouldn’t be sleeping with his mother in the queen. He slept on it with his feet hanging off the end. I have never had this happen before.

I like the location of the hotel. It is right off the main highways we needed to travel. Very nice and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast and front desk staff. I was disappointed that No wanted came to clean up the room, bring fresh towels, nor empty the trash while we were gone the entire day. However, I plan to be back. I enjoyed my stay tremendously!

We were welcomed to our room with their maintenance guy inside of it hanging out, watching tv, and talking on his cell phone and left us with a stopped up toilet. Very unprofessional. We decided to hang a "do not disturb" tag on our door the rest of the stay and go without the daily room clean because of that. The breakfast was good and the hotel is very conveniently located but way overpriced. We won't stay here again.

Jamila was excellent and very professional. The hotel was clean. Strawberry waffles was yum and beyond all other experiences I have ever had at any free breakfast buffet. I will return and am already telling others.
