I was not informed on my room being a smokers room. I went view the room and it smelled the smoke. I requested a non smokers room and the manager stated that he was out of non smoking rooms. I requested a cancellation of this room. He stated he could not cancel the room that i had to go though Expedia to cancel. The water in the pool was green. So swimming was not happening. I ended up going to another hotel for the night. I check my account and the hotel charged my account after i stated i did not want to stay there because if the smell and conditions. I really appreciate if my account get reimbursed because i did not stay there that night. On the invoice it shows that i stayed and checked out the next morning. Which is false.

The pool is excellent! We were travelling in July and expected it to be a warm bath. It was clean, cool, and empty on a Friday night. Staff are exceedingly helpful and location is great for travelers. Close to a couple of good places to eat and gas station for fueling up before hitting the road again!

Was able to check in a little earlier and that was a great thing. Even though it was by the interstate you couldn’t hear the traffic. There are places close by to eat at in walking distance plus a gas station right next to it. Pool was clean even though it was way too hot outside to go in it.

Room was clean and check in was easy. But room felt damp and floor was slick, i guess with condensation. I was surprised that there was not a hair dryer. Breakfast was ok, but the juice was not working. coke machine outside was broken. It was ok for what we needed but a little pricy for what we got.

The floors were FILTHY.. While walking across the floor in white socks, the bottom of the socks became brown and sticky after just one trip across the room. Since the purchase was non-refundable, we stayed in the room for the night. But, never again!

Our check in was swift and the clerk was nice, but our room floor was wet and wasnt cleaned well. Dirty underwear was left in the first room on the shower rod and the doors was dirty and wet floor. They moved us into another room and a dirty towl was left on the curtain rod and the tub didnt drain while taking a shower..

The room was not clean. The floors had food stuck to them from previous guests. The refrigerator was filthy. The sheets had stains. The room was bad enough we cleaned it before we brought our stuff in. Both rooms were billed as non-smoking but they reeked of cigarette smoke. And one of them had an ashtray next.to the non-smoking plakard. So much so that we went and bought deodorizer to be able to stay. The AC filter was so dirty the front of the unit was fuzzy. There were no blow dryers even though there was a sign that said we would be charged 45$ if it wasn't there when we left. Each room had 2 towels and wash cloths even though we had 8 guests registered. We will not stay again.

Pillow case and sheets were not washed. Pillow cases has dirt stains and the sheets has a perfume smell. Numerous flies. My room was supposed to be smoke free but it smelt like weed and cigarettes. The room had a stale smell. Would not recommend for family vacations. Bathroom ceiling had mold also.

The room smelled clean, BUT the floors were dirty and there was hair in multiple places on the shower wall the first night. I cleaned it off prior to showering. The upholstered chair in the room looked as if it was picked up from side the road. It was badly discolored. We did not sit or put anything on said chair. My husband spotted a roach on the headboard before going to bed. I did check the matress for bedbugs, but saw no signs. The furniture and mattress appeared to be recently new. The mattress was comfortable. We slept well once we relaxed from wondering if something was going to crawl on us. I looked to book a different hotel for our second night, but refused to pay $250 or more for the few availabilities. I've paid $110 for the Fairfield last month. This weekend I paid $140/night here which was definitely overpriced for what we got. First night was quiet, but second night was not. Pulled into the parking lot from Tech football game to a group loitering. Its been 8+ hours since checking out the hotel and I'm still itching. Scratch this place off my list.

There was a roach on the wall, the bed linens were unclean with hair and dirt spots, and there was hair in the shower. The room was humid and floors damp. We had to ask for a TV remote. The staff was nice and professional. It was quiet and in close proximity to restaurants and shopping.

Perfect for an overnight stop on the way to Dallas. The lady at the check in desk was very welcoming and kind! Room has been remodeled and was very clean. Right off the interstate and we felt very safe. There was road noise but we had a white noise machine so it did not bother us. Breakfast was simple offerings but fine. Would stay here again if we were passing thru town.

It was in a convenient location, there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Our room was sold as Non-Smoking, however it had a very musty/smokey smell that an entire can of glade could not get rid of. I wouldn't say the room was dirty, but it didn't feel all that clean either. The pool does not look quite like the picture; its missing a lot of tiles and is pretty run down looking. Also note this is a motel, not a hotel, as you enter all of the rooms from the outside. Although that's not a big deal it is worth noting so you are not surprised when you pull in.

Y’all, I was very skeptical about getting a hotel room here. We traveled this weekend for softball. Let me tell you this hotel has completely been renovated. New beds, new showers new tubs, new countertops, new sinks new flooring new paint, the entire room was so nice. I was very very surprised. We also ate breakfast the next morning before we headed out to our games. They had a wide variety of things for the kids. Will 100% be staying here again, we come to Reston multiple times a year for softball.

Upon arriving just after midnight, found out they cancelled my reservation saying I needed to arrive by 4pm when I made the reservation at 6:45pm. Had to pay all over for the room again. Then, when I was annoyed and asking questions, I was informed they didn’t have to give me a room at all. Biggest bull I’ve ever heard checking in anywhere.

We needed a first floor room since my father in law has a hard time moving around. They only had second floor rooms and no elevator. They would not let us cancel the reservations. I understand the first day since it was late, but the additional days was ridiculous. Pay extra and go elsewhere. Rude staff.

This is quite possibly the worst place I have ever stayed. Do not be fooled. This is not a hotel, It is a MOTEL. The staff is inconsiderate & rude. The accomodations are mediocre at best. A non-smoking room was requested, but the room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. During our stay people were partying in the parking lot; drinking, loud music, kids running all over the parking lot & banging on room doors. Customers in the rooms around us were smoking weed & it was coming through the vents in our room. So our room went from smelling like cigarettes to filled with weed smoke. There is also NO WIFI in the rooms. I went to the front office to speak to a staff member(noone would answer the phone when I called) to talk about all the things listed above & was told it was really not their problem. We ended up moving to a different hotel in the middle of the night. I requested that my reservation for the next night be canceled & the managre refused.

There was still food in the fridge from the previous occupants. The cleaning crew showed up at 6:30am to clean which is a ridiculous time to clean rooms. When I went to the front desk for towels he said he wasn’t allowed to give out extra towels. I stated the room cleaning didn’t provide towels. He wanted to come look in my room to see if we had clean towels or not. Then I proceeded to tell him let’s not argue and refund me my room and I’ll go. He didn’t want to them magically found more towels.

Excellent except the doors don’t function properly and management has to use a key to let you in every time everyone leaves the room. He was super clean and quiet though right of I-20 with none of the noise. Would definitely stay again.

It wasn’t bad, but breakfast was horrible. I literally had to get a honey bun out of the little container where they had everything stored and warmed it up. I was expecting more, but considering I literally just spent the night after dropping my son off at Grambling, it did what it needed to do.
