The property and room was a disaster. It was obvious there is no maintenance program in place. Broken elevator, second elevator went to second floor, opened door, returned to first floor, then back to second floor all day and night, broken blinds, dirty a/c heater vents, clogged sink drain. Staff even said there is no maintenance being done by the owner.

The hospitality was second to none! The hotel itself needs a lot of maintenance done. Second floor hallway was a mess because of drywall dust. The elevator broke while we were staying.

Room on website that was rented and room that was given was wrong.(Apparently they don’t have that kind of room at all)Phones did not work. Alarm clock did not work. Elevator did not work. Bathroom was not clean. Vending machines were either empty or did not work. Only ice machine was on 3rd floor. Had to redo keys every time we returned. Had to take the back off the toilet every time we had to go the restroom to refill it! The only excuse that was given was the hotel was struck by lightning.

Door handle fell off once inside first room, 2nd room reeked of mold. Carpets in all 3 rooms were badly stained, although the property was no smoking the odor of marijauma was strong in the hallways. The shuttle doesn’t run early enough caused me to miss my flight.

I normally stay here and I have never had an issue, but OMG where do I start! The room that I was given was in bad condition. The ceiling inside of the room had a residue of mold across the ceiling and the paint was peeling. Inside of the bathroom, the ceiling was falling in and there was black mold in the corner. The floor was stained and there was bugs crawling on the walls as my guest and I went back to the room. I don’t know what happened to this amazing hotel but it has went down hill. SMGDH😢 This was so disappointing because this was one of my favorite hotels to stay at.

As soon as you walk in the hotel it stinks. First of all they put me in a filthy room bed was unmade , towels all over the room. Then the second room had mold on the night stand next to the bed and mold and water under the ac unit. Could not shower due to the water being brown. This place should be shut down , all around nasty place . The lady behind the counter was very rude. Wingate by Wyndham should definitely look into this place . There name is all over this nasty place , What a shame.

The lobby as you walk in! A wall of marijuana smoke/smell hit us all at once. It was nauseating and overwhelming. The room was not cleaned very well, even the bathroom floor was dirty. Not staying here again - EVER!

This was a disappointing stay. The toilet seat was broken. The shower was pitiful....I'm 5'6" and the shower head was shorter than I am and could not be adjusted. There was little water pressure and the water drained very slowly. There was no fan in the bathroom.

The remote fit the tv didn’t work and their only option was to switch rooms. The AC did not get very cold at all. The area around it is scary at best. The fast food places around took almost 30 minutes in line.

Pro: Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Clean. Quiet. Was able to check in at 2am no prob. Check out simple. Cons:shower rod broken, hubby had to straighten it out so curtain would keep water in. I went out the side door when we arrived (at 2am) and there were individuals lurking outside the door. Didn’t feel safe, wouldn’t use that door again before morning. Not sure that’s the hotels fault but definitely wouldn’t be going out or allowing my child to go out late at night.

Nice hotel. Pretty clean. Carpets were a little dirty, but not bad. If you are on the side facing the gas station, it can be a little noisy with thumping music. But overall pleased with the value, and lady up front that checked me in was super nice.

I had to request a different room as the first one wasn't up to par. The lights didn't work, the window chain was broken. Could not raise the shade. The room was very dark. The wallpaper on the 2nd floor wad falling off the wall. We were given another room on the 3rd floor which was better lit, but the phone didn't work.

Very clean and room was comfortable. Hotel needs some repairs ( peeling wallpaper, cracks and wayer damage in ceilings, molding pulling away from walls, chipping drywall). DO NOT LET THIS DISCOURAGE YOU FROM STAYING HERE! These are the nicest folks, great prices, and the breakfast was hot and fresh.

They couldn't check me in because their system was done and they di nothing to make accommodations. They had to cancel my reservation and I had to sleep in my truck. The next morning I spoke to a lady who was very rude when I asked about a refund and speaking to the manager. Now I have to go through all kinds of stuff to get me money back for something that was not my fault.

I paid for 3 nights, and day after day they pounded my door down waking me up to see if I was going to pay for another night. When I said it was paid up they just said ok sorry. And even after I checked with front office to make sure everything was set up correctly. Never again!

I travel frequently and have never received such incompetent service as it relates to billing. This one property has billed me multiple times for a stay on four separate occasions. The “Manager” feels that he is above speaking with guests that stay at this property. He ignores phone calls, voice messages, and emails. On this trip I was billed three seperate times for one stay. I was pre-paid through Orbitz, I was billed the full amount upon check in, and then billed a third time upon checking out. Once is a mistake, multiple instances of this happening is fraud. Corporate doesn’t seem to care and the General Manager is indifferent at best. Stay at your own risk.

I stayed at this property for 2 weeks on a business trip. My room was only serviced once in 2 weeks. Made several requests to have it done and was assured it would be, come back in the evening and would have to front desk to get fresh towels. I took the sheets to washer myself. The staff was friendly but no one made sure I was taken care of.

The first room they put me in had a broken toilet - wouldn’t flush. The second room had not been cleaned. The third room smelt of smoke even though it said non-smoking. But it was the last available room so I stayed. Plus I didn’t want to continue to bother the hostess. She was very polite and tried to accommodate.

Was checked into a room that was occupied then was switched to the only room they had available with 2 double beds. Breakfast bar was basically empty by 8am so i wasn’t able to get anything. Customer service at the front desk was great! Very helpful

Not so good! 1. I had confirmed rest. Told they had no rooms, attendant was very curt and unhelpful when I asked about where I might be able to get a room elsewhere. Just as I was walking toward the door, she suddenly had a room. Room was ok, smelled a little musty, no light bulb in the lamp by the reading chair, a towel they said you would be charged $20 for if it was missing was not even in the room. I will be very unhappy if they try to charge me. Overall I will not stay there again.

The area around the property looks sketchy. It’s not as close to the airport as I believed, which may be my mistake. My room had what looked like coffee grounds on the floor, and the room had no cups. Elevator looked like it was on its last legs. The people were very friendly.

Great location for easy on and off highway, yet set back so not hearing highway noise. Actually our room was pretty solid, never heard any noise in our room. Room was spacious and bed really comfy. Parking lot well lit, and I felt our car was safe. Morning breakfast was typical, nice to get a quick bagel and coffee before hitting the road. Staff all were cheerful.

This was my first stay at a Wyndham Wingate and it will not be duplicated . The wall paper was peeling off the wall in the bathroom. The vanity table was all stained and finish coming off. The A/C was very noisy when it kicked in and kept waking up my wife. Breakfast was everything instant, grits, oatmeal. There was only white bread, no whole wheat.

The Continental breakfast was not as presented in brochure/welcome book in room stated. No bacon, barely any waffle mix. Lady who was cooking food acted as if she had a little attitude because she didn’t want to prepare any more for although there was at least 20 mins cause cut off time.

We were moved to 3 different rooms due to room issues. The room we ended up in was still not great and had issues but we were tired and needed a bed to sleep. Breakfast was not good. Tasted old and did not have hardly any options.

Loved this hotel! Was in town on a business trip. It was safe, quiet, check-In was a pleasure and best of all was the fact I got a good nights sleep before hitting the road the next morning. Grabbed a good cup of coffee, sausage and eggs before leaving. 5 stars and I'll be back next month when passing through again. Oh...plenty of dining options and a Wal-Mart right out the back door of the hotel.
