Great location for a STAY-CATION, close to home. Indoor pool for the kids, friendly staff, close to area attractions. The building is older, and well used, but clean and mostly in good repair. Convenience includes on-site laundry, ice machines, fitness room.

We were surprised that they didn’t offer complimentary coffee. The ice machine was broken and was quite a distance ( the other end of the building) to the other ice machine. The carrpeting was frayed - very unappealing.

Pool Hours were not convenient too late to open and too early to close. Could only get Breakfast delivered to room cold. So no hot meals are offered. Coffee is only available at the front desk, and no in-room coffee pots

The pool/venue area was beautiful. The hallways had a lot of staining on the outdated rugs, could use an update on paint, rugs, lighting, bathtub etc. But the heater/ac worked good, water pressure was good. In a quiet wooded area, staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall a good stay, don’t get discouraged by the dingy halls!

The building is falling a part. There is water damage under carpets and on hallway walls. The smell of mold is strong. We first checked into the room and could tell it was mot properly cleaned. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and under the sheets. There were yellow stains on the sheets. A towel in the bathroom had blood on it. Changed our room but the patio door is stuck shut and the wallpaper is falling off the wall. Not happy at all especially for the price.

Everything was perfectly fine. Only complaint was the dirty carpets in the halls but that didn’t stop me and my partner from having a good stay. Most importantly was the room. Our room was clean and everything worked well (AC, Bathroom, Fridge,etc). Nice little view of the forest behind the hotel. Very peaceful and quiet. Would come again if needed.

Our room was on the far side of the hotel, towards the secondary entrance. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke and industrial cleaning products. The linens in the room were fresh, but the room itself was in disrepair (tile missing, wall peeling over the shower, tv cabinet broken and veneer missing). One of the headboards had something splattered across it, and lampshades were visibly dirty. I will not be staying here again, would not recommend to others.

Front desk girl was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately our room had a strong mildew smell. Bathroom had black mold. Housekeeping walked into our room at 9:15 (no knock, and check out was 11)

Upon walking to my room I noticed the hallway carpet looked outdated and worn, this was the same case inside the room. Looks like the Hotel has not been updated since the 1970's . When entering the room you could smell damp, musty, moldy in the air. The furniture was old and water stained along with scratches. The wallpaper has waterstains as well. The only thing the room had going for it was the white bedding. The bathroom did not have a plastic shower liner therefore, water was getting all over the floor while soaking the actual curtain. The inside of the tub was slippery. The carpet in the living area was damp.

The room was not in the greatest condition. The shower head was very rusted, the mirror frame was broken and falling apart. Bead was very comfortable and the surrounding area was nice. The staff memebers were very helpful

The indoor atrium area is nice. Rooms are aged. Very few outlets, had to unplug a lamp to charge phones. Peeling wallpaper in the hallways. Holes in the walls in bathroom where something obviously once hung. Towels are very small. Pillows are flat, asked for more for 2nd night and there was only 1 pillow left for the two of us.

This property is old and outdated. Pool area and lobby look reasonably clean and inviting, but room is old, furniture is stained, wallpaper peeling in the corners. The Only option for two beds in a room is two doubles (NOT queen) we opted for a two-room suite to get a sleep sofa for extra sleeping space. Double beds were comfortable, sleep sofa not-so much. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Rooms are sparsely furnished. We did not have enough chairs, so we brought some in from our balcony. Only option for breakfast food is roomservice or takeout. Restaurant on premises is only open for dinner. We made it work and the location was most convenient to where we needed to be. Price was far better than other local options. Staff was friendly.

The staff was overwhelmingly friendly and helpful with one glaring exception. The bartender on Friday night was extremely rude and confrontational. I went to the bar only looking for some forks to eat our leftover Chinese food in the room (which I had in cooler) and she accused me of trying to sneak alcohol into the bar. When I tried to explain she didn’t want to hear it and raised the temperature further. Fortunately another employee came along and retrieved plastic forks for us. The bartender was just nasty in comparison.

The front office staff were very friendly, helpful, and kind! We ordered food from the restaurant, and it was good and the portion sizes were generous. The bar staff were also friendly, and the pool area was clean and inviting. However, the rooms were quite dated and in need of upgrades. They lacked basic amenities like coffee makers, and unfortunately, the sheets and towels were dirty. We also had a negative experience with the housekeeping staff. They scolded our group for congregating in the common area and insisted that we return all the chairs we moved. One staff member even told us not to make her job harder, as it was her responsibility to clean up after guests. This interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessary. Overall, while the customer service at the front desk and bar was excellent and the amenities like the pool were enjoyable, the condition of the rooms and the attitude of some housekeeping staff left a lot to be desired.

Cleanliness was average at best, and the facilities were very run down and tired. There were hardly any hangers and when I asked for more, 2 of the 3 that were (eventually) delivered, did not fit the rack in the closet area. Although the staff on hand were pleasant, there were not enough people to quickly and efficiently check in/out guests and answer phones. I am unlikely to recommend.

I got to the hotel, the staff was extremely nice and helpful! I check out the room, I found a dirty used makeup wrapper in one of the drawers so I know they didn’t clean that out, but the rest of the room was very clean. I took a bath and when I got up and tried to use the handicap handle, it pops right off, definitely not safe. I could hear the tvs in the next room so the walls are thin. But the bed was comfortable and the hotel was gorgeous. I walked around down by the gazebo’s and the water fountains and pool and it’s breathtakingly gorgeous! I will definitely stay here again.

We drove 15 hours to arrive just after the restaurant had closed. Combined with no restaurants that deliver (or were open after 9pm fairly close by) it made getting a meal for the day difficult. The TV had no image the next morning saying it was a poor signal or encrypted. The shower was spacious, with plenty of hot water quickly and the bed and pillow comfortable. Having a small pet with us was easy. It was what I expected and would stay there again. Their menu looked great for breakfast, lunch and dinner, reasonably priced.

Facility basically met our needs as we were just there literally to sleep due to a weekend sports tournament. The only thing I would’ve liked was more lighting because it’s very dark driving up into the area to the actual hotel and it would’ve been nice if they were microwaves in the actual hotel rooms. Aside from that I have no complaints.

Room was fine, king-size bed very comfortable, bathroom clean. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. We ordered breakfast and were very disappointed. Instead of the maple syrup on the menu we had corn syrup and the pancakes were quite possibly the worst we had ever had. We ended up throwing most of it away

We arrived at the hotel after 8pm on the Saturday evening due to Thrifty Car rentals holding us at the airport for 4 hours not having any cars available. The restaurant had closed by 8:30 so that we had to drive 20 minutes off site for a meal. They were able to hold a wedding after hours, but no dining. The next morning, Sunday, the restaurant was again closed, advertised as available for take out, again closed - so no breakfast. Again, we had to travel off site for food. I've worked in restaurants, who closes a hotel restaurant at 8:30 on Saturday and all day Sunday?

The place was dated, the room was dingy- bathroom had mildew and broken fixture on the tub. No complimentary breakfast ($60 to order room service for breakfast- that had an additional 18% charge to be delivered to the room, so we picked it up at the front office) and complimentary coffee was only available 7:30a-9:30am. Would not stay here again.

The food here is EXCELLENT and the facility itself is absolutely beautiful. The indoor pool is great as well. The staff were attentive and welcoming. The room was as depicted in the photos. This hotel is a GREAT price for the amenities/services they offer! Highly recommend!
