Stayed 2 nights

The room was clean, the check in staff day 1 was friendly. Recurring staff interactions were hit or miss. The pool gal seemed irritated at us asking about using the pool and the pool and fitness area weren’t unkept well. The elevator near pool didn’t work smoothly and the logos for fitness and pool were dingy and dirty. The pool information was incorrect. The restaurant information was incorrect. The online hotel info (scan a barcode) was incorrect and the barcode is in poor shape. The bathroom didn’t have any conditioner in the bottle and the toilet was only and offset. At $500-$600 per night I expect the hotel to be in working order. Everyone we came across really seemed to be stressed and overworked and under paid. The hotel lacks any sort of baby bath - for the rooms which I’ve never ran into a hotel who didn’t have a baby bath available for a room that’s shower only so my daughter struggled with that.

Stayed 4 nights

Stayed for a 4 night stay. It was very expensive and would expect better for a Hilton Hotel. The decor in the room was very outdated. The breakfast which isn't included after paying £300 a night!! Was appauling! And waitress was very rude and abrupt. Don't pay the $18 for full hot breakfast, it's not worth it,

This is a no frills hotel, that is nevertheless excellent. The reception staff is lovely and greets you with warm, homemade chocolate chip/walnut cookies (after check in!) The rooms are spotless, the linens crisp and clean & the beds are nice & firm. The large TV includes Netflix, Hulu & HBO which was very nice for some distraction in the evening. But the very best part if this hotel is the exceptional Sports Club and Pool and Jacuzzi all of which the hotel guests have access to during their stay. And you should take advantage! Also, there is an unassuming restaurant/bar on the main floor and the food is surprisingly good. I had glazed salmon and spring vegetables and it was outstanding! For breakfast they have both a Continental or A la Carte menus depending on your choice and a small Starbucks open for a few hours, as well. Enjoy.
