Rooms were clean, the staff was professional, and the hotel is located right off Route 1/I-95. The breakfast was good, with the typical options of eggs, sausage, home fries, waffles, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, things like that. They also had juice, coffee, and tea. They have a decent gym and indoor pool. All in all, for the price and location I thought it was a great choice. I would stay there again.

The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel room is pretty comfortable. The room is also fairly quiet. I love the fact that you offer electric vehicle charging area. There is a variety at breakfast and the hotels in a great location for me. I would stay here again!

My sister and I stayed at the Best Western to be close to Salem for a sister's weekend. Upon arrival, the staff were sweet, engaging, and welcoming. It was a busy weekend for the hotel, the outside was pristine, and the lobby decor was done well. As far as the rooms, they could have done with a bit of deeper cleaning. Although seemingly clean at first glance, after being in the room for some time we noticed things that made it hard to get comfortable. For example: a dirty bandaid on the lamp fixture, unknown stains on the curtains, stains on the walls, and bodily fluids on the bed frame. We did notify the front desk the morning after we arrived of the unsanitary conditions of the room. They were very apologetic and said they would deep clean the room while we were out for the day. However when we returned, it seemed they cleaned more, but bodily fluid stain was still on the bed skirt. We called the front desk and they offered us another room, but we figured after they spent more time cleaning our room after asking (still not up to par) how clean could another room be? A very nice front desk staff came to the room and bleached cleaned the bodily fluids off the bed skirt. It was uncomfortable, to say the least. Although the staff made an effort, overall the room was not in good condition.

This hotel is in a really nice area with beautiful trees. Didnt get to try the breakfast but they had a lot to offer. The rooms were roomy with average beds. Our room had a little bit of a funny smell but nothing too crazy. Overall, it was a decent stay for our Salem weekend.

Upon arrival I noticed hair in the shower that was dried to the tile. There was also a hair tie on the floor close to the tv and the sheets had a few stains on them. The room was clean otherwise but appeared to be done in haste or with little attention to detail. We did not do early check in. The pool was very clean and the fire pit was very relaxing. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was amazingly decorated for Halloween. Everything was great except the cleanliness of our room.

The beds are rock hard, the sink and room table were not clean. The shower curtain did not reach the tub to prevent water from going out. We were given keys to another persons room and let in. We had to tell them the rooms needed to be fixed. The air conditioner in the room smells like mildew. Despite all of that the rest of the facility was clean and decorated for the holiday.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. I didn't use the pool or gym. Breakfast was ok, same daily. The one thing i missed which when i booked i never noticed was lack of a safe.

The room was great for being a base. It's spacious and clean, however some soundproofing would go a long way. I didn't sleep well any of the 10 nights I stayed because if it wasn't for kids running around like a herd of elephants, it was the slamming of the doors literally shaking the bed and the photos on the walls. Some nights I thought the people above me were going to come through the ceiling. The heating unit was so loud whenever it kicked in. I'd recommend having breakfast times listed somewhere in the room because I forgot after being told at reception and missed out on breakfast (I also don't like to ask because of anxiety, so having it readily available would be beneficial). Water temperature in the shower was either too hot or cold, and the bed lining was really rough that I had to buy long sleeve and long pants to sleep in because I kept getting rashes from how rough the bedsheets were. I'm not sure if I'd stay again (this was my second visit) but it's fine if you're a heavy sleeper.

Nice spacious room, staff were excellent, WiFi was good, breakfast was good & the Halloween decorations were brilliant as were the staff’s costumes!!! One negative was one of the breakfast tables had a spillage on and the next morning had not been cleaned up. Sunday evening we were woken by shouts of “Fire Department” it seems some guests were stuck in the lift - by departure on Wednesday midday the lift was still out of order luckily the 2nd lift was working. Overall an excellent stay.

It would be a better quality hotel if the rooms were upgraded a little, especially the bathrooms. The shower curtain was tattered and worn. The tile is old and dingy. We are also given half pillows. Never saw that before. The room was not worth the price. However, I give the full breakfast a 10.

Overall we had a pleasant experience, hotel has what it states but the walls of the room are fairly thin insulated so a normal conversation can be heard over the next room. This was more of an annoying thing during the sleeping hours but something to be noted non the less.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Did not like the shower which had really low pressure even for water conservation. Hand held shower is also fixed to wall bar which limits ability of use. Shower curtain also does not contain water in shower area and could be a slippery hazard for some with limited mobility.

Very clean and surprisingly, very comfortable bed! I had never stayed on a Best western before. But after not being able to find a hotel in downtown Boston due to some event hiking the prices up… We had to stay on the outskirts and this was available at a reasonable price. The downside was we arrived very early in the morning since our flight got into town super early. And the service desk was not budging at all on letting us get a room and check in early. We travel often and almost all of the time they will offer a room earlier than the stated check in time. But in this instance, he refused without a charge to let us have a room any earlier than four. So we dropped our bags off behind the desk, and ready and cleaned up in the hotel bathroom after traveling to head out. Of course that sucked and was extremely awkward… But we had to make the best of it.

Staff was very helpful and accomadating on 2 issues..My room air/heat unit was malfunctioning and they changed my room and helped me move all of my luggage without me asking. 2. My reservation through Expedia was made for 1 night but i thought i made it fir 2. They called me when i was out sightseeing on my 2nd day to tell my about this situation and it was resolved over the phone. No.hassels!!

no one was at the front desk when I arrived. I had to wait three minutes when the attendant came with headphones, nestled around her neck. I did not understand her directions to my room and had to come back down to the lobby. Again, no attendant. Now I had to raise my voice “Hello?” She was more interested in listening to music (or whatever) than doing her job. Furniture is cheap, bedding is worn, pretty depressing all around.

Quiet and clean with a great breakfast. Lots of hot choices and variety for breakfast. Good fitness room. Conveniently located for lots if places. About 30-45 minutes to Boston depending on traffic and 20-30 minutes from several other areas like Ipswich, Salem, etc. Good if you’re visiting several places.

Loved how easy accessible this hotel is to restaurants and shopping centers. Its about a 20 min drive to Salem where my boyfriend and I spent our time. Would come again to stay.

Decent hotel outside of Boston. In a very quiet area, can't walk to any restaurant or shopping. Really need a car if staying here. Slightly dated with a bit of a strange odor in the room. But everything worked.

Great outside of town option for seeing Salem! Only thing to be aware of is no real public transit options into town and parking in Salem can get expensive. Hotel was clean and efficient.

Our stay was for an extended weekend with 3 adult family. We were out most of the day and returned only to shower & sleep. We did have breakfast all three mornings. Full breakfast menu. Only Big issue was the Coffee machine was not working but they had another small machine in lobby area which we didn’t try. Plenty of parking in lot. Hotel was conveniently located by major highway. We drove to Salem, Big Mistake, $50 to park!! 2nd day we took the T Metro train line at Beverly Station that goes to Salem and Boston. Most Locals we spoke to were very nice with helping out with the process.

Comfy and cute for the price. Front desk staff is very professional and very personable. Rooms are clean and comfy. Coffee maker in room filled with mildew and mold. So no tea for me. 1:2 outlets next to bed did not work. Breakfast was meh, over cooked food with limited selections. Very bland and very simple. I did stay on the weekend in October so very busy with Salem travelers. Over all not too bad.
