The pool was freezing, the hot tub was freezing and wouldn’t turn on. The whole section where our rooms were was under construction, so we couldn’t park there. The bathroom was dirty. The air conditioning was loud and old, which made the room smell musty. We left at 6 AM because we couldn’t wait to get out of there. Not a great stay and my expectations were pretty low.

Only problem was the stairs. I hadn't realized that there was such a long climb to our condo or I would have asked for something a little friendlier to a 75 year old.

Jiminy Peak is located in an absolutely beatiful location in the Berkshires. And it has fun family-friendly summertime activities. But it could use some sprucing up. The pool liner is a little wrinkly and the hot tub is quite stained near the water line. In addition, our room had a nice 2-foot gouge in the wall seemingly caused by the corner of the armchair beneath it. It seems that could/should have been repaired before out arrival. And the dated counertops and fixtures are showing their age. That said, so am I! On the plus side: the iconic scenery, the friendly helpful staff, and the amenities. All in all, a good value for a family getaway. I would definitely recommend the prolerty overall.

Everything about our stay was wonderful We made a last-minute decision just to go up for a night and we were able to use several amenities like the chairlift ride for sightseeing. The pool a few times which was at a very comfortable temperature just to get in and relax We were able to use their locker room to take showers before we left to go home on our trip The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable plenty of pillows to choose from. Every staff member we encountered were very accommodating and friendly
