Rooms are pretty clean. However, the hotel is being renovated and some dust and debris can be seen on the floor. Pool water was very dirty and we couldn't use. Staff assured us that it would fixed but it was never done. My kids were very disappointed about that.

Front desk staff were great. Room was good. They were renovating about half of the floor we were on. Looked a little like a construction zone. But they keep the noise down. Kept things as clean as possible. Would stay here again.

We had an absolutely horrible stay. There was mold on the ceiling and the staff did nothing about it. They were rude and unfriendly. The rooms were not clean. Do not stay here.

We had a horrible bathroom ceiling that had black mold. My asthma kicked in and I am now sick and on a bunch of meds. I wish I could post a picture of the bathroom ceiling. It was that bad. Carpets were dirty and sticky. We always had to wear footwear because the carpet was so bad. Water pressure in shower was terrible and drain was always clogged for no visible reason. Very disappointed in this establishment. Staff were super friendly and kind. Unfortunate that they do not keep up with this place because it has a ton of potential.

The room was spotless and current....no old smelly carpet, drapes, upholstered furniture. Well thought out space and building. The breakfast was much better than other hotels. A real pleasure. We'll definitely be back!

This hotel room was in very poor condition. Mold in the bathroom , fan in bathroom didn’t work . The carpets were dirty and torn at the seams. Very poor experience!

I am a very frequent business traveler and stay in a lot of hotels all around the world. The maintenance in the hallways of this hotel was the worst I have seen at a Hilton brand property. On the positive side, my room appeared to be clean. The first floor common areas appeared to be clean. Now the negative. The second floor hallway to my room was filled with trash that was not cleaned up or vacuumed for the almost three days I stayed. The same exact trash that was on the floor was still there after almost three days. In addition, there were paint spatters everywhere on the carpet, all down the hall with footprints from the painter walking thru spilled paint and tracking it down the hall. In thirty years of traveling for business and staying in hotels, I have never seen anything like it. In summary, if you are expecting the hallway to be clean and vacuumed at this hotel, you will be badly disappointed.

The hotel was clean and our room very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and courteous and reached out a couple of times to ensure that we had everything we needed. For the reasonable price, you can’t go wrong staying here.

Breakfast was good and continually supplied. Dining area cleaned well. Hot drinks available throughout stay. Generally there was trash in the elevator. There was paint all over the hall carpet. We found leftover food in the room fridge and hair in the shower. Room smelled musty.

Where to start with this. When we checked in, we got up to our room. The room was pretty dirty. There was hair all in the bathroom and the tub. There was hair all over the pillows didn’t smell very good. They had tape on the wall holding the wallpaper is chlorinated and they don’t clean it. There was clumps of hair floating around as a Band-Aid. It’s pretty disgusting. It definitely has gone downhill

My son and I stayed there checked in at 2:30 in the morning left around 630 when my son woke up he had a bunch of red marks on his legs where he was bitten by bedbugs. We stayed in room 417 Expedia nor would the hotel reimburse me for our stay. So now we will seek an attorney because that is disgusting

Miss Torres was fantastic at check in. I had a issue and she took care of it immediately. I thanked her for it. The only issue that was tough was the WiFi. At times it went down and was slow. The room was fantastic. I just with the waste basket was a bigger one. It is located somewhat out of the way. For dinning you have to travel down the road for a resturant.

The window in room was falling apart. The metal surrounding the window was literally falling off. The drain in bathroom sink was broken. The sink stopper was stuck in sink. Had to take it out with scissors. The room smelled mildewy. Basically it's an older hotel. Including the parking lot is quite a walk in the cold weather. Buffet however was excellent. People were nice.

The Hampton Inn is a solid, lower cost motel with a clean room, a plentiful breakfast and an actual in room coffee maker this year. My stay was pleasant and the only issue really is they continue to not offer microwaves in the room, who knows why, everyone else does. Recommended.

Reserved a two room suite, two king beds with two separate spaces with separate beds. We paid in advance. When I got there, they would not honor the reservation. And only offered us a single room with two queens. They offered No alternatives, and said that on their end that I had only reserved a room with one king bed. And they claimed that because I booked through Expedia, their hands were tied. The two rooms were important as we are traveling with children, Effectively ruining our trip.

Where to start? At check in I was told there is no housekeeping for the weekend and if I need anything I will need to come down and get it. The gal told me my room and I asked if it was near the elevator. It was. I asked for another room, twice. She gave me another room. Went upstairs, 4th floor, opened the door, and it's another person's room with their things in it. Two more trys before I get a room that does not belong to someone else and is not near the elevator. I want to add that I walk with a cane and was very, very clearly struggling. Also lugging luggage. Despite their mess ups, I had to go up and down 3 times to get a room. This is past 9pm at night. The gal was very rude about the $50 incidentals fee I had to put on my card. Later, I would have to involve my credit card company to get the $50 back, even though I verified at checkout it would be refunded. I asked to speak to the manager the next morning. He was wonderful, listened attentively, and did his best to make things right. He acknowledged that I did not feel safe there due to being given another person's room, and concerns that the same would happen to me while I was out. So I had taken my things of any value at all with me. The food service staff were nice and one woman in particular was absolutely WONDERFUL! I told the manager about her. I was reluctant to write this, even though every word, and more that I have not included, are true. Still, people deserve to know. Just don't stay here.

No one was at the desk when we came to check in at 7pm. When they finally arrived, they were not kind to us and the others that had lined up while we were waiting for someone to help us. Water pressure was bad and the TV didn’t work either.

The front desk overnite staff was unhelpful- coffee is 24/7.. we went down for some.. staff said she hasnt made any yet. Our fridge was cooling- reported it to be told they dont have anyone to fix it.. couldnt the switch it out? The hotel was busy.... Elevator floor was dirty and remained dirty from friday afternoon to sometime saturday..

Another nice Hampton Inn. Great breakfast and clean rooms. Best shower on our trip! There are no dining options within walking distance, so we drove to downtown Haverhill and found a good Mexican restaurant. We've stayed at this hotel before and we will stay here again!
