Stephen @ Check In was great. He got things off to a good start. The room was a little run down -- one of the wall mounted soap dispensers was just stood-up in the corner of the shower and no longer attached to the wall. The fact that there is no USB plug-in on BOTH sides of the bed was disappointing. The bed was comfortable and sheets and towels were clean. I used gym on Friday morning and noted that the seat for the Peloton moves horizontally (despite stopping my ride and tightening it). You might one to have someone check the tightening bolt or the shaft of the horizontal and/or order a new seat mounting shaft. We had coffee in the lobby on Thursday afternoon and it was dreadful.... truly dreadful. My aunt was also staying with you, and she struggled a bit on the stairs going up/down to the breakfast area. I saw a ramp outside, but that's just not practical in the winter. This isn't our first stay -- won't be our last -- as we have family in Natick. Hope these comments are helpful.

The front desk staff were very welcoming. The breakfast area is large and very nice. Plenty of easy parking. Some parts of the hotel are visibly a little old but the important things: shower, comfy beds, climate control, were fine.

Friendly front desk staff. Clean, well kept. Lots of handicapped parking Not a wheelchair friendly hotel though. Bathroom so small mom couldn’t bring her walker into the bathroom…and actually use the it. Should have a warning about that. I had to help her (a lot). Very hard. (No handicapped rooms so I came with my own bed rail and portable bars for the toilet. Thank God. The would be a good/easy thing to have on hand to help elderly who use walkers but aren’t wheelchair bound. Would be a huge differentiator for elderly/handicapped customers. And you had to go down stairs to access breakfast !?!? If the was an elevator around to help, it wasn’t obvious. I got and brought or tiny trays up (in two trips). Not ideal. And no refrigerator.

Repeat customer. I'm very grateful for the gym equipment, and that it's open 24 hours. Breakfast is good, and everything in the room was comfortable and was in working condition. I would like to have the option of not getting new towels and linens every day to save water and energy.

This was our second stay. We decided to stay because of the convenient location across the street from the mall and in close proximity to other shopping areas. We were very disappointed in the room, however. There was some debris in the sheets that grossed me out. Seems like housekeepers just made the bed as is vs preparing it for new guests. I put my clothes in a bag to keep them from contaminating anything else. The towels were not placed nicely in the bathroom and there were not enough. Again, it looked like someone was there before us. The tub faucet was also leaking so there was a pool of water sitting in it by time we arrived. Not sure if it was cleaned before our arrival either. Although our first stay there was good, we won’t ever go back to after this second visit. The front desk staff was nice and those attending to the food at breakfast were very attentive and hard working.

The room was not as clean as it should’ve been. The bedding had a weird smell to them. I was scratching all night. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. My family and I woke up with back pain. The shower was not working properly. The tub kept clogging up. We had to keep raising the stopper while bathing. The only good thing about my hotel stay was the front desk staff. They were very pleasant, professional and welcoming.

Booked a room with a fridge, yet my room did not have one. Dated rooms, my comforter smelled like cigarettes. Doors had about an inch - inch and a half of open space at the bottom so you can see anyone walking by and hear anyhting in hallway. Never seen this at a hotel I have stayed at - also felt that could be a safety concern as anyone could slide something under the door and access your room if they had the right tools.

The worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in. The facilities are outdated and the carpet was dirty. I was placed in a room with connecting doors on both sides, which made the noise from neighboring rooms very noticeable. I could clearly hear a woman on the phone for over an hour—not only was it disruptive, but it also made me feel uncomfortable about her lack of privacy. I cancelled on my extra days and moved out to another hotel.

The room was dated and there was no microwave or fridge even though other rooms have them and they’re on the websites. The tub stopper was broken and the phone buttons didn’t work. The front office staff however was incredibly kind and professional.

Staff was very attentive and helpful. But I was assigned (without request) a handicap room, minimal conveniences. Lighting (3 dim lamps) was so poor I couldn’t see content of my suitcase. No usb charging access, and plugs were too worn to hold my chargers. Sink barely drained, so I had to keep turning off water to brush my teeth.

This hotel needs a renovation. The mattresses were uncomfortable and the pillows werent firm enough. The free breakfast was under par. We tried the restaurant. The food was good and we should have had that quality for breakfast. The bathroom had a screw loose in the shower. The faucet was too far away from the front of the sink. It was hard to brush teeth or wash my face. The toilet was so short, close to the ground a I'm a short person. Overall the short stay was below average. Not the same quality as any other Hilton ive stayed at.

Room was a standard Hampton Inn king room but when I pulled the blanket down, the fitted sheet was not in the bed. I called front desk and a man came and handed me a set of sheets. I guess I had to make the bed but the fitted sheet did not fit so I called again. This time the man came in and he had to try several sheets before one would fit. We stayed 2 nights but if we had stayed another, that sheet would have popped off. We usually stay at Hampton Inns and have good luck. At least the man was pleasant about it.

I expected better. It's not the best hotel but I just found the staff to be creepy and unprofessional. I am standing behind that stance. The manager was great, he cared, he wanted to hear what I had to say which meant the world to me. I think he will take what I said and work on it, he seems like he wants his staff to do better. I just didn't find the staff to be professional and hornable. I think they all should focus on work and nothing else, they shouldn't involve themselves in things that are not their business.

The room had a foul order they did change my room but to one king bed and a sofa bed rather than the 2 double I wanted for 2 adults 3 kids. A staff member took a picture of my baby while I wasn’t looking thankfully my older child told me and I told her to delete it

3 rooms booked. One had clump of hair in the tub and used towel on the floor upon arrival. Another was OUT of shampoo. Asked a staff member cleaning rooms on our floor about the shampoo, he said he didn\'t have any. Shampoo remained empty the length of our stay. Advised front desk about all this upon check-out, and their response was not "Oh, I apologize" , it was "How many people did you ask?". I stay at Hampton Inns with some frequency, this experience is surely at the bottom of the list.

Worst "Free" breakfast I have ever had at any hotel.. Cheesy, sadly presented, and all the foods I tried were tasteless and sub par. Lousy coffee. Prepared cooked foods we cold. Left a bad taste in my mouth literally. On the second morning I skipped it totally and went elsewhere to eat breakfast.

Was not expecting the restaurant to be closed because we called to make sure it would be open when we were in our way. We were told the kitchen was open until 11:30. We arrived before 11 and it was closed. They said the last cook was injured and went home, but what respectable restaurant has only one person scheduled in the kitchen.
