Sheraton Boston Needham Hotel

Missing some bathroom amenities and the place wasn’t as clean as I normally like but the beds were comfortable and the staff was incredible

I couldn't check in even using a cash deposit because I was not made aware I needed a credit card for "incidentals"

Stayed on the club floor, it was a little tired. Club breakfast sub-par, but the staff was accommodating. Got charged for the upgraded internet when this was not selected. Still waiting for the manager to credit our account 9 day later? $17 per day to park in the garage, there is no other parking options.

An upmarket hotel but not too expensive for the Boston area. Having to pay for on-site parking was an unexpected expense. Only a few minutes drive from Riverside T station.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Unfortunately the Fire Alarm went off …it was a false alarm but it took them 20 minutes to shut it off. I stay here when I travel for business.
