Doors needs upgrade kept messing up with the lock system . Miss the pool ( there no pool here like it says .pool table though ) But for a night Stay its good DD is next door at a 24 hour gas staion. And Cheech and Chong Dispensery next door if your into that . Most of All Treehousr Brewery down the Street !

No POOL! They took the pool out! They laced me in the suite right next to a construction site. We heard pounding of the machines that started at 7AM! I was so mad I had to check out early! Staff was not even sorry! Manager wasn’t coming in until 9 AM!!

Was surprised that the pool I loved was gone. There was no clerk at the desk and no one answered the phone when I arrived. Waited 10-15 minutes. Room was ok. And was given room on 1st glass requested. Later when the door lock seemed stuck, the night clerk responded quickly.

The floors in the hallways haven't been swept. The rooms are pet friendly, but, our room was gagworthy when we entered. The smell was horrendous. Dogs must have been having accidents on the rugs for years without them being shampooed. Fingerprints all over the windows mirrors. Dog hair on the floor. Dogs boogers and nose prints on the Windows. Looked like blood in the bottom of the Bathtub. Location was great, but they need to up their game with cleanliness. We were worried about contracting something. Room smelled and looked like a kennel. We tried to clean ourselves. Staff was nice I'm guessing they were just understaffed. Not staying there again unless we absolutely have to lol

The place was disgusting. Outside garbage was overrun everywhere. The room was gross. The floor made my socks black. There were cobwebs around the side of the tv stand/dresser, the bathroom was just nasty. We put the do not disturb sign on our door and by 10 in the morning housekeeping took it and check out wasn’t until 11. The screen is missing on all the 1st floor windows and it was unlocked, other people have said their stuff was stolen and that is probably why. I felt very unsafe there. And don’t reply with we will let the property manager know because obviously they haven’t done anything yet with all the other complaints and don’t say we hope you will stay with us again because that WONT HAPPEN EVER!!!! Read all the reviews and definitely believe the bad ones they are true!!!!!

Food was left out in the hallway for hours, and the carpet along the hall was littered with crumbs. We thought it was only the hall, but when we got into our room, we found toenail clippings on the floor by the bed. It was so nasty that we went to TJ Maxx to buy our own bedding. Drunk people were yelling and partying all night. When other guests tried to intervene, they were screamed at. They said it was non-smoking, but the smoke stench lingered in the lobby and hallways from everyone smoking. Nasty.

Parking is easy and safe. The room was clean but the bathroom was pretty gross. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There was always someone at the front desk with a smile. There was an air unit in the room for adjusting the temperature of the room. And the location was perfect!

The staff were not very helpful. I have stayed here before, a few months ago, and it was clean and the staff was friendly. This time, all of the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke, though the room smelled fine. We were in town for a funeral and went we were leaving the door would not latch. There was nice maid in the hallway who offered to stay there until maintenance arrived. At the front desk, their response was simply we will let maintenance know. A locking door is a minimum expectation when you leave a hotel room. I said the maid said the maintenance guy was on the property. Front desk response, well he not here right now but I will have him look at it.

Keys didn’t work at first which required a walk back to the front desk. Ridiculous extra fee to have a safe in the room. Shower had a drip and toilet was very low. Beds were not comfortable at all

Good budget hotel in the area. Clean, quiet and comfortable bed. No microwave, refrigerator or coffee maker. Only hiccup was getting charged $3 + tax for the room safe I wasn't going to use. It's automatic in their software program when checking in but the front desk can remove the charge when you check out and did.

We had a very uncomfortable stay, although the room was cleaned well. The room was very damp, even with the air conditioner running full time. The bed felt lumpy and the pillows were hard as rocks. Front desk staff told us they couldn’t improve our pillow situation and said the dampness is an ongoing problem because they didn’t put a vapor barrier down then they built the hotel. Never staying there again despite the convenient location.

The hotel was easy to find, the parking lot was huge, and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. That said, the walls were thin and they seemed to be hosting large groups of some sort - I was woken up numerous times during the night by people shouting and laughing in the hallway and let's not forget the endlessly barking dog. For that reason alone I would think carefully about staying again.

Check-in was pretty seamless front desk guy was ok, nice. The room was a issue for me, it smelled musty really musty opened window to get fresh air. The room just didn't feel clean, the rug in my opinion should be pulled out from under beds towards the dressers to cover bare floor. Floor felt dirty with bare feet. Worst of all I got into bed and bedding felt slightly damp, hence the musty smell. Slept on top of sheets and comforter. My wife slept in other bed and seemed fine. (We just wanted our own bed to spread out). We should of asked for different room but we're tired from a long ride and fun day at the big E. Yes we should of complained but they also should know the difference between damp and dry sheets.

Our door was open when we got to our room. We figured out is was because the dead bolt was broken and stayed out when you opened the door. The shower had weird rust or dirt spots where you stand in the shower and the faucet wasn’t secured to the sink. The TV remote didn’t change the channels. Weirdly smells of musty cig smoke even though it’s smoke free. We've stayed here a handful of years ago and didn’t remember it feeling this run down. We won’t stay here again for the price vs what we got this visit.

I ,with my family, arrived this hotel after 6 hours drive. However staff said she can’t find our reservation. She requested to ask Hotels.com. Hotels.com staff supported us and sent us Facility ID and Reservation Code that is different from Reservation Number. Hotels.com said Reservation is sent electronically. After 1 hour, Finally hotel’s manager found our reservation on her own computer. I asked the staff what was problem and whose problem. She said 2 different company uses different system, i gave key that is all I could. But her manager found it her own PC ！. The staff said to go out from reception. I was still talking with Hotels.com staff, and no other guest ! Next day, I stayed another Red Roof Inn Plus. Reservation was not missing. it was very smooth. Thus the problem is in this hotel. Never recommend.

Basic amenities and relatively clean…although we arrived after 7 PM for a 3 PM check in, our room still wasn’t ready. Other guests were left waiting in the lobby while the one desk staff person left for a while to check on our room. Once in the room, most of the appliances/lights were unplugged and the fridge turned down (energy saving measures?) It took a while for us to figure out why the AC etc wasn’t working, There didn’t appear to be enough staff on hand to keep up with the cleaning and check in. Those there, however, were hospitable.

Shame on the management of Red Roof Inn! Busy college graduation weekend, payed premium price but hotel had one staff member on duty checking guests in and attending to all issues. We had 2 towels in room for 4 person occupancy. The lone staff member told us she was doing her best but was the only person working the evening of check-in. We believe she was doing her best but should not have been the only person on duty- we will never stay in another Red Roof Inn if that is the way they treat their staff and guests. Also a security concern with only one staff member on duty!

This rate was very good. Room was clean, bed was soft. There was path through the Nextdoor tree line to walk to the Dunkin Doughnuts/Circle K/Subway which was super convenient. Across the street there was an authentic Mexican food truck with awesome Burria tacos stationed at the Cheech and Chong dispensary. Yankee candle was on the opposite side of the building and Tree House Brewing was 1.5 miles away (surprisingly best pizza in W Mass!) The only negative thing of note was that the ac unit was loud when the compressor turns on and needed to have the filter cleaned by pulling it and running it under water (which I did) but I explained to the staff how to do that and they said they would include it in the monthly maintenance schedule. I had cool weather during my stay so I was able to simply open the window and get fresh air. I recommend a room on the front side of the building vs the rear so you don’t have the I-91 car noise. I will be bringing my family here again.

This is a good place to lay your head for the night while you are out and about in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, a/c worked well. Basic hotel. Just know the pool is not open and from the looks of it won’t be for a while. Which is too bad because it looks like it was nice back in the day. There was coffee but no free breakfast. Luckily Dunkin is walkable next door.

For a county seat, the Greenfield area has few reasonable lodging, and restaurants. My initial impression of the front and office area was a facility in need of updating. However the wing where our room was (in the 400’s) was updated/upgraded recently and hall carpets and walls were fresh and clean. The room was nice and clean, comfortable bed and very nice bathroom with very good shower. NO EATERIES NEARBY. All in all a better choice for staying in this area, clean at a reasonable rate.

I was under the impression this had free breakfast. There was only coffee. And they only provided coffee in the rooms, not even fake cream or sugar. There was also no elevator, and the area was very noisy. I felt it was overpriced for what I got.

Very good price/quality ratio. Very large, so in peak times a safe bet. A surprise to find out the hotel doesn't have lifts. Be prepared to walk the stairs. Safe entry, so carry one suitcase at a time upstairs and downstairs. You can safely leave the other at the foot or top of the stairs. Coffee and tea for breakfast. No restaurant facilities. Add the cost of breakfast to the lodging cost when comparing prices with other hotels. Would I book it again? Sure, I know what I get for the price I pay.

No amenities at the hotel, but the two local restaurants were excellent - meatloaf was the best I've had, and the morning omelet was excellent... Would be glad to stay here again.
