Decent room, comfortable bed. The negatives were Ice machine on second floor broken, had to go to third floor-tv channel guide didn’t match the stations and the remote was defective- noise on floor above us sounded like a dog scratching the floor? Food was just okay. Certainly not the worst place but could use some Improvements. Our stay there last year was better.

Unfortunately, nothing to like. The trash on the property was awful. Where I parked there was hundreds of cigarette butts and small liquor bottles on the ground. Trash elsewhere too. The side door I was told to use was broken. It did not latch at all and was flapping in the wind. It was supposed to have a lock on it that requires a card to unlock. But, as I said, was totally broken. My room was next to the stairwell. The door to the stairwell banged and disturbed us. The stairwell itself was filthy. I will not return to this motel.

Nice grassy area around parking lot for dog to have a run. Easy walking distance to ~10 restaurants, friendly staff. 10 min drive to Brimfield antique sales. Looked like the best pet friendly hotel in the area. Comfy bed fridge and microwave in room.

The only issue was parking - there were no spaces when we came home from dinner and had to park across the street. There was a huge truck taking up a number of spaces. Inconvenient.

Service was fine. The construction in the parking lot made the building look dirty and unkempt. Inside was fine, but the disruption to the facade and the parking area was sketchy

We stayed one night on our way to Boston. Facilities have potential with current renovations underway. However, they were a bit premature in opening, as there are still significant renovations still pending. Most concerning is the painting engagement underway, which is generating signification paint odor in the rooms. I promoted my concern to the manager that they opened the rooms prematurely and have a liability issue with the paint odor....

Not available parking spaces when we came back from dinner. Just got the last parking space.

The fitness area needs a bit of a renovation. My biggest pet peeve is I arrived at 330 am and when i asked about a late check out i was told it would be an additional fee. That is absolutely ridiculous. I spent $100 to sleep for 5 hours? They should have accommodated us.

The room was dirty when we walked in, the bed sheet was inside out, we asked for room service next morning, the front desk said the cleaning people wouldn’t be in until 9am, 4:45pm the room was still dirty and when I went to the front desk asked again, I was told the cleaning people were left for the day. The doors between 2 rooms were terrible, we could hear everything going on next door. The person next to us had TV on ALL night until 5:30am. We called the front desk to tell them to shut off, he told us to give him 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we called again, nothing happened still. Next day we went to the front desk again to ask for cleaning the room, the same person who told us if we need room service just to let the front desk know that asked me if I told the cleaning people, is my job to inform people to clean the hotel room that we paid for now? And finally they cleaned the rooms but forgot to give any washcloth. Had to go to front desk to ask for it. We stayed for 3 nights, 2 nights no sleep at all. I ask myself why am I paying for hotel rooms if I could not sleep at all? When we checked out, they couldn’t even give me a receipt. We came to MA for national tournament every year, first time stayed in this hotel and it was the worse experience ever. I really shouldn’t pay for that!

My feet were so dirty from walking in the floors in my room. I stayed in the room for three hours and left the hotel

It wasn’t very clean. I found other people hair in the shower. The bed sheet had stains on them as well.

The hotel was not very clean: sticky floor in the elevator elevator, sticky furniture in the breakfast area & bathroom sink that was dirty and didn’t drain, and these things were not addressed when the staff had been informed. Also, the first room I was assigned had a terrible musty smell and lacked a closet pole (requiring the coat hangers to be hung from the ironing board.

Moldy sink and bathroom. Very dusty in the room. Part of the ceiling chipped off and paint chips hanging down.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Lovely white towels, crisp white sheets. Loved it all.

The night staff was friendly and helpful. The room, however, was dirty and poorly stocked. There were questionable stains on the chair as you walk in the door. The water pressure was poor and the handle pulled off right in your hand. There was left over food from a previous guest in the refrigerator. There were strangers hairs in the shower/tub amd the curtain was also soiled. No one was attending the desk at checkout.

Breakfast was decent. We were originally given a room where the ac wasn’t working and it made the room humid so much that the floors were wet. Second room was better however it didn’t have a blow dryer. We asked for one and it took a whole day to get it.

Nice small property with a great location and good dog walking area (hilly). Hotel and rooms were clean which is the most important thing. A few nits were a broken door to our room that had to slammed to secure and no wi-fi on our floor which I was told would be fixed sometime later. They offered to move us to a different floor but we had already moved from a room that smelled of smoke (not hotels fault).Nice people, simple very basic breakfast but I would stay there agin.

Definitely not as clean as expected. Terribly noisy. Staff were nice but I would not stay again. We had a room with access to the next room and you could hear them speaking.

Very clean and modern. Decent breakfast. Rooms are nice but no frills. Good toiletries but bathroom is small. Shower small and ledge for shampoo tiny. Overall a decent if not “wow” stay.

The set up of the room was very nice, very comfortable beds and pillows and bedding. Good amount of space in the room and bathroom, came with good amount of clean towels that were decent and toiletries. Had fridge, microwave, plenty of plugs and a chair. Beautiful and nice

The scrambled eggs were a little suspect -- didn't taste like eggs. I had a full truck bed and parking was safe overnight. I really liked the hotel -- loved the hard floors in the room. So much better than carpet.

There was no heat in my room, which was probably about 68 degrees F. When I called the front desk (repeatedly) for help, no one picked up. I guess the units are disabled at this time of year, but I like it a little bit warmer. But what if I were having a heart attack? The staff were practically invisible. I have been at campgrounds where there was more attention paid to my needs. On the other hand, the place is clean and the beds are firm.

The hotel was very nice, and the room was larger than expected. Thought it was a little odd that if you wanted to have your room cleaned or fresh towels you had to ask the front desk a day in advance, other than that the place was very nice and would definitely stay again and recommend

Check in was quick and easy. Room was modern. Bed was comfortable. All around very good experience. I would stay here again for sure.

The room was clean and my check in service was great. However, I was staying for 2 nights and I had a wedding on the second day. The first night was fine but then on the day of the wedding I left to get my hair and makeup up done and when I went back to my room to grab my bridesmaid dress and heels, everything in my room was missing and it was cleaned and looked as if I had never stayed there the prior night. I went down to the front desk and asked where my stuff was and the man at the front desk said “you were only supposed to stay for 1 night”. I said “nope! I was confirmed for 2 nights” and showed him the confirmation. He said “hmmm that’s weird”. I asked again where my stuff was because I had to be at the wedding venue and he found it piled up in plastic bags in a dark hallway. After I made sure all of my stuff was there, he booked me for another night but did not give me any sort of discount. He also watched me struggle to carry everything back up to my room instead of offering to help. I wish they would have called me to ask why my stuff was still in the room instead of taking it upon themselves to pack everything up and remove it all from my room especially since my room was not booked by anyone else for that night. Also, they did not send me a check out link on the morning of the wedding (which they did on the day that I was originally supposed to check out on) or else I would have known that there was a miscommunication somewhere.

Check was easy; Hotel was very clean. Room was exceptional. Check out was also easy. Great experience.

When we checked in I was asked if I wanted daily service for our room. I said yes. Well, that didn’t happen. I had to call to have our trash emptied (which I did twice myself) , for new towels, and to have our bed made. Because this wasn’t done I had to constantly call the desk. On our first night my wife requested an additional blanket. She was told it would be done right away. We never saw the blanket. I was sick of all the apologies for actions not completed. We were very disappointed for the lack of service. Besides this there were children everywhere causing noice, running in the corridors with no supervision. Not sure how a hotel can stay in business with all these things going on. We were not happy with our stay. Excessive apologies are not an excuse for poor service.

Overall, our stay was great. The only misunderstanding we had was that we didn’t know we had to request housekeeping service. There was a sign at the front desk which we didn’t see during check in. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!! Breakfast was very good. I don’t understand why there wasn’t a tub mat or non slip surface for the tub. We improvised by using a hand towel,but a mat would have been preferable.

Clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet was a little small, but hot. Lots of restaurants nearby and a pharmacy down the street that was open until 10:00pm.

Hotel was clean and centrally located. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was pretty skimpy. Only one waffle cooker. People were waiting. Better selection would be nice. Woke up one morning at about 3am to find water dripping from the ceiling onto the head of the bed. Was repaired. Took FOREVER for the hot water to start in the shower! Left water running for literally 5 minutes before hot water would appear. Total waste of water!

Not a big breakfast eater, and I would have said 5 stars, but the morning breakfast area could have been cleaner and better stocked. Tables needed wiping and food needed to be restocked.

They had a pretty good free breakfast available which came in handy

Everything is super clean. I like how there is not carpet in the rooms. The breakfast is a little lacking though, so don’t get too excited about that.

When I entered my room, I found pubic hairs in the bathtub as well as a dirt ring around the tub and hairs in the sheets on the bed. The employee at the front desk stated that no housekeeping staff was working that night, so she moved me to a different room. The smell of the new room was musty and the fan wouldn't turn off in the room. At least it was cleaner. The entire property was sold out that night, but the snack area was bare. Breakfast the following morning was also very limited. All the food was gone by 8:30am. I had thought about staying a second night but decided I didn't want to, after all. I wouldn't stay there again. Too many other options to try for a better experience.

Breakfast here was ridiculous……..ran out of everything including milk for cereal by 8:00 AM! No one was ever at the front desk to check in or out or to answer questions.
