Staff were rude upon checking in. She was more concerned with wishing someone a happy birthday and eating her lunch at than acknowledging my existence at the counter. The card the room came in was obviously used for an old room because the previous room number was scratch out with a pen. Get to the room and they are still “cleaning” it and when asked why the room wasn’t ready upon checking in especially when I had to wait to check in anyway I was met with more attitude. After waiting an additional 20 mins to get into my room it smelled of old cigarettes and there was still trash in the drawers and trash can. Probably one of my worst experiences with super 8 nd it’s unfortunate but I guess you get what you pay for.
