The only thing I liked about the hotel is the shuttle to the metro. There were several dislikes. One upon check in the person at the desk was not welcoming, did not completely check me in (put a hold on my card and did not have me sign anything. I found out later I was suppose to have signed and someone could have check in my room/entered because there was no record of us checking in). Also the surrounding neighborhood was not great. Once we entered our room is limited on amenties and tV channels, tv stand was damaged, needed repairs and upgrades, tub needed upgrade and appeared black. 2 roaches spotted and then complained and ask for manager. The option for us at 2 am was to either check out or they offered another room. Well unfortunately we got another room on different floor. No roaches but phine did not work, microwave not working properly, inside of tub black. Lastly breakfast was terrible and had nats flying around bagelqs and desserts. Complained again!! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!

Our room was pretty clean, except the carpet had wet spots all over. I am pretty sure they spot cleaned it before we went in, it wasn’t just a little wet though, it was like stepping in a puddle every time. The beds are really hard and squeak with every little move. But the worse part is the wall are paper thin, you can hear everything and everyone. You can hear the bed squeak when the person in the next room rolls over, you can hear every time someone close to you goes to the bathroom, all night you can hear everything!!

Wasn’t a horrible experience. The first room, the toilet had to flush 3 times. Informed front desk, he was like he will send maintenance. I was like no, I want another room, because I’m not getting charged for this. I did receive a new room. The heater/ac was on extremely loud. Other than that, it’s was an okay.

The hotel was ok. The bed was not that comfortable and the room needed maintenance. Although our window was closed, there was a gap letting in a breeze and the sound of traffic outside. The cabinet door that was in front of the mini fridge was loose and hanging. The faucet was loose and leaking water from the base. The floor had some dips in it making it a trip hazard. The cleaning staff did not seem happy. One of the cleaning staff even jumped into the elevator, made eye contact with me, and clicked the elevator button so I had to wait for it to return. The front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok. Overall I do not recommend.

The front desk clerk refused to produce a close out receipt to me . He was arrogant and very unprofessional. Infact he tore the door access card in my presence which was very rude of him. He ended up walking away from me leaving me standing at the front desk. The breakfast was not up to standard as expected from a reputable hotel. The elevator is slow and very noisy. The parking lot has litters everywhere. The bed itches and they should be checked for bed bugs and fleas. The price per day does not reflect the service rendered to the customer and there is a need to improve the quality of service. The front desk clerk during my morning check out does not deserve to be in the hotel. He was mad because I used a third party to get hotel.

My friend and I booked this room because of a game at FedEx Field. The staff, namely the lady at check-in and the GM, were so very nice and accomodating to our needs. They let us leave a vehicle there until after the game was over, super helpful! Room was clean, hotel close to pretty much anything you'd need. New seafood restaurant down the road had the most amazing creme Brule!! All around great trip! We both said we'd stay there again.

Thisbwas a very nice hotel! Very clean, the staff was very nice. I really liked that i got a text thanking us for staying and telling us if we needed anything to reply to the text. The only issue we had was that one morning we came down for breakfast around 09:15 and the young lady had put basically everything away. There was another young lady that had 2 kids came looking for breakfast after us, and was tuened away with only dey ceral. Or would have been nice to had breakfast since it was included.

I really did not enjoy sleeping in 100% polyester sheets. The elevator was drop or raise up about 3” when we were entering or exiting. I was dangerous. Otherwise the hotel was nice. We really enjoyed getting rides to and from the Metro station.
