The whole experience of getting a chance to see the property and people hanging around the property at the front entrance. Could be scary for most travelers. Dirty floors and elevator. Please cancel the whole experience of staying at that particular place. Would like a refund of my money.

When arriving to the hotel, the check in proceess was good with them having me go to the room and check it out. I had to get my toilet paper from the desk due to none in the room. I then noticed there was no comforter on the bed and no channel explanation for the tv. The tv only had roughly 10 channels to watch, which made it bad when trying to relax in the room. The room's refrigerator main area didn't work and the mocrowave door broke after the second use. The mocrowave then became unusable. The hotel never came in at the 14 day mark to change out linens and towels as it said on the website. There was also a little amount of bug infestation in the room. This caused me to have to ensure cleaning things thoroughly when taking things to work. The shower and sinks would work correctly, but both of the drains were blocked due to the drain systema were broken. The attendants at the front didn't know how to use the room card systems. This would cause me to have to go to front a majority of the time to get the card reassigned to the room i was staying and entering into the building. A majority of the time, homeless or other nonpaying customer would access the building while waiting by the doors to get access to the building. This was a safety issue. The staff worked hard to accomplish things, but would get over tasked and wouldn't be able to watch over the area like thwy needed to.

Fire alarm kept going off

Clean laundry facilities and easy to use.

Horrible. Filthy. And the door keys didn't work?

The elevator kept going in and out. (Not working) and there was a ladder in my room upon arrival. My significant other had to remove the ladder herself and put in in the hallway.

There was a kitchenette but no dishes (pots, pans, plates, silverware, nothing). The floors are dirty and there were roaches. When I changed towels for clean ones, they gave me towels that had been washed but had a lot of stains on them. The staff is nice and go out of their way to make you comfortable. That was appreciated. Also, I was trying to check out mid week and told that I would have to pay for the whole week and would not be reimbursed for the days I was not there. When I made the reservation, I was also checking out mid week. I don't understand that one.

Disappointing and Unhygienic Stay – Left Early Without Refund My family and I originally planned to stay at this location for a week, but we had to cut our trip short after just a few days due to unacceptable conditions. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the room was not clean. I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies and clean the space myself — not something anyone expects to do after checking into a hotel. Even worse, shortly after settling in, we discovered bugs crawling around the room, especially near the air conditioning unit and kitchen area. I spent nights staying awake just to kill bugs and make sure they didn’t crawl on my wife or daughter. Needless to say, I got no rest or peace during our stay. When we decided to check out early due to these issues, we were told we would not be refunded for the remaining days. This was incredibly frustrating given the poor quality and distressing conditions we experienced. I do not recommend staying here unless cleanliness and peace of mind are not priorities for you. I hope management takes these issues seriously moving forward.

My stay was terrible from day one between switching from one room to another and that one was worst than the first one. Roaches everywhere to the point that i couldn't sleep and the toilet not flushing properly. I couldn't wait to check out I'll never come back here again.

Too noisy

The hotel is extended stay so there are people who might be living there. The room is very simple but well kept. I’ve stayed maybe four times as it is convenient for work and they have decent prices. The front door staff are friendly and helpful. The number one issue is roaches. I always see a few. It really bothers me and I’m trying to find an alternative place to stay. The location is great for fast food and convenience stores.

I reserved this hotel room a month in advance. The hotel overbooked their rooms and I had to find a new hotel for work which was an inconvenience to me. I arrived at my VERY IMPORTANT meeting late and almost lost my deal. There needs to be a better level of communication between the website and the hotel. Terrible experience

Try to check in at the hotel on Sunday, January 19 around 10 PM. The front desk associate advised me that they had no rooms available for my reservation. He explained to me that there was some type of emergency and they had to move people around. I explained to him that my reservation was guaranteed with my credit card and I did not understand why the hotel had no room rooms available to accommodate my reservation. This situation left my family and I stranded. We live approximately three hours away from Washington DC and it was a icy night. The front desk gentleman was not very helpful to secure another hotel. The check in area at this hotel is approximately 2 x 4 with plexiglass at the check-in counter. There was no bell to notify the front desk person that I was there to check in. They are rude and disrespectful, they took my money then told me and my kids we had to leave for no good reason, I’m 56 so I’m not loud. Said she just didn’t want to rent to us anymore. Very racist. And the manager was white.

I checked in on Sunday 8/30 and had to abruptly check out on Thursday 10/5 due to someone in management/front desk giving my room# and keycard to my estranged husband. I was very upset, scared and felt violated. I am deciding on a civil suit at this time because my life was put in danger, I was not notified or contacted in any way. I am now in hiding again. I have not been contacted in reference to this matter, I have not received any kind of refund or compensation. If you are looking for privacy, peace and safety DO NOT STAY HERE!

DO NOT BOOK HERE! There is so much to unwrap! Firstly, upon my arrival front desk staff smoking weed literally on the entrance of the property, to the point that I was waiting at the front desk to be assisted. The gentleman when realized that I was a guest coming in, removed his name tag. Initially when I was greeted by the lady at the front desk no smile, no thank you for your patience, & reakedn of weed. Terribly unprofessional as if I was disturbing her. A young lady in front w/them, was high as a kite walking around like a zombie to of which when I initially arrived she was in the front smoking w/other residents/staff. When I received my room key, as soon as I got off the elevator, she was just roaming the hotel hallways!! Upon arriving to my room, I could not prepare myself for the what I was about to SEE! In the history of staying in hotels I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING MORE DISTURBING! When I walked in the room there was stuff ALL OVER THE WALLS that appeared as if food/blood, & sticky liquid.the bed was detached from the head board, there was sticky stuff ALL OVER THE FLOORS, no linen. Toilet seat up upon arrival , dead roach on the bathroom floor, refrigerator SEVERELY RUSTED, hair on the bed that had absolutely no linen. If I could attach the pictures I would. Indescribable to say the least. You can tell THIS PLACE is poorly and badly managed the employees, are doing what they want to do and not to mention UNPROFESSIONAL!! Totally shocked! OF COURSE I LEFT! AWFUL

Staff are terrible and so nasty when they are talking to you especially the general manager Shadina. Stay away from Shadina, Tia, Rima and Yolanda. They won't take any accountability of anything even though it is their jobs. I had an issue where I was overdue with my payment since Saturday and I didn't knew that therefor, they decided on Monday morning while I was at work and my 77 year old mother by herself in the room that 3 people come to the room While I was not in there and banging so hard on the door and scare my mother because either she pays or will call the police and kick her out of the room. They never contacted my prior to that and they decided to do that on their free time when they all in there. I could of lost my mother that day because of what they did and when I spoke to Shedina about the situation, she never took any accountability or any responsibility to what her and her coworkers did!!!!!! That beside the room is so nasty roaches everywhere, the bed has a blood stain on it, and the AC cover is apart that could fall down on anyone. I emailed the general manager Shadina 3 times with my issues and pictures that proofs everything I’m saying but she never responded back to me. And also the card that I gave it to them they did 2 transactions without my consent and I found out when I was checking my bank account online. Each transaction was more than $1000 so I closed my card The entire place is not even worth anything so don't waste your time going in there👌

When I went to check in the clerk asked me if he could show me the room before we completed the transaction. The room hadn’t even been vacuumed. There were hair rubber bands all over the dirty floor. Beds were thrown together. The gentleman apologized and stated that he only had one housekeep. The room he wanted me in was missing pillow cases. He then showed me that room. The queen sheets and a visible dirty central yellow stain and the room was again not clean. I went out to discuss with my husband, who informed me that he had witnessed what looked to be prostitution being dropped off and going in. The hotel reeked of marijuana as well. The clerk was friendly and offered me a refund. Then stated because I had reserved it on hotels.com, I would have to go through them. Unfortunately when hotels.com reached out they were hung up on and then a formal email to the manager denied us the refund. I’m sickened by such fraud when your hotel was blatantly in the wrong.

Drug transactions going on in the parking lot as I pulled in. Didn't stick around to see any thing else, once I walked in the lobby and no one was there to check me in and roaches running on the counter.

There were people loitering around outside the hotel - seems like they are housing homeless families.

All you could smell was weed ,i got a smoking room it had no ash tray didnt stay went somewhere else

Location is great. It is usually quiet and safe.
