All was good as expected. The controlled access to the parking lot made fill safe. But... the sheets had cigarette burns all over, and the room smelled "funny". It was tolerable for me, but for my wife it wasn't. Will I stop in again? Maybe, if I need a one night stand only; but for my wife is a serious no.

Secure property with fencing. Grounds are ok. Rooms are moderate. No place to walk to for dining. Told many rooms were booked for the weekend, but didn't see cars to validate this claim. I think many rooms were taken for residents or repair.

Absolute crap.. roach infestation in property.. rooms smell like cigerretts.. their lock does not work properly and they blame the cold weather for it.. I had to struggle like 20 min for first room to get into but keys wasnt fucntional.when I went back .. receptionist gave me another key. Which again dint work then they gave me another room where again lockz did not open up. Finally after 45 min or so in 30• f struggling in cold I got into one room which was smelly and roach infested.. had no option so somehow adjusted for night.. absolute horror

At checkin the girl behind the bulletproof glass was rude and made it clear i was interrupting her chicken dinner. The "lobby" was dirty and smelled of pot! The room was basic at best, no microwave, no refrigerator, no charging outlets. The TV randomly turns off and restarts. The mattress was in no way attached to the bedframe and would slide all over. The sheets had burn holes and stains. Outside: noisy! Some stupid kid was bouncing a basketball back and forth by my room for hours. In the parking lot some guy was repairing his car, like serious repairs! Leaving early as I\'m never going to sleep here!!!

Check in process wasnt bad but it definitely went down hill soon after. Upon entering the room we noticed the front door wouldn’t close all the way like it had been kicked in previously, there were several burn spots on the covers and sheets , and the tub in the bathroom was dirty. When trying to get comfortable we noticed the “comforter” on the bed was just as thin as the sheets and we were forced to freeze all night as the heat was barely working because the ac/heat unit was falling apart. We were looking for the WiFi password and it wasn’t displayed anywhere, when trying to call the front desk we found out the phone doesn’t work. We were kept up by loud music and loud conversations all throughout the night and barely got any sleep and the worst part was being harassed by a random woman asking for $20 or my ID to get her a room. Do not waste your money here. Not worth it at all

Bathtub looked to be about 100 years old. I had cracks and stains and was not clean. The bath towels had hair on them like they weren't even washed. Two flat pillows and an uncomfortable matress. AND THE WHOLE PROPERTY SMELLED LIKE MARIJUANA. Won't be back

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. I’ve never had problems with the Motel 6 chain before, but this property should not be part of it! The first room they gave me was dirty, smelled bad, had mold, and even holes in the bedding. When I went to the front desk, they told me the hotel was sold out. Luckily, the housekeeping manager, Asha, overheard my complaint and helped me. She was very kind and professional — the only good part of my stay. Everything else was terrible.

The room was old and worn out the fridge and microwave were old trash the A/front was broken in a few spots you could not read the dail for cool or heat ,holes in the wall the room was clean but looked like a drug users room i didn't feel comfortable rhere at all the tv was good staff was very friendly and gave me a refund when i asked for it i would not recommend staying there

ARRIVE BEFORE 10 PM!!! If you arrive before 10 p.m., I heard that you can get decent/good and expedient service. I got in from a delayed flight, and did not get to the hotel until around 10:30, but I could not check in until 11:10 pm since there was no worker at the check-in desk. He was outside hanging out with drinking friends outside and hadn't realized that guests were in line until just after 11 pm In my room, one of the chairs was cracked and ready to break if you were to lean back in it. But, at least it was the chair further away from the door, so less guests will notice. Sink was cracked, but worked. And things were definitely wiped down, but not sure how clean they were, with the visible creamy white wipe marks. At least the beds seemed fine though. Not very close to the city's public transit. Overall, Beds are okay, I would highly recommend staying at a different location. Definitely the worst service that I have ever had, but only the second worst room that I've stayed in.

So first of all I'd just like to say that the woman at the desk was helpful and friendly. She moved me into a non-smoking room when I had accidentally booked a smoking room and she was good with customer service. But besides that, not good. When I book a cheap motel in Canada and most parts of the US I expect it to be kind of ugly and to run into some dishevelled guests. In this case there was a lot of questionable milling about and there was a roach crawling right across the floor when I came in. I returned the key and went somewhere else. I will try to get a refund. I Googled the place and found old reviews about bedbugs. I would have been willing to disregard the old reviews if not for the roach.

Rooms are basic, as I wanted and needed at the time. Just a one night stay in town. Clean bathroom, hot shower, vending machines. Mom/Pop restaurant very short walk away from entrance to Motel. others about a 10 min walk or so nearby. Quiet area, near Andrews AFB. Well lit, well kept grounds. Must say, for a budget stay it fit my needs.
