Stayed 2 nights

I switched 2 rooms!! The first one had burn marks, spider webs, the shower head was coming out of the wall, and the built in desk was broke. The second room smelled like sewage and sulfur. The third room had spider webs, mosquitos, had to ask for clean sheets, a separate air condition system taped to the wall by a white hose or something, a portable heater. And more flying bugs. We tried to open the curtains and it was more spider webs so so we just used the dimly lit room for lights. I was disgusted. After the third room I said I just have to endure until it’s time to leave. We slept underneath the covers to avoid bugs in case we got bit in our sleep or something. There is one elevator that stopped working for a while at one point but it came back. The elevator is the size of a closet and the door is off track so it screeches, you can even see the marks on the door as it closes back and forth bc it’s scraping against something. The tv is useless, no apps or signals so you can’t login to anything, air play, or screen monitor. The ONLY good thing is the front desk staff. They understood every complaint and knew that we were telling the truth and they were always nice. If they didn’t work there, I’m sure they would tell people to stay away. I promise I’m not exaggerating. This should be a motel. Please avoid this place.

Hotel wasn’t the cleanest, but our room was pretty good. Air conditioning worked great, shower was good, bed was comfy. Breakfast was great. All the staff was very nice. The “on site” restaurant is actually down at the bottom of parking lot. Didn’t look that great from the outside but the food was delicious. We only stayed for one night, but it was well worth the price. And free self parking was a plus. We would definitely stay again.

The female staff were very helpful and attentive. Housekeeping could use more attention as well as communication

The room was clean, but the bathroom is pretty old. Hence, I guess that’s why they’re remodeling. We did have to walk to other building a long ways to get to our room or the option to walk outside and around to get to the other building with luggage. Staff was friendly. The elevator was super small. Glad we didn’t have a lot of luggage. You can tell the hotel is very outdated.
