nice hotel; clean; great pool; great price.

The water fountains in the lobby were labeled as inoperative with a note saying to use the water fountain in the pool area. I went into the pool area and the water fountain was filled with dirt and mold. Typical.

This hotel was ok for a one night stop. Location was convenient. The rooms are clean but could use a fresh coat of paint. A little updating or maintenance would go a long way. We were hoping to use the pool so the kids could burn some energy after a long day in the car, however, the pool was so dirty we wouldn’t go in.

It was a very enjoyable stay even pool was fun only thing i would sugest is to get some one with a scrubby zip around top of pool a little elbo grease will clean up the black line , thank you for an excelet stay

They advertise a pool and I was told it has been closed for a year or more. Still on the website. Staff fantastic!

We most appreciated the liberal pool and gym hours. Very nice property. Vèry clean. Staff very cordial. Close to I-8. Surprised by the location adjacent to Mall. Some of the furniture a little worn.

Staff is very nice. And rooms clean!! Kids love the pool and that its open till midnight . Will always be back!

Comfortable bed, clean room. The bed is too close to the AC. The hotel's parking lot is too small and you're liable to end up having to park in the adjacent shopping mall lot.

I always look for a pool when we stay at a hotel. I booked this one got there and then discovered the pool was shut down. That was one of the predominate reasons I picked this hotel. These things should be noted! BEFORE booking the room! Very disappointing, paid for something that I could not even use. :(

There was roaches in my room and there was a roach on my eggs in the breakfast I will not be staying here again and advise you all not to as well

This property was infested with knats. They were at the front desk, the breakfast bar and in my first room on the second floor. So bad I couldn’t sleep. They were flying in my nose and even biting. I was moved to a room on the 4th floor and that room was better. I will never stay here again. Also when I tried to contact Expedia I was unable to get through to see if I could move to another hotel. I called 5 times and each time I was put on hold and then the call was cut off. The 4th time when I reached a person I ask her to please not transfer my call because I kept being cut off but she just said you won’t get cut off and put me on hold anyway and I got cut off once again. I will never use Expedia again either!

I room went not the cleanest. They only clean you room every 3 day. On the 3rd day they didnt do anything in our room.. Everytime we need cleam towels i had to go to thw front desk to get them. They never dumped our trash in 4 days. It smelled very musty.

The breakfast offered was awful. There were fruit flies circling the food and also all over the workout room. The pool looked very yellow. The fridge in the room was very loud and didn't even get cold enough to keep food or beverage in it. The bed was very stiff. The vendor machines were not in service.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, spotless and quiet. Everything worked. Breakfast offered hot foods

This was my third stay at this hotel, the first two stays were fine, love the suites. This stay we swam in the pool and noticed the liner was very cruddy above the water line. The AC was not working, front desk clerk came up timely and got it running. We also observed roaches in the kitchenette area, so the pest control program needs improvement. It is disappointing because it is a good location and overall the hotel is in good condition, but management needs to step up its cleaning and pest control game if it wants to keep guests coming. We had our return trip booked there and cancelled.

Dirty Carpet Smell

Was this grand central? Got a room 3rd floor (middle) right in front of the elevators and didnt sleep a wink! The room above us slammed doors we could hear all night. Granted the room was spacious enough for our large family of 6, there was pool (so busy, no towels available though) and a nice terrace to enjoy plus breakfast in the morning... all which we felt was worth the price ... but, we wish we would have gotten a good nights sleep most of all. The room did show some signs of wear and tear (stained table) or a stage of quick repairs (poorly patched holes behind the sofa and other furniture), however it was spacious and equiped with what was needed for our stay. The room also didnt include extra bedding for the pull-out sofa (we did easily get it downstairs) and the room safe gave an error code (we didnt spend the time fixing) but the location was convienent next to abundant shopping and food. We easily found what we needed for our 1 night stay, and found the staff polite too. They did apologize for the noise the next morning, they were very aware of the disturbance above us and so to be fair i would stay here again if i needed to revisit the area (large family units are hard to come by) but request a higher floor or quieter end unit away from the elevator traffic too.

We had a king suite. Lots of room, even two closets. The legs on the ironing board were broken and the noise from the frig was so loud we had to close the connecting door. The bed was very comfy.

It was a good one night stay. The room very spacious and clean. The hotel is a little old but very clean. The breakfast was ok.

The hall carpet on the 4th floor is badly in need of replacement. Our room had a funny smell. Overpowering deorderizer. The AC system was very noisy. Unable to control the fan speed.

The condition of this room was quite bad. I was in another room a week ago and it didn’t look as bad as this one. Water damage on the ceiling, rusty doorframe brackets to the bathroom. Drawers weren’t closing properly, bed felt very slant. The one thing this place does better than others is their cheese omelets for their breakfast.

The hotel is ok I did have a few concerns. I noticed many undesirable folks just hanging out at hotel, some guest some not. Many times smelled marijuana. There was lots of noise all hours of the night. I had an incident that the housekeeper just walking in my room without giving me a chance to open the door. The front desk staff was very good and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Careful your credit card if you don’t want it copied. I used a card I only use once a month for this visit specifically. Two hours later it was fraudulently charged in two other stores I had never heard of and out of state. (It was flagged for these reasons so I was notified before another charge could occur) The response from management was defensive and indifferent.

Helped me with a registration problem. Were very helpful and understanding.

I could’ve given this a much higher rating. 3 to 5 stars but I had a very unpleasant stay due to the fact of kids running and jumping on the floor above me. I sent three complaints to the front desk and it was never resolved. It ended at 1:48 AM. And I had to be up at 6 AM. None of my complaints were followed back up with so I do not know if the staff tried to resolve the issue for me or not.

Nice hotel, but Ken at the front desk was awesome. Id come back just because of the front desk employee, ken.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating. My keys kept deprograming. It was a pain to go up and down to get fix but the staff was friendly and apologetic. Room was clean and I slept well. Had a late meeting and they let me check out a little later. I would definitely stay again.

The stay was OK. Air conditioning was working on heat mode, thank good was cold outside so we kept the window open. Access catds kept demagnetizing for no apparent reason.

Clean and the staff was great location was easy to get on and off the interstate the only downside was that their were people wandering around in the parking lot way after dark

It’s location to the freeway the only thing I didn’t like was that their were some shady people hanging around late in the evening

Property sits at the end of a shopping mall. Convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants. Only stayed one night as we were going on a bus trip, early the next morning.

After a long drive from New England, nice to find a clean, comfortable, stay easily accessed without driving into a city.

Great location

Had an issue with my car....there is an NTB car service business right across the parking lot...dropped car off...ready within an hour. This hotel close to everything-- downtown, great eating places and brand new ballpark

Could not eat the breakfast they said was included due to fruit flies everywhere. They knew they had a problem but did not have the fruit covered and I saw the flies directly on the fruit. In the case with mini muffins, they laid a piece of plastic wrap over them so the flies just went under it. How hard would it have been to wrap the muffins?

We’ve been staying at that hotel for almost 12 years and it’s always been a clean safe place to stay. We were there last week and all was well until breakfast the next morning - flies all over the place. I dumped my breakfast and left. We gave them another shot a week later on our trip back home. The flies were now in our room AND the breakfast room. ‘Not sure what’s going on there lately but I’m very disappointed.

A new variety of breakfast items would be helpful.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and priced right. Breakfast was good and you could tell the folks that work there actually care.

Another great stay at Country Inn & Suites. Check in was fast and easy. King Size Suite was fantastic. Room was clean and had plenty of pillows and towels. Free breakfast was very good. Eggs and sausage, as well as fresh waffles. Will continue to stay at Country Inm & Suites.

This has been a decent hotel but my last two stays have been disappointing. The breakfast area has a lot of gnats and flies. They need to fix this problem.

Wonderful stay. Everything was clean and ready upon our arrival. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was enjoyable and complete. As a coffee drinker, the best hotel coffee I've ever had!
