Pool was not up. AC didn't work in room. We checked out a day early

My original room the AC was broken brought it to the manager at the front desk and she dismissed me because she didn’t want to move me to a upper level room since I was on the ground floor facing the pool. I was suggested to open the door and put a fan in the doorway to get cooled off because the room was 76°. I expressed my concerns for safety and it seemed like she didn’t care because she was worried about the money instead of her customers happiness.

Nice place but a little noisy due to ice rink You should bring ear plugs because the noise doesn’t decrease until about 11 pm.

The only best part was the ocean view. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the room was not so clean. No amenities...the bare minimum. Also, noisy with skating rink open into night.
