We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn. The hotel is set up like a resort with an amazing pool area with a swim up bar and huge hit tub. There are fun hammocks and swings in the sand. There is also an indoor pool and 2 hot tubs for when the weather is not the best. We had fun in the mini arcade with the kids. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with great views of the pool and ocean. There is an in house Italian restaurant and lots of nearby stores and attractions. Overall our stay was amazing and we can't wait to visit again!!

Great location and amenities. Friendly staff and good food and beverages. Hotel is a bit dated but they have daily cleaning so it helps. Parking was easy and close. Swim-up bar and poolside restaurant were best features.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and bigger than I thought. The beach is literally steps away. There is a dunkin, a cafe, a pizzeria, icecream shop and other stores within a 2 minute walk across the street. Mini golf close by and the boardwalk was a 10-15 minute drive. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay again. We traveled with two small children and they loved it. I can’t forget to add there is a list of daily activities taking place daily which is also fun for the kids!

The room was so clean, very comfortable. The oceanfront view was spectacular! Restaurant for breakfast was delicious and affordable. Easy access to the beach. We loved the indoor pool and hot tubs. And also enjoyed sitting out at the fire pits on a cool evening. Was all together a wonderful experience and beautiful hotel. 10/10 and would stay here again!

Old and dirty. Looks like a pretty old motel. Carpet very old and dirty. Hallway stain, old and dirty. Not worth the price paid. Was expecting a much better experience with a well known name. Got to be the worst Holiday Inn I’ve seen. Very disappointed.

The hotel sucks. The staff are great the cleaning staff not so much. There’s mold in the tub, the carpet in the room smells. The tube had left over hair in the tub. I really paid $2900 for trash. I would have been better of sleeping on the beach.

Check-in was easy but as soon as we stepped off the elevator, it was not good. The hallways were dark and dingy with an overwhelming odor. Our room was clean but extremely musty. The AC didn’t work at all.

It was fairly clean but really poorly taken care of/in need of an update. Wallpaper peeling, rust, holes in linens. Definitely smelled and looked like the carpet had not been changed since smoking was allowed in the rooms. The balcony door got off track easily. At one point we called down for an extra blanket, they said yes but we never got one. Hallways had a spooky vibe. Overall, staff were nice and it was great to have a kitchen but this did not feel worth our money.

Bed was comfy. Extreme and constant hallway noise. Bathroom needed an update. Old, peeling wall paper, tub had a permanent sand stain, mirror had a black slash through it. Balcony was over dryer vents and lint was everywhere, along with heat and dryer scent. Room had a strange smell. Not worth the nightly rate. The lobby was very nice, but did not reflect the same dated decor as the rest of the hotel. Won’t book again .

Our ocean view was spectacular. The room was newly renovated and the air conditioner was frigid. The outside pool was big and relatively warm. There were too many babies and kids in the hot tub. The fire pit was wonderful. The Italian restaurant was delicious!

The views from the property are always beautiful. The pool area and rooms are clean and I appreciate the kitchenette and ample storage space for our stay. The bed was comfy and room appeared to be newly refurbished. I was not happy about paying for parking (new policy) and people smoking on balconies was disturbing to me. But I enjoy this hotel very much.

I paid a few bucks more to have an ocean view little did I know that was only the 2nd floor and we could barely see the ocean..when opening the door to the balcony the screen door popped off..the beds felt like a literal air mattress there was no comfort..it was not clean by any means there was hair all over the floor in the bathroom..I was definitely catfished, the photos made it looks so cute and homey..pool was great though, kids loved it!

The property was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great. There is plenty to do within walking distance. There is no sound barrier from room to room or from the hallway. It was difficult to sleep since guests didnt seem to care about "quiet times".

Overall, my stay at this hotel was good. If you reserve an oceanfront room, you may be disappointed if you get a room on the first floor. These rooms have absolutely no view of the ocean because it is blocked by the dunes, and many people walk by your walkout patio. We were moved to the 4th floor which is renovated and has a decent view.

For the price, I expected better out of this hotel. First, the good things. Location was excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful as well. Part of the hotel had been renovated and those parts were quite nice. The lobby as well as the exterior pool area were what I expected for $400/night. I heard that some floors had been renovated, but the floor I stayed on was showing its age. Everything seemed dingy. The room itself was a pretty standard room. The bathroom was pretty bad. It was cramped and had a low drop ceiling and the metal supports were rusty. The vanity was in bad shape. The walls were also very thin. We had neighbors for the length of our stay who were inexplicably very loud late at night as well as first thing in the morning. They may as well have been in our room for as loud as it was. Lastly, the wifi was terrible on my floor. Again, for as much as I paid, I would expect these things to be a little nicer. I'm sure when the full hotel is renovated, it will be nice.

I would have loved my stay if the hotel would have given me the room I paid for and reserved. I clicked “oceanfront and King bed.” They gave the pool view, and the manager blamed the mistake on Expedia by telling me, “well that’s how it came through to us.” The hotel was NOT sold out. I will never reserve a Holiday Inn hotel in the future.

I was unable to check in at the check in time until 3 hours after the specified time. The front desk woman, named Martha was rude and was not helpful when I was not able to have a room at check in. She told me and I quote “we had a late check out so your room isn’t ready so I’m not sure what to tell you”. I had no response because I was in disbelief. I tried to contact the hotel manager and Expedia regarding the unacceptable wait time and rudeness of their employee.

I've been coming here for years from the old to the new we support this hotel. They are always looking for ways to improve. I'm not fond of all the front desk stafff these days but still enjoyable. Even through the construction they did everything possible to accommodate my family.

Property was fine. When we got to the property early (before check in at 4) we were told we could check in early that we would be in Q. No txt. Called around 2. Never placed on a list. They took more info. Again txt when ready. 4 pm regular check in. Went to desk. Checked in and staff did not have my info again. Email etc. She then handed me my room key. She was not friendly at all. No welcome, no what are amenities where, about their on site restaurant, check out time, indoor pool, etc. I had to ask if our transaction was done so we could walk away. She said yea. Got to our room....key did not work. Went back down to check in desk.....felt like it was a problem we were there. Took our card ...... picked up another scanned it and handed us another....no sorrys, no please enjoy your stay. My husband and i were very unhappy.

Card charged 7x total for a 2night stay . I booked 2 night stay on Expedia in July for $800-850$. They charged half before I got there( $400 something) which I understand . Then day of checkin (august). They charge my card another 550. I check out two days later and they charged my card 5 times in a row after I left . All different amounts . 250$, 150$, $75, 25$ 10$ ? When you talk to a manger they are rude and just give you the run around about booking thru Expedia or possible temporary hold that they say will fall off in 5 days . $1500 total for a stay I booked a month ahead of time for 800-850$ supposedly ????

I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again. Walkable to restaurants, store's, sites, transportation to travel from boardwalk to our hotel was 4.00pp ALL Day!! Room was comfy. My recommendations: Please support your staff to keep the kids out of the hot tub. We couldn't enjoy it AT ALL. Staff kept telling them to get out, but the parents allowed them in. My last recommendation, update the rooms ( at minimum take out the carpet). The sofa bed cushions were horrible. Overall, loved it! Bed was very comfy💕

It’s an older hotel with great views and an excellent attached restaurant. Has a kitchenette. The Staff were very courteous. The hotel is about 10 minutes away (via car) from the boardwalk but the beach makes up for that.

This hotel has great access to the beach, and a beautiful pool with a swim up bar. A beach bar is right next to the pool for a convenient and surprisingly tasty lunch. The Italian restaurant, Taste of Italy, was also fantastic. Overal, we would stay here again. Our only qualm was that the rooms could really use some updating.

The renovated floors are nice at this hotel however, there are only two of them. The rest of the hotel is in need of a facelift. Customer service was average at best. Our room wasn’t ready, which was okay. They took my member number and promised to call but never did. Also, the on-site dining was severely understaffed and we waited nearly an hour for breakfast, then another 20 minutes for our bill. The food was average at best. Many items were unavailable from the menu. Overall, this is a 3/5 hotel on a good stay. It gets points for location and beach access.

They close breakfast at 10am. Next day got to restaurant for breakfast at 9am they took order gave terrible coffee then waited for 45 mins to get food. Only 2 servers. Slow. Had an oceanfront room 5th floor, and smokers on 3rd floor with Cigars and Cigarette smoke came up to us. Inconsiderate people coffing outside while smoking. Our bathroom had a tub faucet that was bent like someone heavy or too big bumped their knee on it. And our bed was super uncomfortable, like someone 350-500 lbs crushed the head section of bed with their weight, Pillows were soft and crappy. Probably wont stay their again.

Tried to check in a bit early since it was off season. I was ok with being told I couldn't but the front desk clerk was rude about it. The room was nice and as long as you didn't look down to see the green, moldy outdoor pool, the view of the ocean was pretty. The website said "in room dining (room service) but there wasn't any available and that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.
