The staff was overly friendly, but the breakfast was crammed into a corner that made it crowded fast. The pool area had a place to wash the sand off, but the pool wasn't very clean. My boys saw a poop filled diaper floating and we didn't know who to talk to.

The property was close enough to walk to the beach and had parking which was great. The breakfast was packed and not many places to sit. The restaurant in the hotel was loud and rowdy, not always kid friendly depending upon how much some were drinking. The pool was clean but fairly small.

Location great the staff was helpful but you had to complain about it the building maintenance was subpar and needed prodded to fix little things , screen door to patio shower on/ off, and need for toiletries and breakfast was far too small area. Pool was very nice and convenient but could use some maintenance the bar and restaurant were very nice and convenient and friendly

We love this hotel - It is so convenient and love that the pool is open past labor day - the tiki is wonderful and fun, the food is always good.

Stayed here 3 years ago and absolutely loved it. Staff was so nice and it was clean and comfortable. This time it was filthy and staff literally reached over me to lock up breakfast. Was very uncomfortable and disappointing. My infant was crawling on the floor in our room and when we picked her up the toes of her sneakers and the knees of her jeans were black from how dirty the floor was. The bathroom was dirty and there was hair left on the toilet and in the tub. The faucet in the tub was about to fall off. There was something splattered and dried on the wall in the kitchen and bathroom door. One of the beds had what looked to be blood stains on it and more splattering of something on the wall above the beds. Price was affordable but would happily pay more for cleanliness and friendly service.

Our room had trash under the beds from prior guests, in room fridge was empty but dirty and the balcony had not been cleaned from prior guests “recreations”. Multiple building and in room items needed to be deep cleaned. Good location, nice staff, decently priced but would not recommend due to obvious disregard for cleanliness I mean, that’s nice. Nice but yeah emphatic standards.

My recent stay was a bad experience. I cant believe that the amount that I paid was not even close to the services I expected. My hotel bed has blood. Not just spot but blood and stains God knows from what. I am a healthcare professional and I know what blood looks like. The AC has black molds over its vent that my husband and I has to spray everything and requested housekeeping for change of sheets and vacuum the carpet that smells like marijuana. It was not a pleasurable experience and I hope they will clean their entire hotel.

Our particular room was not in good condition. The door and lock looked like it had been damaged and recently fixed, but something was definitely still broken. Every time we left the room, the key card reset and we couldn’t get back in. We had to go to the front desk EVERY time we left our room. There was also a fly issue in our room when we checked in. I got a fly swatter from the front desk and killed 10 flies in the first 5 minutes. They were on the bed, walls, all over. There was also marijuana smoke 24 hours a day throughout the hotel and definitely getting into our room. It’s a smoke-free hotel. We had sign upon check in that there would be no smoking. The comforters had stains on them and in general I felt very uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the room. I wasn’t expecting it to be the greatest hotel ever, but it was not clean and the inconvenience of the lock/key pad not working properly was annoying.

I wish I could give this property a good review. It's in a great location and has decent amenities, but bed bugs ruined it for us. They were in the pull out couch, and I got bit up quite a bit before we found them. The staff was supper nice and got us a new room right away, but that couch was FILTHY when we pulled it out, which made me wonder about the rest of the room, too, never mind the bugs under the mattress. I was also surprised there was no follow-up after the bed bugs were reported and we changed rooms--no manager checking to make sure we were ok, no offer of any refund, nothing, and I had bites and hives. It's a great location, and would have been a decent hotel, minus our bed bug experience. Unfortunately, due to that, we will not be returning.

Fire alarm system was tested at 7:00 am. Pipe broke and water was all over the hallways. There was pink mold in the toilet and black mold in the shower. Last of all there was no hot water in the shower.

Motel needs to be updated and cleaned. The rusty refrigerator made a consistant clicking sound throughout the night. The bathtub was dirty. Moldy furniture on the deck along with oreo cookies and a brown fudge-like substance that I covered up with a towel. Air condition was leaking a wet green substance that I also covered up with a different towel. When I asked about the condition of the room and said I was leaving, the person at the front desk immediately offered a refund for the next two days (I only had to pay for one night.) There was no discussion of offering a different room, so my three night stay turned into one night and I went home. Icing on the cake is that the motel didn't give me the promised refund. A week later the full charge was still on my credit card bill! I had to dispute the charge through my credit card.

We enjoyed the pool however it listed it as heated. It wasn't. There were 2 days of cooler weather where the kids were freezing in pool. That would have been nice to have it on then. The room was very quiet and in a nice location close to beach. The room didn't seem all that clean when we arrived. Housekeeping never came in during the 5 days we were there. But we were able to pick up extra towels, TP, etc... The bare minimum was in the room. (1 roll of TP for 4 people & limited towels). While sleeping the 1st night, I woke up with bites on my arms and wrists. Not sure what that was from.... All in all, it was ok for the price & location. But not sure I would stay there again. Luckily the weather was nice so we didn't need to stay long in the room.

Quality Inn & Suites Ocean City Fenwick 14502 Coastal Hwy, Ocean City. Stayed from Saturday 16th to Tuesday 19th in August 2025. Room and bathroom were clean. Our room had a kitchen (not all do), fridge, stove/oven were clean, microwave was a bit dirty. Hotel has a free breakfast but since we had a kitchen, we made our own. Free breakfast looked a bit crowded but people seemed to be enjoying it. Hotel has a pool, it was getting a lot of use but the water was a little on the green side. Hotel is a short walk to the beach. Great location for either heading towards Rehoboth or towards Ocean City. Food Lion grocery store a few minutes away. All in all a pleasant stay. Room is pretty much what you would expect. We would have no problem staying there again.

I liked the location and the cleanliness, but the beds were moist because of the humidity. Also the kitchen cabinet doors were off the hinges and the main door didn't want to close all the way. When we are in the room we like to watch TV, but the channel selection sucked also. We've stayed at this hotel before , but had better experiences. One more thing, the bathroom smelled like someone had cat litter box in there.

The room was pretty decent and looked like it had some recent upgrades but water pressure was poor and there were a few outlets with no covers. An old heater in the bathroom that looks like it just needs to be removed. Bed was comfortable and easy walk to the beach

The room I believed I was getting and what I got were 2 very different rooms. I was supposed to get a room with a balcony and side view of the ocean. I got a room level with a always crowded pool and a noisy bar. Zero privacy because anyone can walk up to your room. I have an autistic son that gets easily overwhelmed and would have NEVER booked this room! I didn't go and complain to the front desk because I had heard someone earlier be turned away for no vacancy. Also by the reviews I read (after booking), this hotel does not rectify any mistakes or accommodate its guests. Also there was mold on our ceiling and hair in our tub. Worst Quality Inn I've ever stayed in!

We got there a little earlier and our room was not ready yet. Usually hotels will say let’s check in and you can enjoy the pool while your room gets ready. We were told to go and come back when it’s time to check in and we couldn’t use the facility. This was after a 4 1/2 hour drive. Once we finally got in the room was ok, definitely not as depicted in the pictures. The extra blankets were so scratchy which was the case also with the towels. The pool was so sandy and crowded as it’s pretty small. There was a nice bar next to the pool which was nice but apparently there rent space so not a part of the hotel officially.

The staff we encountered upon arrival were very friendly. The bar area and restaurant on the first floor was great, it is not owned by Quality Inn. Our final impression. They said breakfast ended at 10:00 so we couldn’t make one. I said everything is still out and several of you are making one, she again informed me that we could not make one. Obviously we left. I called after we left thinking the employee was just being over zealous and should inform the manager. She said NO breakfast was over and only the employees could eat after 10:00. Lesson learned, don’t worry about checking out early to help the hotel get the rooms cleaned. Eat first, check out after! 😩

Our particular room was not in good condition. The door and lock looked like it had been damaged and recently fixed, but something was definitely still broken. Every time we left the room, the key card reset and we couldn’t get back in. We had to go to the front desk EVERY time we left our room. There was also a fly issue in our room when we checked in. I got a fly swatter from the front desk and killed 10 flies in the first 5 minutes. They were on the bed, walls, all over. There was also marijuana smoke 24 hours a day throughout the hotel and definitely getting into our room. It’s a smoke-free hotel. We had sign upon check in that there would be no smoking. The comforters had stains on them and in general I felt very uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the room. I wasn’t expecting it to be the greatest hotel ever, but it was not clean and the inconvenience of the lock/key pad not working properly was annoying.

Motel needs to be updated and cleaned. The rusty refrigerator made a consistant clicking sound throughout the night. The bathtub was dirty. Moldy furniture on the deck along with oreo cookies and a brown fudge-like substance that I covered up with a towel. Air condition was leaking a wet green substance that I also covered up with a different towel. When I asked about the condition of the room and said I was leaving, the person at the front desk immediately offered a refund for the next two days (I only had to pay for one night.) There was no discussion of offering a different room, so my three night stay turned into one night and I went home. Icing on the cake is that the motel didn't give me the promised refund. A week later the full charge was still on my credit card bill! I had to dispute the charge through my credit card.

Wonderful beach stay experience. The hotel is on the beachside making it an easy walk to the beach, and a view of the water from our room. Their pool is heated and attached to the tiki bar/restuarant which made it fun for all ages. The hotel is dated but was clean and plenty of room. The room has an oven, full fridge, and sink. A must for the beach!! The staff is what won me and why i'll be returning. Beyond friendly and eager to make your stay as nice as possible!!

The breakfast was ok…but there were not a variety of food..there weren’t eggs. Beds were comfortable….the follow day we arrived we were running out of shampoo and conditioner the housekeeper was so nice and provided a news one

Very friendly staff. Pool was great with bar/restaurant a happy hour and live entertainment. Walking distance to the beach and many other things. Breakfast was a little disappointing but theres a dunkin across the street. We were very pleased.

The property was very convenient to the beach. The staff was very nice, friendly, responsive and helpful. The restaurant food was good but menu was limited. The included breakfast was limited but adequate. Mostly carbs. The area for breakfast was very small and crowded with waits to use the waffle machines (2) and toaster. But the hotel is small and doesn't have much of a public area. The rooms looked like the carpet and beds were replaced and fairly new. But the kitchen and bathroom need updating. The beds and pillows were wonderful. If it wasn't for the air conditioner and the noisy other occupants I would have slept like a baby. With that said, I would stay there again.

We had another great stay! Friendly staff and good accommodations. My only complaint is breakfast as when we came down at 9:37 and they were cleaning up. There was no syrup and the waffle thing was clogged. Plus the food servants seem more irritated with the people trying to get coffee or using the waffle maker. Instead of cleaning up maybe they could have restocked as breakfast it there til 10am
