I'd say this hotel is the best on the boardwalk by far. Rooms are fresh, clean, quiet, spacious, and comfy. Breakfast is a separate charge offered in their restaurant, along with lunch and dinner options. Indoor and outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor poolside bar, and outdoor hot tub. There's also a fitness center. It's a nice walk from the hotel down to the inlet and back. Workers were helpful and friendly. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and hope to be back soon.

The hotel location is hard to beat. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Only bad part is not enough seating at the adult pool. Guests would line up at the gate before it opened in the morning, go in and place towels on the chairs and tables to reserve them and come back later in the day.

Excellent pool area for children with 2 slides, lazy river, fountains and 2 lifeguards. An additional pool for adults with a bar that serves drinks and food to both pools. Loved being right on the boardwalk. The suite was fantastic offering extra space, kitchenette, table and chairs and sofa and chair, a jetted tub in the bath. My 3 year old grandchild LOVED her stay and we adults did too. First time at Ocean City and Id go back and stay here again. Only con was PARKING was limited on their premises.

The property is nice because even on a rainy day, the indoor pool, restaurant, and gym make if feel like you're not just stuck in your room. The indoor pool is nice also because it is not just a pool in a little echoey rectangular room.

Very nice facility. Excellent staff, very helpful and attention to detail amazing. Restaurant was great and offered a good variety of items. Staff was so friendly. Rooms cleaned daily. Everything at the hotel was clean. Pools were heated and kept clean and monitored well. Children’s pool had two lifeguards at all times. It was a great vacation thanks to our great stay.

Liked that the hotel was right on the boardwalk for quick easy access to the beach and shops. What we didn't like was the hours of the pool (specifically the hot tub) the pool area with the hot tub closed at 6 and couldn't be enjoyed in the evening. Throughout the day it was super packed so we never had the opportunity to enjoy it.

Parkimg can be a challenge and if you're lucky enough to park onsite, keep your space. Check in was frustrating...there are no pamphlets or directories anywher. We had to ask where the indoor pool was, ask for room service menu which they didn't have, ask times of breakfast, ask time of pool hours, ask for internet password and tv instructions. The staff had heavy accents and were difficult for us to understand. The hotel does not provide beach umbrellas but you can rent one for 30 dollars a day at the beach. The room was gorgeous, the view fabulous, noise level low, ( we had an oceanfront suite). The pools are sparkling clean and chairs have free umbrellas. Great restaurant/bar off adult pool. Hotel restaurant breakfast very good and you can order lunch/dinner and go down and pick it up. Sunrise walking on the beach, daily pool swimming, long, long boardwalk walks. It was very nice .

The hotel was great. Check in and out were quick. The ocean view was great. The room was better than expected. Very clean and we had the sign on the door to come back later and once we left out for the day and took the sign off the room was always cleaned by the time we came back in so that was a plus become we didn't have to call to have it cleaned or get fresh towels. This one is the best and cleanest holiday inn I've stayed in.

I have NEVER stayed in such a CLEAN hotel in my life , someone is always cleaning .. they spend hours in the morning and at night deck scrubbing all of their pool areas ,whipping everything down. The staff is wonderful and the room service is on point! Well worth every cent !

All of the Hot & Cold water knob’s of the Kitchen, Bathroom Sink & Tub/ Shower were had NOT CLEAN. It has a built up of Water Mold. The Bathtub knob’s leaked water onto the floor & caused us to use ALL OF THE TOWELS the bathroom originally provided. I notified the Front Desk to request Maintenance Service. I was told “SOMEONE WILL COME TO FIX IT IMMEDIATELY”. Maintenance was a NO SHOW. I had to make a SECOND REQUEST for Maintenance THE NEXT DAY. Because of the SITUATION I asked for Housekeeping to clean the Bathtub, she came IMMEDIATELY.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites Ocean City, an IHG Hotel, over the weekend, and while the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, earning a full 5/5 for service, the cleanliness of our room left something to be desired. Unfortunately, the sheets and pillows were not as clean as expected, and we found hair in the bathroom. Additionally, it was inconvenient that the hotel did not provide beach towels for guests. Overall, I would rate our stay 3/5 due to these issues. Despite the great service, the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness standards and amenities for a better guest experience.

I loved my stay at this location. The rooms don’t even feel like regular hotel rooms it’s like you got your own little apartment, very spacious! I only had one issue and that was the jetted bathtubs. I was already worried about how the acually jets get cleaned so when I went there the first thing I did was put some jet cleaner in and let it run for 20 minutes and all this black stuff and hair came out. It left a ring of dirt around the tub really bad. The next day I told housekeeping and she told me to tell maintenance. Even though I felt like that’s a housekeeping job for them to make sure the Jets are cleaned. I don’t call them cause I had to leave right after but when I came back I figured maby she cleaned it better, nope I did the same thing let it run for 20 and lt didn’t leave a ring of dirt but when the water all drained you could see all the black floatys and hair. The next day they cleaned it I had already lost hope on the jetted tub even though I really wanted to use it. I let it run again just to see and the third night nothing came out but I was already disgusted enough to where I didn’t even want to step in that tub for a bath only shower. Other than that great stay! Just wish the bathtub was more clean.

For being one of the biggest hotels in the boardwalk i thought it would be worth it to pay the extra money but it wasn’t. The room was hot even though we had the AC at 68 degrees (the lowest the thermostat would go). The building is old so the bathrooms are not the best. My favorite thing was the heated pool outside but besides that I wouldn’t go back.

The room was clean, beds comfortable. Being on the boardwalk with direct ocean view was nice. I was disappointed in a few things: the patio screen door kept falling out of the track so I couldn't listen to the ocean, the shower faucet handle came off in my hand when I turned it on. Most disappointing were the flies in the room. I killed 8-10 over 3 days. Didn't like that.

Room was nice and spacious, view of ocean was only ok because we were on 2nd floor and there was an obstruction on left side. We had to ask for a 2nd crib for our daughter due to first one being so squeaky but 2nd one was almost as bad. That night there was a loud group of young kids next door that woke us up. We paid extra for breakfast for the 2 mornings we were going to be there. First morning went fine but the next morning they were CLOSED for maintenan!? We were never told nor offered refund. They set up a quick little station on a room with just coffee, mini muffins and croissants. It was something but not enough to make up for lost hot breakfast. That put a damper on the stay.

Whole hotel rooms getting made brand new. Redoing everything. Did not like most rooms still have the whirlpool tubs. In bathrooms. Very hard to climb into bathtub . Tubs are very high.

We’ve been coming here for years and love the property. The kids pool is great for our 4 year old and our 7 year old niece. They love the slides. The food service at the pool was great. The staff was so attentive, constantly asking if we needed anything more to eat or drink. The lifeguards were attentive and kept kids from doing things they shouldn’t. The beds were comfortable. We love the oceanfront views. Convenient location to walk the boardwalk and back. Felt safe our entire stay. Easy access to the beach. We will continue to come back!

Everything and everyone were great! Alex she was wonderful. Nina was rude and not accommodating, i was told to call at *am for late check out, I called at 8;04 and Nina told me i couldn't get it. Felt lied to honestly. Facility was sparkling clean, food at restaurant was AMAZING! Location great! on boardwalk. Jets needed to be replaced in the tub of room 1209 but otherwise perfect

We loved Holiday Inn from the time we arrived, staff were friendly and informative. We had a nice happy hour at Coral Reef restaurant where the wait staff were exceptional. The room was clean and the ocean view just what we needed. We were walking distance to other eateries and also shopping. Thank you so much....we will be back for sure!

POOR MANAGEMENT. If you have noisy neighbors, the management will do everything they can to protect them and will not take your comfort seriously. Paid very high rate for a 3 day weekend on the beach, and could not use my balcony or open my doors because for loud obnoxious music from neighbors all evening. Management lied about not being able to reach them and yelled at me for asking what is the expected timeline for a resolution. Go there if you wanna party and bother other guests with immunity. Do not go if you have a family, older parents or trying to get a comfortable beach weekend, you are not their target customer.

This hotel is super clean and in a wonderful location. Away from all of the noise of the boardwalk stores but close enough to walk to We will definitely stay here again Being right on the board walk was wonderful for our Anniversary get away The only downside was there was not ample parking. If you went out it was very difficult to find a spot when you returned Also rooms were super spacious and they gave us exactly what I asked for lower level away from noise with an ocean view The hotel restaurant and bar were also convenient. A little pricey but good food

We got a suite with city view - it was on the side of the building, so we still had a great balcony and could see the beach. (On the eighth floor, we could see all the way down to the Jolly Roger pier and amusement park.) The kitchen was complete with clean dishes and cutlery, acceptable pans, a full refrigerator/freezer, toaster, blender, stovetop, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There’s a CVS two blocks over and a Starbucks next door, and the hotel bar/restaurant is in the same room as an indoor pool. Cons from our trip: our in-room safe didn’t work and though we reported it, it was never fixed. Also we didn’t get housekeeping one day, though we were given more than enough towels etc to tide us over. We would definitely return.

This hotel is a perfect location if you want to enjoy Ocean City, MD. There were two beautiful outdoor pools to use as well as being just a sidewalk away from stepping right onto the beach. It is very short walking distance to all the little shops and restaurants, but without all the noise & hustle and bustle. We enjoyed a great lunch at the hotel's restaurant & bar which also had another swimming pool. Our oceanfront view room was a bit pricey, but we did go during peak season, so it was expected. We would definitely stay here again!

Bed was comfy, WiFi was good, restaurant has good food. The room was big and spacious. The only problem we had was the first night, the front desk called at 10pm and asked if we had a water leak in our bathroom, I went and checked and water was raining down from the ceiling. Apparently the guest above us had flooded their tub and it was running into our bathroom and the guest below us. So the manager called and told us someone would be up to clean up the bathroom water but nobody came. I told housekeeping the next morning and they came and cleaned it all up. Just a small hiccup. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. This is our third trip to Ocean City but our first stay at this hotel and on the boardwalk. I was nervous about the boardwalk but we had no issues. It’s not the crazy busy end. We were on the third floor and never had any issues with noise. The breakfast was delicious and the waiter even threw in free waffles for my son. The staff was friendly and helpful. We have no complaints, even my 7 year old was impressed. We look forward to returning.

Stayed for three days and nights with my wife and child. Wonderful location…well maintained hotel. Shower could use more water pressure, and a smart tv would be a nice upgrade. Also want to shout out the folks at the front desk. They were extremely helpful with a particular situation and just a pleasure to deal with.

This hotel was amazing. Great view from the balcony. So relaxing. Full kitchen. Has pot and pans and other utensils. Jetted tub was great. Shower head on the ceiling. Seperate living room area with a fold out couch. The only thing that was weird was that the indoor pool was right in the restaurant/bar area. Odd location.
