At the end of the day, we had a good time. The hotel is located right on the boardwalk and close to the beach. The issues I had, 1. When I came to check in the employee at the front desk did not ask for any identification, I even asked if she needed it and declined.2. She only activated our key cards for one day, the next day we found ourselves locked out of the room and had to go back to the front desk to find that the card was not activated for the extent of our stay. Again did not ask for ID they just gave us new keys. 3.Parking pass, the date was incorrect on the parking pass, when I asked for it to be corrected they said that the date does not actually matter, they will not tow if you have the pass displayed…even if it is expired. Odd. 4. The complementary breakfast was ok, yogurt, cereal, sausage, eggs, waffles.5. The elevator. If you know you know, ended up taking the stairs the majority of the time.

I understand breakfast is free but at least cater to people who doesn’t eat pork. Only pork sausage. Also change up the egg do boil some days. The pool was dirty and a lot of the linen had stains on them.

The room was very roomy. The bathroom was clean and spacious. View was great, could see the boardwalk and beach along with the street so alot happening in one place. Felt clean and comfortable the whole time. No rust, stains, loose things or broken. The included breakfast was awesome to have each morning with everyting from cereal, grits, oatmeal to waffles, scrambled eggs and yogart. Indoor pool was nice addition as well. Very close to food and stores. Will come back

Was a great place to stay. Great option to swim indoor or outdoors in their pools. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everything was great. But the pull out bed in the sofa was Horrible. The worst mattress I ever felt.the mattress was thin flat I could feel ever spring and was so horrible to lay on. Other then that it was a great stay

The location is the best thing! There was a lot of dampness smell in the rooms, bathroom was small. The rooms are older and need major updating. The bed comfort was good. Free breakfast was decent. Parking is a hit or miss, if you don’t find a spot in front of the hotel you have to go across the street to park and then walk back over. Overall it was okay for my 2 night trip, but I don’t believe I will be returning.

When we arrived there was poop in the toilet. I mentioned it to front desk no one came to clean the bathroom. I had to literally walk the hall and find someone. Beds were uncomfortable and you couldn’t get clean towels because they didn’t have any.

Attentive and polite staff. Room was spotless and in late August that's hard to find! Very spacious room with kitchenette. Didn't use pool or eat breakfast but both indoor and outdoor available. Great location on boardwalk. Grateful I had the opportunity to book a last minute trip and witness historic Hurricane Erin offshore.

Please check the room before staying. There was a storm coming up and I decided to stay. I was to tired to drive late in the middle of the storm. I looked for the trash can and there was food under the sink from a previous guests. Pretty disgusting. We checked in around 8 pm. I was not going to find another place, I just went to bed and left early. Front desk staff that evening was pretty annoyed by my requests. Not matter the price, they should at least apologize.

My family and I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Ocean City, Maryland, and overall, we had a great experience. The location is excellent—just steps away from the beach, which made everything super convenient and enjoyable for us. The hotel itself was nice and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning. It was a nice touch that made our stay even more convenient. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the rug in our room (Room 507). After just 10 minutes of walking around barefoot, my son’s feet were completely black from the dirty carpet. After that, we all made sure to wear socks indoors, which wasn’t ideal. Honestly, the carpet was dirty enough that it felt like it should either be thoroughly cleaned or replaced altogether—better yet, maybe just switch to hard floors in the future. Aside from that issue, we did enjoy our stay and would consider returning on our next trip to Ocean City!

The location of the room was perfect with incredible beach views from the balcony. However there was hair in the bathroom that did not belong to us. Overall cleanliness was not great and the room was definitely worn. The front desk staff was extremely friendly upon arrival.

I think the mattress and pillows in 406 may be end of life. You see they are bent down where people sit and sleep that side. Maybe rotate and flip the mattress, but really needs replaced. Pillow also seem worn out. I got here late April with good weather and great pricing for the ocean front room. Other than not sleeping well I love this place and the people and the breakfast!

The room was very roomy. The bathroom was clean and spacious. View was great, could see the boardwalk and beach along with the street so alot happening in one place. Felt clean and comfortable the whole time. No rust, stains, loose things or broken. The included breakfast was awesome to have each morning with everyting from cereal, grits, oatmeal to waffles, scrambled eggs and yogart. Indoor pool was nice addition as well. The air conditioner blows cold air, however it is right at the top of the bed two feet from your face. The elevator is insanely slow. The staff is nice, no problems parking, the rooms are clean. Breakfast is good, good luck finding a seat though.

The service was excellent. Room had a comfortable king size bed, and pretty much a full kitchen with a small fridge, a microwave, a stove and a sink. Plenty of room with a sleeper sofa, too.

Walls are thin so you can hear everything! I was sleeping and woke up to doors slamming and people talking in the parking lot. The mattresses could be newer. However the coffee in the lobby was decent. The gentleman who checked us in at night was lovely. The balcony looks out to the beach so that was really cool. Next time I'll bring ear plugs and melatonin so I can sleep in.

This beachfront hotel truly delivered on location,gorgeous views and that classic beach vibe, so it is what it is in the best way. The staff went above and beyond, incredibly accommodating and friendly. The continental breakfast was generous, fresh, and clean, creating a great start to each day. The only downside was the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable. I was up most of the night in pain and woke up feeling sore, just me tossing and turning. Not sure if we’ve just become spoiled by our own bed at home or if the mattress was genuinely that bad. Overall, great hotel just wish the bed matched the rest of the experience.

We paid for an ocean view room. They gave us a room on the first floor , and out on the patio outside our room all we could see were bars. And i mean bars , and in front of those bars were lounge chairs , the pool and more high bars. So how was that an ocean front view room? I could barely see through the bars with all that in front of the FIRST set of bars. I was very disappointed, i asked for another room but they said none was available.

The hotel is dated. The bathroom and a/c unit definitely needs updating. The a/c is real loud. We were ocean front and could hardly hear the waves over the a/c unit. Breakfast was real good! Good variety.

My stay and the property was fine. Unfortunately the front desk staff took more than hour to check us in. This was after 3pm. And the next day when i asked for a late checkout of 12pm, the same person front desk staff, rudly responded and said absolutely we dont do late checkout.

The manager Chris was rude and very disrespectful. Parking has an overflow that we were not told about at checkin but he INSISTED that we were told and was super rude asking us to move. The next day a car without a paking pass was in the same spot and nothing was done about it. Frank the assistant manager was JEM!

The staff were amazing! They let us check in early so we could get parked in the garage and head down to the concert. The hotel has all you need onsite. The pizza shop and coffee shop were really nice!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a balcony with a partial view of the ocean, couch and small kitchen area. Right on the boardwalk. The only issue we had was that the breakfast area was way too small. Too many people and tables in a small area of the lobby that you could barely get to the counter
