Paradise Plaza Inn

Not only the beaches where I need be for the rest of my life, it was so comforting to have the clean room, the each and every clerk at the desk was superior. I didn't get one lady's name African American with long hair but I know Susan and I know Melanie come on girls and there's another African-American girl but she's a little shorter tell them I am in all of their customer service and hospitality. I teach customer service and hospitality so when I walk into an establishment you know I'll be having my fingers crossed. But I am clapping my hands thank you thank you so much for your patience your guidance and just being real thank you only thing I can say is I need a stove and a big refrigerator that's all I need a sweet and Paradise inn The view is amazing of course thank you thank you ladies thank you so much.

the bathroom was dirty, ashes all over the toilet as if someone was smoking in there, the heat did not work as the temperatures outside were cold. Beach view was awesome and perfect for the car show parade. The staff they were awesome, super super kind and caring.

Kitchen had a frig microwave and sink everything I needed

Great oceanfront room. However, the beds were like bricks, the pillows were awful, the internet did not work and the tv was continually offline. We have stayed here every year for past 5 years. First time we were charged for parking and our dogs. We got there an hour early and were also charged $50 for “early check in”. Couldn’t dispute that as we had 2 dogs with us and did better in the drive putting us there early. What I thought was 4 days at $275 ended up being $500. And this was off-season. They did improvements, which were ok but the beds were so awful, no one could sleep.
