Loved this stay. Hotel was comfy, the indoor pool w hot tub was clean and open late. The outdoor pools (4th floor was quiet, 1st floor has gorgeous view of the ocean with a great bar) were a treat. Marlin Moon restaurant was excellent, loved having a nice restaurant right there. Staff was lovely, aimed to please. No complaints!

The staff was great and very attentive to anything we needed. Came for a family getaway and was a great location. A little bit of a walk to the boardwalk but it is very doable. On site restaurant had very good food and great happy hour specials every day. Having 3 pools was nice so that none of them was too crowded and was able to always get a lounge chair at each. Was nice having the sandy beach area seating outside so that the family could gather at night and play games and not have to be in the room. Had a firepit with lots of seating at night. The pool side bar had live music on Saturday when we arrived. Easy walk out the front to the beach. The beach was clean and not a lot of shells so there was no need to wear water shoes. There are rentals right on the beach for beach chairs and umbrellas. Parking garage on site with easy access into the hotel. I would stay here again.

View was beautiful, great location, rooms are very functional for traveling with family/kids. However, the roof top pool was closed, during one our days the outdoor pool was closed for chemicals. The indoor pool floor area was very wet & slippery. The windows were filthy dirty. housekeeping management is poor. Garbage in the ice/ vending room from Sunday- Wednesday was still there overflowing.

the staff was great. but upon arrival, the automatic doors were not functional , the rooftop pool was out of service, and one of the elevators was out of service. during our 4 night stay, the pool and elevator were not fixed. the door was fixed by day 2.

Steps from the sand and beach. Free parking. Only a few blocks from the top end of the boardwalk. Convenient to everything. Property has both indoor and outdoor pool, firepit and hammocks. You can enjoy the property and the beachfront convenience.

The room was very spacious with a functioning kitchenette and 1.5 bathroom. It was right on the beach- wonderful scenery. It was a little early season so the hotel was not crowded and so was the weaker room cleaning service or not open indoor pool etc. otherwise it is a great place.

I stayed a the Double Tree Hilton Ocean City. I had to check my family out early due to a bed bug infestation. Both of the queen headboards were infested with bed bugs. I left the hotel admittedly with three bites on my neck. It was the worse experience ever.

This property needs deep cleaning in and out. Daily housekeeping was not efficient either. Not even a glass of water in lobby, let alone coffee. One elevator was out of service and wait time was not fun. Only one plate and couple of random silverware in the kitchen. Shampoo and conditioner were empty at check in. So many to list here. Don’t expect anything. It’s below normal.

Excellent views of the ocean. The property is a bit dated, and the times I’ve gone, the dishes were not properly washed in the rooms. The indoor pool has I leaky ceiling and dirty AC water drips into the pool. Other than that, it’s a pretty great place to visit. It has several perks if you’re traveling with family. Staff at the front desk can sometimes be rude or unhelpful. Last time we checked in, the clerk was on his break. He was sitting in the lounge area. We stood at the counter for a while. Then we walked up to him and asked if we could check in, he said “well if you go to the counter….if you come here how would I know you’re checking in?” I was surprised because we were waiting at the counter for a while. Very rude! The last time we checked out, they normally give warm cookies for each of the guests. But this time when we requested 4 cookies (one for each of us), the guy at the desk didn’t believe me and walked me out to my car just to make sure we were 4 people before giving us the cookies. I was very offended. It’s little things like this that make or break excellent customer service. We come here because it’s a great getaway and right on the beach. The staff and property condition are not up to par for what they charge.

Overall, property was decent it offered some unexpected finds ie: indoor and outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor fire pit, volleyball court, small cafe serving Starbucks coffee and ample parking. However, unfortunately the hotel staff did not seem prepared to handle the volume of vacationers coming in for the Memorial Day weekend. There were never enough towels in the pool area and we had to call for housekeeping to clean our room.

I enjoyed everything about my stay. But I did have one thing that should be looked into. I was in room 714 which was great. But there was no hotel phone in that room. I was unable to call for room service or if i needed anything from the front desk.

Overall a wonderful stay: large room, nice staffs, great view. Kitchen counter is too small and not enough tools/equipment available. I wish I knew what to bring from home for the kitchen. And please replace the old, cheap Conair hairdryer with something more decent :)

Just left today10/17/23. Had a great relaxing time in OC. We had an ocean front room with 1.5 baths. The room was clean and spacious. We were able to make breakfast and have coffee every morning. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My biggest issue was the temperature. The thermostat would no go lower than 68 degrees but the room displayed the temp ranging from 73 -78 through out our stay. I did not sleep well because I was hot. We had the housekeeper check as well. We were told the lowest setting is 68 but the room temp ran hot. I would definitely stay again.

Best option for oceanfront hotel! I’ve been coming to OC for 10 years but this is my first time at doubletree and may I say- outstanding! Pat was incredible at the front desk! Spacious, clean rooms, walkable to beach, 3 pools and a hot tub all great. Def coming back again!

We always enjoy our stays at the DoubleTree in Ocean City. The staff is consistently welcoming and eager to assist with any concerns. The hotel’s beachfront location makes it incredibly convenient to access the sand and ocean right from the property. During our recent visit, our room had a few minor issues, but the team addressed them promptly and with a great attitude. Our kids especially love the indoor pool, which stays open late and is perfect for chilly days or rainy weather. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

My family and I had a great experience here. Only thing that was annoying, which nobody was at fault for, was by the time the housekeepers came to our room to clean up, it was the same time my family and I had to start getting ready for the evening. They always came late in the afternoon and I believe that was because of the location of the room at the end of the hall. The first night my family and I left the room to give them time to clean but that pushed our evening plans out further than what we wanted because of my two toddlers. They became overtired at the restaurant which made for a fun dinner for me and my wife. After that first night, they came again in the very late afternoon and we had to turn them away. We turned the housekeeping staff away for the rest of our stay and we would just grab new towels. Like I said, nobody at fault here. Just a heads up to guests with toddlers getting a room at the end of the hall assigned to them.

The Doubletree Hilton proved to be the perfect choice for our spring break getaway. Not only was the pricing highly satisfactory, but the accommodations and service surpassed our expectations. Additionally, the staff were exceptional, making our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, we look forward to staying there again.

A fantastic stay at Doubletree! It's close enough to all the fun and games of the boardwalk without being noisy. We slept peacefully in our room every night and enjoyed the fantastic, direct beachfront view from our balcony. Parking is plentiful - a fantastic beach entrance is just ourtside the door, and if you get breakfast included, its a'la carte and its pretty great! I recommend this hotel to famileis of four. Get the 2 queen bed oceanfront room - its HUGE with plnety of space fo everyone!

The hotel and room were great. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. I and other guests found the hot tub too hot and the jets turned up too hard to be able to sit in front of them. Biggest downside was I prepaid for the breakfast each morning and it took FOREVER two out of three mornings. The first morning it took at least 30 minutes to get our drinks. The third morning I stood at the reception desk a good 10 minutes before getting seated. If I hadn't prepaid for breakfast, we would have left.

My wife and I had an overall good experience, from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, the hotel is in good shape. Breakfast could be a bit better, the coffee was watery and they didn't offer options such as latte or cappuccino. But that was not an issue, just the reason why we won't give it 5 stars.
