Place wasn’t bad but at night I did have an issue entering the hotel , front door was locked and my card wouldn’t open door and no one was available to assist , I had to go through a back door .

Check in was a problem as their ipads were not working. The places is sketchy. The lobby, elevators and hallways were nasty. Bed was so bad we actually left after the first night and went to a Residence Inn. Not even a trash can in the room. The "breakfast" was coffee and a Nutribar. If you are thinking of staying here....don't. Run away. Also we now have a lovely cockroach in our car. Thank ESA. never again !

I understand the ESA is a discount place, but they could do a lot better. The parking lot is where old Uber cars go to die. There were at least a dozen, and it takes away from parking spots for paying customers. Not a disaster, but unsightly. Trash in halls was a problem, and trash gets put at the bottom of stairwell for disposal the next day. It's August, and it gets smelly. Other than that, it's OK. A bed and a couch is all I need. Probably wouldn't return, but also realize that you get what you pay for.

Our room was fine, clean and well designed. We had to ask for kitchen utensils. Staff was scarce. Frequently nobody at front desk, and dubious looking people lurking around corridors. Perhaps they rent long term to poor people? Staff was not particularly helpful and we had to go find them to check in and out. I think they only have one employee on site, and that person has to run around and do everything. Fortunately, our room was clean, water was nice and hot, and the fridge was great for all the food we needed to buy for an upcoming event. "Breakfast Included" was a joke. A few low quality packaged breakfast bars that were more like flavored fig newtons, instant oatmeal and cheap coffee. They referred to this as "wrap and go." There is no lobby area beyond the reception desk. The parking lot and grounds seemed OK but there is no security at this location. Luckily it's near hospitals and industrial parks so it's unlikely that thieves would have easy access to the property. There are plenty of restaurant and shopping options nearby. You need a car to stay here.

It is sad, I have frequented many Extended Stay Hotels over the years while working in corporate America. It was disconcerting to have such an experience at the facilities in Rockville Maryland. We rented over seven rooms (all were smoke free reservations), but either the smell of cigarettes overwhelmed the hallways and the rooms or the hallways had an awful smell to walk through. The towels and shower curtains were worn and stained, the show tubs were stained and had mildew water leaked on the floor. I only send this review because I wanted to continue using your facilities, but under these conditions I can't bring our groups to such poor environments. The staff however were friendly, polite, and courteous.

The room was very dirty (sticky floor and carpet with stains, old furniture very damaged and stains of dirt and dust). The bedding had stains, the bottom of the bath was brown and stained, there was also mold in the bath. It was really terrible, I felt nauseous. In addition, it smelled of drugs in the corridors. We were so disgusted that we decided to leave at 3am to continue our trip. I would never set foot in that shabby hotel again.

We found dead roaches around the place, bathroom and dining areas, walking off the elevator the 3rd floor smelled so bad my 1 nite stay was awful never again 😩

Rooms are large and comfortable. It’s quiet here - never hear any noise from from outside my suite. Staff is very helpful. Bring your own food and snacks. No coffee shop, restaurant or room service. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a mile or two.

Property is fine and some of the units are fine. My unit specifically was clean but the towels were stained. Luckily I brought my own towels but it’s one thing noticed, as well as the bed being so worn out. One side of the bed was sunk and the other side was too stiff.

First room I was put into the bed was broken and almost collapsed from under me. Second room the heater was not working so I was forced to turn on the stove just for heat. Also the bed was a bit dirty I had to request new sheets.

The room had very little to be desired. The only plus was the bathroom was clean. The mattress was worn out so bad, that when you sat on it, it sank to the floor. The two drawers to put clothes in were filthy eith dirt snd dead bug carcasses. What we didn't realize is that they were dead bedbugs. When we found two live bugs in our bed the next morning. In addition, there was no trash cans in the room and no clothes hangars. Also, the carpet was nasty and my husband had to connect the cable to the TV. What a mess. No other rooms available to go to.

Staff was nice. Room smelled and bed was cheap and creaked every time I moved. I was right by the front desk and not great WiFi. Guests were sitting in hallway and all over outside. No pots, pans, cups. Full size fridge was nice otherwise very cheap hotel

My room was on the bottom floor which had a direct view of a concrete wall with large graffiti. And the water stayed cold in the shower but not the sink so I had to do a birth bath for this one.

There was never anyone at the front desk, the kitchen had no way to use it without asking for help from the front desk. The bed sheets didn’t fit the bed so it kepted coming undone, and there was no cover on the mattress. No sheets for the pull out couch either.

Not soo good. After driving 6 hours to get there, i had to wait for an hour and a half for a room to be ready. After all that the room was not clean because it was rushed. There were spiders in the windows and the walls, all sinks in the room had no drain stoppers, ants all over the kitchenette area.

We stayed here only one night. Typically, it is for people who are staying long term. The suite was nice, but one of the two doors that led into the bathroom didn't latch. The complimentary breakfast was severely lacking- consisted of instant oatmeal, coffee, and nutrigrain bars and the selection was skimpy at best. Checking in was great, very helpful staff. However, the morning staff left much to be desired. I went to check out and the guy behind the desk finally looked at me and said that he was checking out and proceeded to do just that. I waited thinking that someone was going to show up shortly. After a few minutes the maintenance man walked by and informed me and the other 2 people that had shown up at the desk that there wouldn't be anybody at the desk for 30 minutes. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay

It wasnt terrible for the price but dont think we will return. However i booked a suit for 6 people, 3 adults 3 teens (2 boys, 4 girls) for 3 nights! They only gave us 1 roll of toilet paper per day. Then gave me a hard time about getting more towels so we could shower (room only had 4 towels). There was no bedding in the room for the pull out couch- had to ask for that as well and was given 2 blankets...no sheets or pillow (luckly each bed had 3 pillows so we had a spare). The "grab and go" breakfast consisted of nutra grain bars, and a choice of coffee, tea or hot chocolate.

Front desk unmanned for several minutes when I arrived but friendly helpful service overall. No shower curtain in room 141 so the floor got wet. Enjoyed the coffee and oatmeal at breakfast. I’d go back. Good value.

Except for some shady people around the outside of the hotel and banging by someone in the next room in the middle of the night it was a decent place. Wish they had more of a breakfast and decaf coffee but that wasn't a deal breaker. I liked that there was a full sized fridge, microwave and stove top in their mini kitchen. Bunuka, who checked us in, was really nice and accommodating.

Free breakfast was envelope of oatmeal and hot water. And coffee mate. The hall smelled like a number of bad smells. Pet related, human related? Esp clean Otherwise Staff was present and helpful. It was affordable and near the metro. Prob wouldn’t go there again

It was quiet and set aside and just what was needed at the moment. I did have a moment when I felt as if the desk manager followed me as I was walking my dog and my daughter's dog. It made me slightly uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a nice stay for the reason we were there.

No real breakfast. Coffee not available besides breakfast and no in room coffee maker (possibly had to ask before-hand if we wanted one) Only toiletries we were given was a travel shampoo. I think that my expectation is that this was a regular hotel, but as an Extended Stay, they seem to cater to people using this as temporary housing so it has more of an apartment building feel. Still, it was quiet and convenient for what we needed: near the highway, 9 minutes to the Metro. There was ample parking. Clean enough. Staff was efficient at check in. Probably good for families who like to travel and cook in the hotel -just make sure tour ask for cups and plates before you arrive. :)

There was never anyone cleaning. The same trash was in the hallways and stairs, e were here for two nights. Definitely won’t go back. And the “breakfast available,” means coffee and a packaged muffin, so we had to go buy breakfast

Their advertised "free complementary breakfast" was a nutrigrain bar, coffee/hot water, and an instant oatmeal pack. On day two, they didn't even have nutrigrain bars. The room door didn't fit the door jamb: I could slide a finger around the door while closed. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable but the sheet and blanket were summer-weight thin. It's cheaper than other area hotels but still you don't get what you pay for.

Missing from the room: No water, no utensils, no pencil, no conditioner, no overhead light, no guide to area restaurants or menus; SHower curtain did not reach start of tub so floor got wet, and water in shower warmish, not hot. Everything under surveillance which makes you worry about safety, breakfast was coffee, hot water, a muffin, and a cheap protein bar, no coffee otherwise available, no food for sale other than snack machine. However, it was basic and fine in a pinch, but NO extras at all.
