A great central area that rooms overlook with a pool and sauna and bar. Our room had a private patio just outside where we could sit, or bring drinks from the bar back to. Great setup! Good location close to everything in town. Small challenges: The a/c was very loud. There was no room service until after we returned to the room at 4:30. Good breakfast (free!). Overall, would return to this hotel. :)

Upon arrival we were greeted by the front desk quickly. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the only positive was the staff. It stopped right there. The building is in dire need of big repairs and pest control. A ton of dead bugs in the pool, hot tub out of order and we found a roach in our room which left me on edge the rest of the stay. If I wasn’t a single mom on a single income I would’ve left and found a CLEAN hotel but I had already spent $100 to sleep with roaches. Very disappointed in the cleanliness and maintenance of this building. Please do better.

The street sign on Jackson was not lit at night during my visit making it very difficult to see where to turn from the East and West. Please repair or replace the sign if need be, ASAP!

Stayed 1 night

I checked in at the front desk and went to my room. When I walked in I saw two double beds. I reserved a room with a king bed for my boyfriend and I anniversary. So I went back to the front desk and explained that to her. She then tells me that the water heater for those rooms are broken. I ask her about a room with a queen and she gives me the same answer. I ask her if there is anything she can do. She says I can still stay in my original room but I will only have cold water. Never told me about the situation until after I had checked in. Never gave me a good solution to the problem either. Our shower was dirty. The breakfast was also horrible. I took one bite of the cheesy eggs, spit them out, and threw the rest of my plate away.
