The staff were so helpful and kind! Very clean space. The layout is different from your “typical” hotel and I enjoyed the charm/uniqueness. The drinks at the bar were delicious! Would stay again.

When we checked in we were assigned to room 339. After we loaded our luggage onto the luggage cart we used the elevator to get to the third floor and go to the room. Once on the third floor pushing the cart we were looking for the room and could not find it. We went back down to the front desk and she came up with us and helped us locate our room. It happened to be in the other wing and we could not use the luggage cart to get there. There are 3 steps up to go past the salon and then 3 steps done. As you can tell the luggage cart was useless and the person at the front desk had no idea of the layout. We gad had to carry everything by hand to get to the room. Then on the checked we had to carry everything by back out.

They just spent 15 million updating but some of the not updated stuff was really old and worn and just looked out of place and the entry rails really needed paint , mostly surface things! But comfy and clean!

When I arrived I had to wait over 10 mins for any staff to arrive at the desk and help me check in. I even called the building to try and find someone, no one answered. When the girl finally arrived to help me she kept her AirPods in, and was not dressed professionally at all. She was also rude, and I had to ask a lot of basic questions like which direction my room was in. She was wearing a hoodie and sweat pants. I tried addressing this with morning staff and was brushed off. The pool area had a bad mildew smell. I booked a room with a balcony, but my room had no balcony.
