Comfort Inn Bay City - Riverfront

Many things at this hotel were subpar. The most upsetting issue was that we paid extra for a riverfront view, only to have a semi trailer blocking most of it. The bathroom also had several areas where the paint was peeling, and the tub was not clean upon arrival. Overall, the property is in need of some TLC and better upkeep.

Had to go to front desk for a tv guide none in the room I had to take pajamas off . Then I had to go down a second time to tell them the remote volume did not work and could not do any thing about it . For the price I will stay somewhere else next time when we stay in bay city .

Comfy and clean beds. Decent tv and nice bathroom. Water pressure and AC worked well! Only thing that could have went better was parking lot was full after we got back to our room at 10pm. Had to park on side of hotel.

The tub in our room did not drain properly it was like taking a bath and shower at same time. Only 1 roll of toilet paper in bathroom, glad we didnt need another one. Could not park in the parking lot because there were trucks and trailers taking spots so had to park on side street and walk around building to enter. Not at all what I expected for the price I paid.
