This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and check in was easy. I like the way the hotel is set back, away from traffic. Hampton offers a very nice breakfast, with a great variety. There’s lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, along with some great parks. They’re also pet friendly!

Great location not far from highway and plenty to do in the immediate area. Shopping, restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean and quiet except for a rowdy crowd in the parking lot celebrating a baseball win but that wasn't too late or obnoxious. Pool was enjoyed although lack of hot tub was a bummer.

Overall is a Really good clean Hotel. The two issues we noticed... 1. The pool has no drainage system around the edge. Whatever water was collected there had to be pushed back into the pool to be filtered and cleaned... Unsafe and unsanitary. 2. The Continental Breakfast person had a very hard time keeping up with the trash. Plus the hard boiled eggs were old and nasty.

The hotel was in a very great location but the condition of the room was awful. Stains everywhere, something smeared on the bathroom wall behind the toilet, the shower was cracking and the repairs had black streaks. The sheets even had holes at stains. The main areas of the hotel and the pool were very well maintained.

I hate to be the bad person saying this but this is not my first time staying at this hotel an I will not be staying here again… I had seen a bed bug for the first time staying here an just can’t believe that this is suspose to be nice top notch hotel an to see bed bugs traps under the mattress is ridiculous. The area of the hotel is a plus for food, party stores, a really just everything you need at your fingertips.

Only issue was the bathroom tub edge had black mold on it, the floor was not clean and we found a previous guests dirty dress behind the ottoman so clearly they were not vacuumed behind.

Our shower head was covered in black gunk.. most likely mold. The floor was so loud anytime we walked, it creaked and probably disturbed the people below us. The bathroom was not clean, the sink did not drain and the bed was awfully loud.

I have stayed at this location many times and it has been a favorite. This trip I noticed that the level of care of the facilities is beginning to lessen. There was missing grout in the bathroom, peeling wallpaper, and mold spots in the shower.

Arrived late and got the only room available. Found a couple of hairs in the bathroom and then in the bed, not sure the room was cleaned. We decided to change the bedding with the extra in the room only to find tons of stains on the mattress. Paper thin walls, the party on the floor above us went until after 2. The rooms were dated and don’t appear to have had a recent refresh. Not sure how this scored so highly??!!

The check-in went fine until we got to our room. The key cards wouldn't work, we went down and got them reset, went back up and they still wouldn't work, we went back down and the front desk came up and couldn't get them to work either. We were let in with her master key while she went back down to configure new key cards. They wouldn't work either so we ended up packing everything up and were let in to a new identical room but on the other side of the building. The floor in the new room screeched very loudly and we were sorry for the people below us. One of the metal arms on the toilet paper holder fell off onto the ceramic floor in the middle of the night and probably woke up the entire floor...sorry again! the bathroom sink was plugged and finally, but a much more minor issue was that the remote for the tv was missing its cover plate for the batteries which kept falling out.

Property was rather hidden behind Holiday Inn, If you didn't know where it was exactly. Close parking was reserved for elite Hampton members. Charge an "incidental" fee $25.00 which was credited on checkout. Room was okay, no lamp or light over desk station, bed squeaked terribly but was comfy and shower door would not close properly, kept sliding open. AM breakfast was your standard, nothing special. Will check out Holiday Inn next time

Not hotels fault that customer below is was so cranky and complained about our family being noisy. We were not that loud. They complained at 830 pm on a summer Friday night. Then again at 1030 when we were whispering. Floors transmit all noise apparently. Won't stay again.

Studio suite was very roomy, very well-designed. Everything in the suite worked -- lamps, soap/lotion/shampoo/conditioner dispensers; ample towels. Free breakfast was good, would be improved with more fresh fruit options. Welcoming and comfortable, exactly what we need to weather a family situation requiring frequent trips to the area. Will definitely stay here again.

Poor climate control before guests arrive— when we entered the room, it was as if they’d had the heat on even though it was 85° outside. The air conditioning unit was blowing cold air, and it was set to 72, but it had to be at least 80° in there. It took about 3 hours for it to cool down enough to be comfortable. The bed was comfortable, but very squeaky at the slightest movement. They gave us only two towels. They allowed guests to play cornhole outside in the parking lot until around 11 pm, which didn’t bother me much because I wasn’t trying to sleep yet, but I imagine many other guests were pretty unhappy about it. Otherwise, this was a nice place to stay one night as we passed through. It was clean, spacious (suite), and had a decent hot typical hotel breakfast. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean.

No one was at the counter when I got there. After awhile a clerk named Zack looked around the corner and said just a minute. I waited five minutes to check in. Then my key wouldn't work for the outside door by my room. I had to go back and get it fixed.

Abbey at the front desk is a great asset to this company. She and the whole staff were very friendly and helpful and they actually smiled! Clean hotel and nicely run. Rooms are very nice and the breakfast was very good. Would recommend staying here to anyone

I often stay at Hampton Inn and the stay here was enjoyable and they even switched out pillows for me due to an allergy to feathers. The irritation worth noting was that I left an expensive bottle of cologne on the shelf in the bathroom when I checked out. This was clearly my error. I called the next morning and was told they would check with the cleaning staff and call back. This was the response to a subsequent phone call and a personal visit. To date, I have not received that promised phone call. At this point, there is no hope of retrieving the cologne. Even a prompt call explaining that the cleaning crew had disposed of it would have taken it off my plate and I wouldn't be pursuing for two weeks after the stay.

Upon the morning of our checkout after staying one night, my wife and I discovered that we couldn't take a shower because the door wouldn't stay shut. When checking out, we brought this to the morning managers attention and he offered us no relief on our bill or anything. When my wife continued to stress the problem he said that since we booked through you that he couldn't do anything about a refund and offered us points, which we've yet to receive. This was our 4th time staying at this hotel in the last 4 years. Not satisfied.

The power went out around 7 AM. Lights in the hallway were on for a while, but then went dark. Unable to get ready in the morning without lights in the bathroom or room. When we left the hotel at 10, the power had not been restored. We needed to carry our luggage from the 3rd floor down the stairs in the dark because the elevator was unavailable. Hotel did not attempt to remedy or connect with guests during the outage.

What I noticed the most is that the breakfast was excellent! It was way more than just doughnuts and croissants you had eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels with cream cheese, jelly, all kinds of stuff, several different kinds of coffee, milk, juice and it was really good. I was impressed.

Hotel was good. What you should get for that price point. However, your breakfasts was only good 1morning of our 4 night stay. That was only because your hotel was being inspected that morning. We overheard conversation between management and their inspector of a lot of things they needed for good breakfasts. Manager says they don’t ever get most of those. We need to compensated with something to give a second chance!

The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful as we had accidentally booked the wrong night and was very helpful in sorting things out with Expedia. The pool was the cleanest pool I’ve been in in a hotel. The room was very clean and so was the hotel itself. Morning breakfast was delicious! Honestly, I have no complaints! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
