Best Western Benton Harbor – St. Joseph

Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and parking was safe.

Everything was very good

Planned a weekend getaway Glad it was for only one night The hot tub was being used as a bathtub with children with swimming diapers on no parents in sight other than a younger adult yelling at them constantly. We decided to cut our losses stay the night get an early start the next day but couldn't sleep most of the night due to the people in the next room being very loud headboard banging against the wall moaning and screaming absolutely ridiculous I've been in some very nice hotels I have been in some very not so nice hotels and I would pick the not so nice hotels over this

The room was great. We liked the sofa.

I had a good day. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable along with the bedding. Shower towels, and washcloth or soft and not hard or then. They do need to change their soaps, shampoo and lotion to a better brand. I would suggest having the shampoo conditioner and shower gel dispensers in the shower. They have a Pool and the breakfast was light with both cold and hot options. I will stay there again.
