When booking the hotel was advertised as having a hot tub, the hot tub was permanently closed and the pool was ice cold, we booked this hotel for roughly 40 dollars more per night because of the hot tub, we were extremely upset and very disappointed that we were lied to by the hotel and the booking service about the amenities of this hotel

Property was under renovations and we had no "heads up" before our reservation. Too noisy with highway traffic and other visitors. Breakfaat was in a meeting room bc of renovations and not up to Hilton standards. Carpet in room needs to be cleaned badly. Bath towels and face cloths stained. We only stay in Hilton hotels when we travel and this was OK but could have been handled better i.e. a temp reservation desk for assitance throughout our stay.

Neither the pool nor the hot tub were functional. This was not shared on the website and they're advertising the hotel as if it has a pool and a hot tub. It does not because they are closed. Hotel had recently finished a renovation and it is obvious that a lot of things had not been checked or done quite right. The light fixture was over our bathroom sink but it was not actually connected to anything; there was no light in it. Some of the furniture obviously had not been replaced (yet?) and was a little beat up. Some of the hallway signage was either missing or hard to find. Breakfast was excellent and staff was quite helpful. The "fitness center" is like in a lot of these types of hotels, it is token at best. Also, you need to give your e-mail address to Peloton if you want to even use the stationary bicycle or treadmill, which is suboptimal and takes a few minutes if you are trying to work out in a hurry.

We ended up not staying since we chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub and they were both closed and the hot tub was being filled in and were not notified until we arrived. The desk manager notified us that they would give us a refund due to not having the pool and hot tub and we are waiting for that from Orbitz. Otherwise the hotel did look clean.

The property was easily located right off I75 which was nice. Staff were friendly, room was quiet, and breakfast was good. The room was clean and the beds looked new. They were comfortable as were the pillows. The room itself was in need of a major update. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been replaced since they opened. Super stained and dirty looking. The bathtub looked just as old and the room smelled like stale cigarettes probably from when they used to allow that in the rooms. Overall we were happy.

A spider met us in the room. The bathroom was filthy. Not only just a dirty tub, but mold and mildew everywhere. The overhead fan was clogged with dirt. The back of the commode had not been cleaned. Freeway noise so close. Room was not vacuumed, fuzz and strings on floor. Amother guest found bedbugs in their room. Staff very very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately employee stated no bedbugs found "only previous sign of past infestation." Really? Should be no signs and they can travel from room to room. Brkfst great.

A LOT of renovations. Our bathroom faucet was not working properly and kept falling off!!!! The door would not close all of the way unless you slammed it shut, since the wood was chipped away. I have stayed here multiple times in the past and it was great. I was pretty disappointed this time.

Overall the hotel and stay were nice but we felt it was not up to the usual high standards of Hampton Inn. A few examples: 1. The bed was quite comfy, but poorly made. We had to tuck the fitted sheets in properly otherwise they would have pulled loose while we slept. 2. The carpet squares were pretty worn down and looked dirty. 3. The caulking around the grab bars in the shower was just globbed on. 4. The biggest issue. The window must have leaked at some point above and around the hvac unit, so the wall was cracked and peeling. And the hvac unit front cover was falling off. Just basic maintenance or renovation issues that did not meet our expectations.

The property looks like it’s getting a lot of updates. Our room was clean and had some normal ware. The beds though are very hard so made it tough to sleep. Over all stay was very nice and close to shopping outlets and not to far from Bronner’s.

Friendly staff. Nice facility. Not storage drawers to place your items. Soaps and body lotion is so high, you need 6+ feet height to reach comfortably. Not kids or even adult friendly. Beds are average. TV is small and not much great.

Therecwas no hot tub as stated, the pool room was extremely hot, for five guests we had to ask for more towels,, the road noise was unbearable i didnt sleep all night.

The soap & lotion dispensers are placed a little high. I am 5'2" and it was a stretch for me to reach. I can't imagine if i were shorter or a child. Staff were all quite friendly and helpful.

The only complaint I have is that the hand soap and lotion shampoo and conditioner where mounted on the wall and I’m all of 5 foot and I could barely reach them.

Arrival and check-in were perfect. Got to our room only to find the toilet not working. No maintenance staff so called the front desk and she kindly moved us to another room. Made the move and the second room ALSO had a broken toilet, but also a broken heater and there was pieces of old food in the broken heater. Called again and she apologized again and moved us yet again. Third room was the charm and was fine. Decided to go down and sit in the hot tub.The hot tub was cloudy, gray, and had hair balls in it. Jets were also not working. SO... the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired in the cleanliness/repair area. The staff, however, is wonderful and caring.

My stay was for two consecutive nights. I checked in at the appropriate time on the first afternoon without issue. However, the second night, I was falling asleep in my bed (maybe 9:30 pm), when another guest successfully entered my room with a key card! The SAME front desk person who checked me in the day before called my room shortly thereafter to confirm that the room was indeed occupied and asked my name and when I checked in. I calmly gave him the information and he said that he would work to figure out their mistake (no apology). During checkout the next morning, a different employee asked me how the stay went and I told her what happens. She did apologize and said that they would discount my stay. However, the person who I assume was the day manager then acted suspicious of my reservation for some reason and said that she would check on the situation and would apply my discount and email a new receipt. This made no sense to me, but I was on business and had to get to the job. Anyway, it looks like she was trying to get rid of me, because she never followed through. I have sought out Hamptons for years, but this is unacceptable and I will never be back if I can help it.

The staff on this property is excellent! We had to switch rooms because of unforseen circumstance. They did everything in their power to make it as painless as possible. They did a great job and all ended well and everyone had fun! The staff on this property is top-notch! My wife suffers from anxiety and gets really anxious when something unforeseen happens. My wife was upset and they were still very kind and patient! My wife being upset had nothing to do with them I want to make that perfectly clear. I would like to personally think Chelsea at the front desk for helping our stay to be stress-free! This is a very understanding and compassionate staff! You all should be proud of yourself!

Even tho the property is under renovation in the front lobby area, staff went out of their way to make check-in as seamless as possible. Every staff member we came across was genuinely friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel for a great stay.

Rude front desk staff. Trash lasting around in the lobby for hours, so I picked it up. At 10:05 pm I called the front desk to see if there were still kids in the pool since it was past quiet hours. I did not ask staff to make anyone leave the pool, but with a snotty attitude he told me he would kick them out. There are many other options with staff who are polite.

Me and my girlfriend had a random person that the hotel hired for maintenance walk in our room WHILE THE DOOR WAS LOCKED. All they offered me was a free one night stay, yeah no thanks. Made reservation through Expedia. Arrived at hotel and they did not have one out of three rooms. We were told by the manager of the hotel that was the chance you take making reservations through a third party!! Manager advised there was nothing they could do.

Perfect for getting on and off I-75. There is a Meijer (like Wal Mart) and shopping outlets nearby. Plenty of Sunni g options and Frankenmuth is minutes away.

Our stay was great. The only thing that i will say is that this hotel is right off the highway, so if you have a room in the back of the hotel, especially the back right, then you will hear a lot of highway noise at all hours of the night.

The property was next to I-75 but the approach to it at night was not marked and we had to hunt for the right road to lead to it. Breakfast was OK but they ran out of coffee (at least temporarily).

This is a very nice Hampton Inn. We stayed here while we were visiting Frankenmuth. It was about a 10 minute drive to there which made it very convenient. We stayed for three nights and the only thing I didn't like was that we had to keep going to the front desk for towels and I caught up with someone in housekeeping one day and asked if i could give her our dirty towels because they were piling up with 4 people. She gladly took them. The breakfast was very nice in the mornings. The gentleman that runs that area is very efficient and keeps the breakfast area very clean. The pool was a little disappointing. You could smell the chlorine as soon as you can in the front door and despite it being an indoor pool the water was freezing. Overall we would stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No hot water - told by desk clerk that the hotel was full and “it is what it is”. When I said that when one books a hotel room that a shower is expected. Her reply was “would you like me to check you out” as we were booked for a 2nd night and had 3 rooms. She never once apologized for the hotel’s lack of hot water or for her rudeness. Breakfast was repeatedly empty, even running out of plates (they sent staff to Meijer) at 9 am on a Sunday when breakfast was very busy. Found stink bug on my bed. Messed up our credit card split payment. A positive was 2 very pleasant staff working Sunday morning that were helpful!

Pool and hot tub were nice but around pool was a little dirty. No towels on Friday night. Front desk staff was not very friendly. Let us borrow an extension cord. Thank you! Breakfast was excellent Friday morning. Saturday was sparse. Not enough seating for breakfast. Overall would stay again. Value for price was good.

Room was nice. Clean but a little run down. The toilet was almost unattached to the floor, the shower had some broken soap dispensers. Channel selection on the tv was limited. Breakfast was good. Nice set up very attentive to keeping everything filled. Good selection of breakfast items. Jets on the hot tub were barely pushing out water. Almost non existent. Nicely heated though.

Everything went well. Nothing big, but the way the bed was made was not comfortable. The bed sheet should go to top of bed. Check in service was very polite and friendly. To work till 11pm the night we arrived and then be back early next day shows dedication not seen quite often. Breakfast was cold ..eggs could have been better, too watery. turkey sausage? Regular would have been better. French toast sticks were cold.

All in all we had a good experience. The room was comfortable and the beds were pretty good. The property as a whole seems to have some age to it. Some touch up painting needs to be done, and the carpet in the room was worn a bit. The free breakfast was bad on Sunday morning. The eggs were not good at all. Went with the waffles and fruit. Staff was friendly and helpful. No foul there. The pool was clean and inviting after a long day in town shopping and sight seeing. Good job Hampton!

Be careful if you have booked through hotels.com. There isn't actually laundry at the hotel, the gym is not as well appointed as shown in the pictures either. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Air conditioner in room sounded like it was going to break at multiple times but started working consistently around 2 am. If you find yourself here and need to do laundry the laundromat in town is quite nice.

Room was ok. Stains on the floor. Room was not what we booked- booked a king, got two queens, booked a room with a fridge and microwave- there was no microwave. We requested one and was told they would get one, but did not. Parking was lousy- so many trailers taking up 5 spots, but it was allowed. Nice location though. Beds were comfortable.
